  • I swapped my tequila sunrises with tequila sodas with limes in it! I wanted to continue drinking my tequila with something more refreshing and not as sugary. Everyone thinks I’m so weird and I didn’t know anyone else actually drank it!

  • As someone with scoliosis I’m generally rather relieved to live in a society where people don’t use hunchback as an insult – this is the first time though that I’ve heard the word scoliosis used as an insult in itself. I would’ve thought, given how much you’ve banged on about your own back, that you would have some sympathy for people who are less than physically perfect – obviously not. I would say, that I look forward to seeing what other insults you manage to come up with to offend your audience in your next videos – but I won’t be watching them.

  • i am 11 and i really want to get a job to get a oculus quest and i hear that i can babysit, and walk dogs etc. but my parents won’t let me get a job and they wont get me a oculus even though i would sell my nintendo switch for it

  • Here’s one of my favorite workouts, do one second, holding a Superman position, then down for one second, then do two seconds then three, etc, do it till 20 seconds, then go for 20 seconds down 20, then 19 up then 19 resting, etc till your done

  • tomato sauce typically has sugar to balance the flavor and cut the bitterness of the tomatoes. it’s not just added for the heck of it.

  • Sugar is added to tomato based EVERYTHING for a GOOD reason, they are very acidic so sugar is added to cut the acidic taste, it’s a good chemistry thing. Not just unnecessary sugar. Like adding salt and pepper. It has a purpose.

  • I randomly came across this video and couldn’t stop watching it because of how vibrant and fun and addicting your fun personality is! I love it! Keep being you!

  • I’ve been grinding beat saber I was against playing it for sorta the same reason and I’ve been growing arm muscles I didn’t know existed

  • These tips are amazing, and best of all they’re free! I will say this: I agree that scrolling/comparing isn’t good. Yet for me, it’s literally what I have to do to stay on track. I became complacent with myself 4 years ago and packed on 20 lb. So, oddly enough, I find triggering myself with images of those more beautiful than me keeps me away from food.

  • I’m not a gamer. I have no console, etc. I want to get Beat Saber, but it’s expensive. Do you know anything about PC VR? I’ve heard it to be a lot cheaper. Any links to some good hardware?

  • thanks for the tips! i’m starting a diet to help me lose weight along with a work-out regimen. Sometimes I run out of ideas on what to eat so listening to your videos is helping.

  • I work out 2 HRs daily and I don’t fail, why I found what I love doing, I do only only only workouts that I love and I need 2 device one to look at the workout on, the other device my music pumps in my ears

  • i will use these hacks! and i have been working out doing the chloe ting challenge to get abs and im doing it for a month instead of 2 weeks because i have a lot of belly fat to lose. and i am on day four today. so ya

  • I just want to let you know your videos help me a lot!! They don’t just help me physically but mentally because I feel like that is the most important! Thank you so much for making videos!!!

  • I gave up sweet tea, white potatoes, and junk food. My husband and I started walking and eating more vegetables and lean protein. I have lost 54 pounds so far.

  • Sugars cut acid in tomatoes. I’d like to learn more about soy because tons of asians eat soy and arent fat. Plus there are vegans that eat soy that are thin. I understand that soy does interact with hypothyroidism. But it would be informative

  • I just found this channel yesterday and I’ve been watching everything!! Thank you so much for this video. Thyroid problems run in my family snd I’ve just recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and this video was very informative.

  • I’ve never watched a video of yours before and honestly I only came across this one because it popped up on my recommend. I am sure glad I watched it though! You were really insightful to me because I am currently on my 1184728 weight loss journey because I totally was that person who got burnt out and gave up after awhile. I’m going to try out your tips and hopefully this time around I can change things.

  • I just recently started weight lifting and working out harder and it’s all because I got a work out partner who knows what he’s doing!

  • If u were to play best saber and devote your life to it you’d probably look like a skeleton with huge ass arms (muscular arms) and you possibly unlock another 2 percent of your brain lol

  • People get the wrong idea when we say things like “your body needs carbs,” though. Veggies and fruits are carbohydrates. You don’t need bread; I don’t care if you’re eating whole wheat. New research is actually showing the insulin response to that is quite bad as well. Once a week won’t hurt anyone, though 😉 Important to live in balance. Just don’t fool yourself into thinking you need it.

