  • Great advice.
The one thing I did right at the start of my fitness journey was a 21 day challenge. During those 21 days I cut out pop, candy, basically all unnatural sources of sugar and other junk foods and started being mindful of what I was eating. It helped because it takes that long to break a habit, which for many eating certain foods or drinks at a certain time is habitual, but 21 days sounds doable, there is an end in sight. By the end of my 21 days I realized that I don’t actually like soda and haven’t touched it since and it has left me very mindful of what I eat. I now try to eat unprocessed foods where possible. I do have kids though so the odd piece of candy sneaks in once in a while 😉

  • A good rule of thumb in making food choices: read the label on food, if you can’t go to the grocery store and get each individual ingredient, leave it alone.

  • So Popcorn is not good? Even natural with a little coconut oil? Or were you referring to like micro pop? I’d guess it’s the carbs?

  • Thank you!! Finally clean eating.. can’t get healthy no matter how much weight you lose if you are eating processed food! Great advice.. because you can be skinny and be unhealthy ❤️

  • Excellent Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Taparton Complete Cleanse Takeover (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome exclusive product for discovering a really effective health cleanse minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy got excellent results with it.

  • Ur explanation style is EXTREMELY GOOD. U have good knowledge about what you say and you have very high confidence level. U r great motivator. Keep it up. God will bless u with good health and a prosperous life.

  • Last year I did Clean Eating and really loved it. Not sure why I stopped. I was loosing weight and feeling good. Even my allergies was really good. Then I tried Plant Based. Wasn’t too bad. But I crave chicken and fish, and pork sometimes. So I decided to go back to Clean Eating. This video is helping a lot to relearn it and maybe learn something new.:) I use to make my dressing, with Olive oil and lemon and sweetener, (Truvia). Wish we had those larbar’s here at our store. I use to also make me a frozen strawberry drink. Just take frozen strawberries and blend them with some water. And sweetener of choice. It is so good. Almost like a slush. This video is definitely making me want to get started again.:) Love overnight oats. And also Chia Seed pudding. I would make banana oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips, for my sweet tooth.:) Subscribed.

  • Solid advice. when I started on my weight loss journey I did the same thing, I baby stepped into it and replaced old bad habits with new good habits. It is a process, but totally worth it.

  • Excellent video! You have inspired me, and have tons of knowledge. I have started eating like this Monday, it’s now Friday, I have weighed myself, and have lost 5 lbs. I have loads of energy. Stumbled on your channel searching for recipes.

  • Clean Food = Whole Foods. Whole Foods as in whole intact foods. Nothing isolated from a food, like extracted sugar and oil. That’s what true clean food is, and true clean food is the only food according to science, that can reverse heart disease, the leading killer of humans.

  • One of my favorite videos that you have posted over the years and I always fall back to it in order to find inspiration. This is one of those times I need the inspiration! So, thank you.:-)

  • God wants us to eat how He makes, not what the machines or people make. That is so simple!!! I do not know why people invented processed food. Processed food is for emergency only.

  • For 4 1/2 years I’ve been dealing with autoimmune issues. After being passed around from doctor to doctor I was sent to a doctor who in January said to me…first thing is I’m recommending a transition into clean eating. I immediately did as I was told (my body felt like it was dying). Well here we are 3 1/2 months in and WOW!!!!!!!! In just months I’m living a whole other life! I’ve made it my mission to talk about clean eating (and it’s easy because most people can’t believe the change and immediately ask what I did) because I now truly believe cheap empty food is killing us.

  • You really inspire a lot of us to eat right & stay healthy love u . Please make a video on how to stop craving for high sugary food!

  • Whose says that u r far away from us.. I always feel that you are sitting next to me n helping me day by day to become healthy and wise too
Please keep sharing ur valuable videos to us.. Love you n Bless you UMA❤

  • Loved the planning tip. I have to use so much will power to eat clean when I haven’t planned out my snacks! Awesome tip. Also loved the 80/20 rule. Initially I wanted to lose weight so I’m on a deficit but I find myself getting good hungry as I became more fit.