  • I did one of your arm workouts yesterday and This just popped up on my feed while on the elliptical…thank you I am 47 and have already done some of these things. You have a new subscriber! I have learned every body is different especially if you have a chronic disease and pain. Do what you need for your body and age!

  • I was shocked when you said “my funks” how you react coupled with an insane work load. I have an insane workload as well coupled with constant communication having to solve problems….and yes sometimes I just crumble, crawl into bed, and try to pretend I don’t have responsibilities. I get short tempered and annoyed at the simplest of questions that I feel people should already know or at the least just google before bothering me. I know i’ve needed a better way to deal with the stress and have been looking for something that I enjoy enough that would coax me out when I get this way…..but at the same time something I don’t actually have to leave the house for if I…can’t. I’m ordering an oculus quest tomorrow. Anyhoo Stress sucks.

  • Playing VR for a half hour a day was really good for my health, mainly because I would actually play 6 hours straight and nearly pass out.

  • What is everyones fascination with this beat sabre… I just cannot get it. same thing over and over? I couldnt understand guitar hero either.

if I want to get fit, I’ll stick to silly boxing games. just wish I didn’t have stuffed rotator cuffs.

  • Agreed! Changing simple things you do can help. I lost 60lbs and didn’t weigh myself for 9 months. Wasn’t until people pointing out how much weight I had lost that I finally caved. I had lost 46 lbs by then. I swear sometimes it’s a mind game, because I didn’t see it but everyone else did!

  • You know it’s really sad how much extra sugar is added to stuff; especially when it doesn’t truly make any difference to the taste because you know the manufacturer is adding it just to get people addicted.

  • I eat Oreida or Nathans crinkle cut baked fries. Taste great, low fat less than 20 gr. of carbs per serving and 90 to 100 calories per serving of about 15 fries.

  • When I do these weight loss things, I don’t exercise a lot everyday but when I don’t do a lot I feel like I haven’t done enough and that feeling gets overwhelming and I stop doing everything completely:(

  • Netflix is the killer for me! When I’m at home it’s literally all I do. And if I’m watching tv I want a snack, and a glass of wine. And I can never just have one glass of wine, or one snack. I’ll try the treadmill idea!

  • Doesn’t have to do with the video but I need to say this… Wow brown hair looked so good on you!! You would look younger with that hair color and having darker hair for some reason is trending right now. I know this comment may be superficial but when I saw your old pictures I realised your beautiful eyes are way more noticeable with darker hair

  • What helped me the most to lose 30 kgs last year was mainly trying to exercise at least 5 times a week, I go walking/running in a local park rain or shine:) and trying to eat less sugar in my diet and include more home cooked meals that I know what has gone into them:)

  • I did the Keto Diet since Dec 2018 and stop doing it about a month ago.Felt so tired all the time! I did lose 10lbs and my body it’s less inflamed due to the low carbs in my body and water weight lost. Now I’m just cutting down my portions and drinking more water. Will definitely work out before TV and in hopes it makes a difference!

  • Over exercising and weighing in daily.. Being positive and listening to my body just eating all good for my body. #HealthierOptions

  • One, you are beautiful and two you look amazing. Congrats on your hard work and dedication to a healthier life style. My question is, what do you think of the KETO diet?

  • i managed to get a headset off of some money i got from selling an instrument, and as soon as it came i got beat saber.
    well worth it.

  • Thank you so much Katie for your motivation to lose weight and exercise!
I am a chubby person, and I have around 20 pounds to loose. After watching your routines and workout ️‍♀️,I believe that I can loose weight and be thin and beautiful just like you☺️

  • I’ve played it at my brother’s place a few times for a total of about 4 or so hours over a couple of sessions in the past 5-6 months. The first session being the longest of about 3 hours back around February, the second session was about 30-45 minutes yesterday when I was helping him moving his new couch.

After the first 30-ish minutes I was tired of the original maps and we got a whole bunch of custom songs varying between hard and expert, haha. So all in all, I did manage to clear a few experts within the first 3 or so hours. Yesterday I did feel out of training as I hadn’t touched the game for a long time. But it took about 20 minutes to get back in the game and I was back to where I had left off, more or less and I even got further in one of the songs on expert I didn’t manage to clear last time albeit, I did not clear it this time either.

I am most definitely getting myself one of these when I move out.

  • Totally agree. I resisted Beat Saber for so long, and I don’t know why. I feel like my focus and energy levels skyrocket after a few songs and I really focus on my breathing. The first few days on expert my quads were killing me from all the squats. It’s not a gym workout but you will work up a sweat.

  • Oh man, I am hypo. I drink soy milk with my protein powder bc where I am really doesn’t have many options when I want milk with it I didn’t even think to correlate the two… guess I’ll suck it up and just drink it with water till I have more options

  • After watching this video, I would recommend having a look Nike+ Kinect (Xbox 360). In a way its a personal trainer simulator and a better alround workout though I admit its harder to stay motivated. I know this is a laaaaate response, but YouTube 😉

  • I’m insulinresistance and eating carbs makes me so ill and i can’t perform at all. Stopped eating carbs 2016 and lost 30 kilogram got my life and my energy back so speaking for myself here MY body don’t need over 10 grams of carb /day ever again.

  • People who made beat saber: So, we need to make a game that is fun, but is secretly a work out. Ideas?
    Dude 1: Music!
    Dude 2: VR!
    Dude 3: I don’t know… Lightsabers?
The boss: stares at dude 3
    intense pause
The boss: Give these men a raise and a promotion, they are the smartest people alive.

  • not eating carbs is BS, someone says that to me I walk the other way, I never weigh myself anymore, I go by how my clothes fit, and I eat and then check to see how I feel after I eat something, if I eat something and feel like crap after I write it down so I remember I don’t really want that because in the long run it will make me feel bad

  • Great vid!
The physiological improvement is so relatable for ddr, which I recently got into and was doing pad research, hence YT recommending this vid. I suddenly become directionally challenged when frantically shifting over giant arrows while exhausted, despite being a boss at my desktop Beatmania IIDX setup. That physical focus in these games feels way more productive than passively wearing headphones on the treadmill, since music is now part of the experience. Id have beatsaber too if it worked for my tiny apartment, I just don’t trust the blind arm flailing in my cramped space.

  • Eating more meat than necessary. When it’s taking up most of the plate, it makes me sluggish and tired. So making the effort to make my plate more veggie based, and a touch of meat (or even a plant protein) is going to help me feel much better.

  • I’m trying a juice fast plus adding in walking an hour at the park every day, plus using my body for at home work outs. I’m going to do a 30 day juice cleanse… after the juice cleanse how can I eat again without gaining a ton of weight back?

  • Omg losing weight for me is been so hard ‍♀️ I have three kids and I need to lose 40 lbs and it’s been a struggle since I’m a full time student, a mom, and a wife!!! it’s so hard cuz sometimes I can’t cook cuz no time and when I go to store I’m in a rush dealing w cranky kids. It’s sooooooo hard

  • Just found you and enjoyed this video. Will subscribe for more! I’m interested to know if you also cut out flour and refined grains. I eliminated flour and white rice, and also sugar a year ago and feel so much better!

  • I thought I was maybe overselling it to myself. I’m fat as fuck and handicapped. It was the only game I could play that didn’t make me ill. But, I was like “OH DAMN WHAT THE HELL I CANT MOVE MY ARMS!” (After two hours of playing) the movement to dodge or duck i’m sure helps too. I haven’t wanted to play a game so bad since CoD as a teen. It’s extremely therapeutic for me. If I lose weight, that’s a bonus.

  • I love this video! This is the first non workout video I’m watching of yours. I’m not so much trying to lose weight, but we healthier (which will cause the bit of weight loss I do want)

I do need to start thinking of food as fuel. I’ll even take junk food(sometimes even cereal like fruutloops or cookies!) on my long hikes which is extremely pointless haha
I’ve been working on eliminating chips and continuing with my extremely limited soda intake

  • I agree with all of the advice given except for the don’t weight yourself every day. I’ve once stopped weighting myself on a daily basis and gained 5 pounds. I may miss a day here and there. I’m not obsessing over the scale but for me its just a great indicate to see if I’m on track.

  • I also get the same way you do. If I have a lot of school work and other things on my mind, after work I just go to sleep and ignore it. I get this feelings of not wanting to do anything.
And I’m trying to solve these issues so maybe i’ll start working out to help my mood

  • One time I played the iconic minecraft soundtrack on beatsaber and started crying from nostalgia while slicing the things
    gotta love beat saber

  • Finally someone who talks sense. I’ve been saying this stuff for year. And free radicals are also at the source of all life-threatening illnesses such as cancer.