  • Dani, I’m sooo new at this! Thank you so much for making this video informative, detailed, interesting to watch, and very easy to understand! Glad to share it and subscribe to your channel!

  • I use lemon juice and rose water with that turmeric face mask..it is really effective and I apply ice cubes on face after washing it down. It is really effective for reducing marks and brightens the skin. These tips are amazing Thank you Glamrs❤️
Can you do a video on natural facial hair removal please?

  • i love this!
i actually have been going by the eliminating one thing. it’s cheese for me. i only make exceptions if it’s  for things like pizza i’m eating, which is nowadays looking like a once every two weeks kind of deal. i also eliminate that ‘late night ice cream’ and sub it for some cottage cheese and fruit. i love substituting with fruit. but all in all i never eat things like chips or soda because just like you did with your daughter, was never allowed to have those things in the house when I was little, so it was easier.
    great tips!

  • “Hi guys”…? I´m not a guy 😉 I just think this is a funny expression. Anyway, thank you for your video. Do you have an education in this area? I have always eaten various foods and very little fast foods. I just love not to think so much about food and instead prepare and enjoy!

  • Hi i saw one of your videos with granola bars with chocolate on top and i can’t find it can you please send me the recipe thank you

  • Hai….glarms…was great to see all ur videos…keep going team…God bless you all…
Kindly make a…video for craked heel and also a home made diy night moisturizer for it…

  • Simplicity when applied correctly is always more powerful than complex. For some reason we tend to overly complicate dieting. Clean eating is nothing more than eating foods such as fruits, veggies, nuts, and so on in their natural state, which means unprocessed. Great Job!

  • So glad you’re talking about eating veggies and fruits. I keep hearing everyone else say ‘stay away from veggies and fruits if you want to lose weight’. Those who are on ‘low carb’ diets are basicly only eating lettuce and leafy greens and not much more. They are depriving themselves of so many vitamins and nutrients. It’s nice to see that you’re not jumping on that wagon.

  • I don’t know where to start Dani I eat fast food to often but I do cook at home but it’s mostly breakfast & lunch I eat unhealthy dinner is eaten at Home I need a nutritionist

  • You are an amazing motivational speaker! I love the way you present the fact that the pathway to the goal must be enjoyable in order for it to be sustainable. Excellent video.

  • Thank you so much for all your great advice; I am really looking forward to implementing all your great tips into my lifestyle one by one!
However, I live at home with my parents, and have been begging them for years to get rid of the Oreos and pop tarts that they keep in the house for my younger brother, but they just won’t budge. I meal prep my dinners every week, but having these junk foods around the house is like torture…

  • I am addicted to cherrys I eat a few all day long….the diet is the easy part…its affording all the fresh lovleys when your surrounded by cheap garbage.

  • Great video! I’ve been on your email list for a week and love the positive reinforcement, you think you can make a video with TIPS for meal prepping? I find myself tempted to cave in when I’m out of home and the hunger gets the best of me. Sometimes meal prep goes fine but some others is disaster!

  • It is very hard to eat healthy… Since I’ve been lied to all my life to eat foods that are killers to my body… So yes… I do try, but man, it is hard. Yet I will keep trying if my body keeps sustaining my soul.

  • Excellent video, people underrate the influence a good nutritional therapist can have on your weight loss goals, assuming it’s all guns blazing in the gym that’ll get results. Changing eating habits is so essential, and as you say, if do it gradually you’ll adjust seamlessly. It’s a mental shift just as much as a physical one!

  • Im starting it and i feel good af, cut out all processed foods from diet except some no sugar natural PB, some small toasts only for breakfast… i dont really wanna lose weight nor gain but i can feel the difference in my muscle toning already (i exercise a lot too)

Have made the pumpkin oatmeal muffins, chicken and broccoli strir fry, and turkey muffins. They were all delicious. Please help.

If you can do a clean eating meal plan for a day, that will be much beneficial. Though im not an Indian, im a big fan whom never to miss your video.