  • Thanks again Katie! Awesome video! It’s funny because those 5 things i haven’t been doing already! Just gotta keep it up with positive thinking!!!!!!

  • You’re welcome:)

    1 foods without nutritional value
    2 deep fried foods
    3 gmo-soy products
    4 meat/dairy with added hormones
    5 added sugars

  • I’m debating on getting the oculus quest in the future… Should I get it or nah? ‍♂️ Are there any games u recommend in general?

  • You use a lot of terminology like inflammation, free radicals, and antioxidants….Is there a way that I can email you directly or something being a new viewer with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism? I know I may be able to find a Conact Page on a website, but I worry I wont get you personally because I have been burned in the past by pages like this.

  • You had me until you mentioned no added hormones in meat & dairy. All animals naturally have hormones so when you consume animal products you will always get their hormones. Also dairy is full of fat, hormones, blood, puss, feces, & very many unnecessary ingredients. If you switch to a Plant-based milk & cheese you don’t have to worry about any unwanted ingredients. & it’s actually nutritious for you.

  • the daily weigh-ins and fad diets are definitely my weakest spots! thank you so much for this vid, I swear it’s so motivating, I’ve just made a deal with myself to not go from crazy low cal diet of 800-1000kcal to *ultimate cheat day where I binge eat to the point that i’m almost sick just because I CAN today and won’t be able to tomorrow*! this was so helpful <3

  • I just started watching your videos, you’re awesome! I need your help! Eating healthier through the day, exercise i should start as a beginner. What exercise to do for my abs, buttocks and arms? I have an apple shape.

  • When I started playing a day ago, I was already pretty skilled thanks to other rhythm games like RoBeats and also a quick sight reading game like Geometry Dash

  • I got back surgery when i was 19 because some bullies broke my back when i was in highschool a few years back,(i didnt notice my back was broken somehow until i was a lifeguard and realized the pain isn’t normal) ive been stagnant for like 2 years basically (because my back is in so much pain) until i got beat saber. Amd lemme tell you, i didnt think i could do it well at first but its so much fun and im doing it every day feeling better every day.

  • I am 15 and was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few months ago. After starting my medication, and started gaining weight. Listening to your story with your journey through getting healthy has helped me so much. My excuse for my weight gain was my slow metabolism, but I am sick of living like this. I cannot wait for my healthy lifestyle!!!

  • I am 61 yrs old and have hypothyroidism like yourself. I am very excited i found your site. I love your jorney. I recently went meat and dairy and sugar free. I lost 13lbs. My doctor was amazed. I added yoga and 30 mins treadmill and biking. I am excited to continue. I have been looking for inspiration and i think you are going to hekp me

  • My biggest issue is chips! And I’m waayyyyy too lazy to bake my own kale chips and they always come out soggy. Any store bought alternative people know of that will give me my spicy chip fix but it’s healthy??

  • The first 2 days I played until I wasn’t able to properly hit blocks anymore (on normal/hard levels). The third day I tried to play a bit but my arms hurt so much. Especially my elbows. The 4th day as well. The 5th day I learned to do stretching exercises. This helped my out a whole lot. But it took one and a half week for me to be able to play long enough to be able to start sweating. The first 2 weeks are fun, but very painful. Especially if you overdo it like me xD

  • All milk is full of hormones, added or not, because it’s meant to give nutrients to baby cows. Nobody needs milk past the infant stage, human or non-human. I’m not a vegan, I’m just stating the facts!!! Meat on the other hand is often full of hormones in order for factory farmers to raise the biggest animals possible and therefore make the most money.

  • Milk does NOT have added hormones whether it’s conventional, grass fed, organic, or what ever, they are all tested THE SAME. Your misinformation is astounding.

  • Katie I love your videos! As a trainer you really make even some of the harder workouts seem doable. Saying things like “you got this!” instead of things like “do iiiit! One more!” Helps so much and puts more perseverance I guess in me. ❤️
I need to stop unhealthy thoughts about people. Not so much in social media but in life. Today in a cardio circuit class over my lunch break one girl in the class had an obviously higher level of fitness than the rest and I just kept thinking “ughhh what a showoff.” But she’s just working out and trying her best like the rest of us. That’s the unhealthy habit I pledge to lose.

  • The title is true and false it’s true because you can get fitter in the arms and have better endurance, coordination etc… BUT My heart rate got to 150bpm playing beat saber today so I say there is pros and cons

  • I need to start a diet!! Anyone who can help me with more tips that have gone through weight loss…. help me!
I have heard diet pop can make you gain weight just as much as regular pop. Is this true? Would I lose weight by stopping drinking diet pop and just drink water?
What is a tip to keep from breaking your diet?
What’s a healthy diet that you have found helpful and successful?

  • Coconut oil is actually not good for you to ingest on a daily, it is solid at room temperature and is a saturated fat! Definitely needs to be consumed in small amounts or should be avoided all together. On the other hand, avocado oils and olive oils contain healthy fats!

  • I’m not going to cut out sugar but I have been trying to be more conscious of it. I’ve switched from a 14g sugar protein bar to a 5g one that also has more protein and started buying plain yogurt and adding only a small amount of raw honey same with oatmeal. But you know if I want a cookie I’ll eat one to me its not about cutting all sugar out like some evil thing its about being conscious of it daily so you can have it when you REALLY want and enjoy it instead of in stuff where there’s no need for it.

  • if you like beat saber there is a you tuber called “Proper D” and he uses a double sided light saber staff to play and it is really insane to watch, really looks to add a new lvl of challenge and style to the game. I think beat saber is one of those games that would be really good for kids to get into as soon as possible, really trains both body and mind in a way that we underestimate the value of what would seam a simple type of multitasking.

  • Here’s a lesson on agriculture: there’s literally no “hormone free” meat. Every animal has them and you can’t avoid it. If your paying extra for “hormone free” poultry or pork, then stop, because the FDA prohibits added hormones. Hormones are sometimes added to dairy cows however to stimulate milk production.

  • I’m on my 3rd day of no soda..drinking nothing but water, my Atkins shakes in the mornings with breakfast just for the protein…and crystal light. I know crystal light isn’t the best for you but 3 days ago I was drinking 6-7 32.oz cups of coke or mtn dew.. I also cut out unhealthy foods. It’s been ONLY 3 days and I am seeing some BIG changes,I don’t feel bloated all the time,my tummy looks smaller. Came across your video, and all the things you said are absolutely right,I can’t tell you how many times in the past 5 years I’ve tried to “diet” it’s never worked. This time I’ve been consistent for 3 days in a row..I’ve never gone more than a day before. Anyways you are such an inspiration, thanks for the tips ❤️

  • I’m 17 almost 18 and I am really trying to implement healthy life habits now, so that they stick with me throughout my life. I am not overweight, nor underweight and am fairly comfortable with my body but am trying to grow my booty and tighten my core, what kind of work out plan would you reccomend?

  • She is so positive n happy and just by lookin at her my mood changes
I love you ava your the best keep goin n reach your dream❤qween

  • What do you recommend for vegetarians? I eat soy burgers etc because I don’t eat meat so a lot of the vegetarian options have soy.

  • Just a side comment on the “why would they even put sugar in pasta sauce?”. My mom always put just a pinch of sugar while cooking tomato sauce, and apparently she did it to counteract the natural acidity of the tomatoes. This doesn’t argue what you were saying which it is undeniable there’s tons of sugar where there shouldn’t, just thought it was a curious fact on the specific issue of the pasta sauce XD

  • Just curious, I love your work out videos and I’m not trying to be anything at all. Why do you “not believe” in a vegan diet? I understand it might not work for you, especially because some people have healthy concerns, but it is certainly not an unhealthy lifestyle. Many people are vegan because of environmental sustainability as well, not just because they don’t want to eat meat. We simply can not sustain meat in our diets the way we currently are. I encourage you to look up reasons why you should stop eating red meat and dairy, and to get a better understanding of agricultural practices and how they harm the environment, if you don’t already.:)

  • Love you so much for this! Thank you, thank you, thank you You can tell you are so truly and authentically committed to actually helping women and I can’t thank you enough for the amazing content that you provide

  • U being grossly skinny is not cute. Especially for woman. As woman we naturally hold on to fat for birthing a baby. So teaching woman to be super skinny is wrong.

  • I recently got an Oculus Quest and I can confirm that Beat Saber is a must have VR game.

I would even say that it is the best game on the quest store. The wireless feature makes gives a lot more freedom and immersion and sometimes when my sister and I are bored we take turns playing songs and trying to beat each other’s high scores.

  • What about eating oatmeal, as in overnight oats? That has become my breakfast. I do use almond milk. Am hyperthyroid, among other things.

  • Great video. I cut out all dairy and it seriously contributes to my weight loss and maintenance. Dairy milk has one purpose… make baby cows put on weight and grow fast. Think about it. Organic almond milk is a great alternative and cheese you won’t miss after you give it up for several weeks.

  • My back hurts, my left shoulder hurts but by god i am gonna slice every damn cube i see every single day. Seriously now, i do some weight lifting daily but i never realized until now how much sustained effort helps the body deal with everything from stress to attention span but i avoided it as it is boring and time-consuming. As someone who has no time for gym due to a +1h commute, combining gaming and exercise after work is quite fulfilling beyond what i imagined. The relaxed-focus-exercise combo state of mind this game can conjure is amazing!

  • I CONCURE 100% I gave a Quest to myself as a 60th B-day present. Beat Saber did all the things you mentioned for me too!! Increased focus, concentration, accuracy, coordination, balance along with weight loss, over all toning and better overall health. It’s my go to for warm up and cool down, and I use other apps that work me little harder in between. If you bought VR to improve your health, don’t wait and get Beat Saber first thing.

  • I love weighing myself everyday because it gives you a great idea of an average of where you are at. I think it’s mindset why you’re weighing yourself though. If you’re only trying to fit into a number then yes it’s going to really mess with your head but if you want to learn your body I think weighing yourself isn’t terrible. I have an analyzer one too and love it!!

  • After a week of half a hour to one hour of playing beat saber per day i really felt like i would have hiked for like 3 days and also lifted weights that whole time

  • i recomend you ” space pirates” that game make my whole body fall into deep pain after few hours:D awesome for reflexes + weight loss.. its more complex than beat saber

  • On the treadmill is the only way I watch tv or youtube the majority of the time because I wouldn’t otherwise make the time. I used to listen to music. But I was so behind like 400+ videos on my watchlist I decide I had to do something. So the 4 evenings I do cardio that’s when I catch up.

  • Watching this really made me want to get a vr. Thought it’s gonna take me a while. I’m not really a person who likes to go outside. So I don’t move around so much in my house. When I get a vr the first games I’m going to get are games I can move around a lot in. Oh and I loved this video

  • Stop consuming calories after 8pm. You’ll sleep better and your stomach will feel better as well. It also help restrict late night snacking.

  • 1. Why is this in my recommended

    2. Eww… PSVR Beat Saber, it’s such a watered down version of the PC one it’s almost not even comparable.

  • Not gonna bother with PSVR. But definitely looking to play this game for its “health benefits”.
My whole family is chunky. But I’m not quite happy with my deFlubbing progress so far. Hoping this game will fix that.

  • Dang! Almost similar stories. Mostly with the neuropathy symptoms and pain lessening after worsening from being stagnant out of fear of pain flare ups. I’ve recently got to expert level ability and I play 30 to 90 minutes in the am. This was a great video and I am experiencing the same benefits. Negative sides, wanting to throw my saber through my TV when it floats off while I’m trying to get a full combo!!

  • Do Asian ppl eat a lot of soy? They are pretty healthy men and women overall. I do enjoy and appreciate what I’m learning from your videos. I just take what works for me.

  • Great informative video:) I’m curious when you might choose your whole milk over the almond milk? I noticed in other videos you have almond milk in your coffee. What’s your go to use for whole milk?:)

  • I have your app Katie but it doesn’t work for me and wish it was free because I absolutely love it!!!!!!! In the meantime since it’s not responding, I hope there’s another app similar to yours like I found FitOn. If FitOn is like lsf I definitely would use it until lsf app has more to work with. Thanks again

  • I lost 50 lbs in 8 months by eating between 1200-1400 calories and working out 3-5 days a week (30 min cardio, 20 min weights). I would eat mostly lean meats and vegetables and try to avoid carb heavy foods. I also stopped drinking pop completely and haven’t touched it since in over a year. Also tip: if you’re craving something sweet try to find diabetic candies (I ate “sugar free” jelly beans) and those chocorite bars (100 cal no carbs no sugar). I developed a whole new relationship with food that I can’t imagine ever eating what I did before. It’s amazing

  • Exercise is good for you but don’t feel like your “fat” or “ugly” you are perfect as the way you are so don’t feel like you are any of those exercising is good put don’t pressure yourself

  • I’m getting a quest soon and am very excited to play Beat Saber. I’ve only played VR for 10 minutes before and soon I’ll be able to play it whenever I want. The thought of VR sickness scares me though

    Spoiler alert: I’m emetophobic

  • I had hypothyroidism. I did only two things: 1) Gave up dairy and drastically reduced meat intake and 2) drank a concoction of dry coriander seeds soaked overnight in warm water first thing in the morning. Less than 2months later, I no longer have the problem

  • Hi just found this channel and I’m loving you!! I’m wondering if you count macros. Cause they confuse the daylights out of me! Lol

  • See ide like to see these results from someone who hasn’t been exercising and eating very healthy their entire life and has see some changes
No from someone who is already skinny and doesnt have to try

  • Honestly dancing and cheer is my life and Im in good shape so I don’t know why I’m watching this please no hate I’m just trying to be confident love you guys and you are so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

  • Showed this video to my Wife in the hope that she will let me play more per day. It backfired….. now she steals it every day instead. LoL

  • I got a Quest a few days ago. I played the rest of that day, the rest of the next day, and I’ve played most of today. Not all beat saber, but my shoulders are dead when I wake up. After about 15 minutes, they are back to normal. they weren’t as soar this morning. I guess that’s progress?

  • Not sure if you have already covered it but box vr is such an amazing workout and extremely fun. I prefer it to beat saber but I still wield the lightsabers from time to time

  • I did this a long time back but here goes:
    (1)stopped sugary food
(2)walked more often during the day
(3)ate slower (made the stomach feel fuller with slightly less food)

  • Could you link a source on the soy thing? I’ve seen plenty of research saying it’s a myth that it’s even possible for us to consume enough soy for it to be harmful. I’ve never seen anything to back up that it’s true…?

  • 5 thing I personally did
    1. Counted my carbs not my calories
    2. Increased my water intake from 60oz to 80oz
    3. Walked 12-15k steps a day
    4. Worked out 4 times a week.
    5. Stopped eating gluten

  • All of the women in my family has hippo, so I grew up eating no soy. My parents would put soy as an allergies. When I went to college I strayed off my normal eating habits because I was poor. I gained a lot of weight and fast. I have been experimenting a little. I have noticed that going soy free again does help with the side effects, but I fail sometimes. I lost 6 pounds on the first month of being gluten-free. Thank you for sharing, this is helpful.

  • Beat Saber also helped me in all the ways you described. It really was a life changing game for me. Another thing that helped was the Wim Hof method. It involves breathing followed by cold showers, and can help pain, anxiety, depression, poor circulation and many other health problems. I could not recommend it more. Please look it up, I promise it will help you life if you try it in earnest. Of course Wim Hof has a YouTube channel and website where you can learn all about it. Check out the Joe Rogan podcast with Wim Hof as a guest. Joe was a slight skeptic who became convinced and he still uses the method today. I do a few rounds of his breathing technique before a Beat Saber, Pistol Whip, Knockout League VR session, then follow that with a cold shower and I feel completely amazing. I have lost about 25 pounds in a few months, but more importantly gained muscle, tone, balance and confidence. Thanks for your video.

  • Beat Saber is the biggest quarantine game of all time
Like you can literally just sit in a isolated box and play beat saber for hours and hours and hours only if you can handle it without getting sick lol

  • Every like or comment this gets I will actually workout or go on long walk/jog, i need to lose like 30lbs and I need more motivation, plz help

  • It is so satisfying to progress, no matter where you are there is a song and difficulty to practice. Also just makes you feel like a boss.

  • I just got beat saber, and I love it! It’s really entertaining, and it gives me goals to work for. And I’m exercising! My mom thought it would be just another video game, but then I let her do it and she changed her mind.
I’m gonna go play beat saber now.

  • I need some tipps to stop loosing weight!
I know it sounds crazy but I don’t want to get skinnier than I already am! I mean I am eating enough but I am still loosing weight…
Do you think I should start eating more unhealthy stuff.
    Please help me!!!!!!

  • Your story is so similar to mine. Due to quarantine I started to develop upper back issues due to being even more sedentary in my life then normal. Then I started playing VR. Beat saber really helps with the pain! Also if you really want a work out. I highly recommend creed rise to glory. That game had me crawling up the stairs from my game room after playing.
