I don’t understand the “do it once per week, if you can do it more than once per week then you are not doing it right, increase weight” logic. If this is so demanding that will deprive you of doing any exercises for the whole week, I most probably won’t be able to perform it, neither should I as it could be detrimental to my long term health. Any healthy person should be in a good position to recover from any kind of exercises maximum after 2-3 days. In rare cases, you might need 3-5 days when we are talking about full marathons or Iron man challenges but this is nowhere near that.
I currently have a set of 15 * 2 kg dumbells and a waiting for the conversion extension to arrive. Guys, is it harder to do it with dumbells of the same weight? I’m having problems with my muscles at first but right now it’s more on the grip, my fingers are tired and I noticed I had to rest more frequently because of the grip rather than the muscles. Yes of course the muscles are aching badly but it’s the fingers / grip that’s affected. What do u guys think?

I usually avoid weight workouts because I’m totally not that strong muscle build wise, but with lower weight weights this was really doable and I loved it! Totally feeling it all over my body. Thank you.
Started doing this two weeks ago. Been doing the 20-30 minute HIIT routines before that for a month. For this routine, on day one, I needed mini water breaks in between each round and I couldn’t complete the routine. I’m writing this comment after blazing through the routine without any water break (yes, no water). Feel amazing.
For those planning to quit after HIIT, it gets easier after that… So don’t quit. If a lazy bum like me can do it, you too can… We are in this together. All the best..

Any idea how to scale this between weight jumps? I just completed 10 rounds +6 at 30kg, i have limited plates due to lock down so am i best going to 40kg and just seeing what i can do? Or maybe do reduced time for a week and build up to 20 mins?

I like PopSugar workouts. But what bothers me is that the person doing the low impact mods always seems like they are in slow motion. They are just as fit as Anna and the instructor and they think low impact means low intensity. People who modify still want intensity. Maybe they should have a Person who actually has to modify ( knee issues for ex) do the workout. Just a suggestion..

The first round must’ve been run on repeat. No way did she do three rounds in real time. She still looks pretty. Just did this. I’m a sweaty mess, sweated out my perm and everything. First timer made it two rounds. On the third round, I did some moves without weights, so I wouldn’t quit.

did this today. I could only do 3 rounds with a rest period of 3 minutes in between rounds using 60-65lbs of weight (two 10lb weights on a 40-45lb bar). This is definitely a killer workout but I feel great now that I’m showered and fed. I’m 53 y.o.
Next time I’ll try to increase to 4 rounds and reduce the rest interval down to 2 minutes…okay, maybe 2 1/2 minutes.

So ive been avoiding doing this workout for a while now as i know itll be awful. But the corona lockdown seems like the perfect oppertunity to do a 12 week cycle. First try today at lunch…30kg bar, 6 rounds in 12:45. Stopped early as my back was fried but will aim to get the 20 mins later this week.
I moved into a new house last Friday and ever since I’ve had some back pain. I did some yoga workouts throughout the week but they didn’t completely relieve the pain but after doing the deadlifts I feel relieved. Wow!

imma do this for one month like for motivation and to remind me i commented this weight: 68 kg goal: 63 kg + being able to do the whole workout day 1: could only do 8 minutes cuz after 4 months of not doing anything it was so hard and i wanted to cry lol but i’ll try to do it for at least 10 minutes on day 2. baby steps:) day 2: after 3 days i still feel the pain of day 1. i realized how much i actually hate this workout and i stopped at the sixth minute.

Just tested it yesterday,I did 7set at 65lb,and I was sure I was going to die,never been so tired in my life..how long would be a nice rest time between each set,struggling with catching my breath..
Tough is the best way to describe this torture session. I started off at 95 on the barbell and quickly realized what a bitch I was. 1 round knocked me on my ass… so next workout I’ll scale back to 65 pounds on the bar and aim for 5 rounds, then work up
Anyone else doing this workout while social distancing? This is the second time I’ve done this workout. I’ve added it to my weekly rotation. I love how many options and modifications she gives-I feel like I could keep doing this same workout and continue to challenge myself with more reps, more power, or heavier weights!
quick questions, i did this workout but only burned 300 calories, does anyone know why I am burning less than the instructors? less muscle maybe? and slow metabolism? those are my guesses but can anyone clarify?

Hi Vince, I’ve been jumping rope for 2 month and a half almost everyday and most 10 kgs and now Im 68.5 and the ideal wight for my height is 64. Note that while I was doing jump roping I never incorporated strengh workout but I now I reached a plateau. How long should I remain on 5 kg on each side as a beginner and when will I start seeing results I haven’t strengh trained for 6 years and do you recomend any extra excersice for stubborn fat loss??
I did this last week and I had to take a break at set 4 for about 5 minutes. 55 lbs. this week I did the same weight but warmed up before. My body responded better to hydration and warming up but I still had to take a break at set 5. Should I wait until I can get 10 sets in 20 mins or should I go ahead and bump up the weight?

About this workout: I used 2.5kg dumbbells. It wasn’t too bad but I did this one a couple days ago but I’m only starting now with this program. I have to admit, I could hardly do the wall sit so I didn’t use the dumbbell.
Also, I could only use one dumbbell with both hands for the side lunge ventral raises. I really am weak

5 years ago, I tried this & I gave up some where in the middle.
Meanwhile, I trained MMA, Boxing, Taekwondo, MTB stunts and many.
Today,
I was like “Hey man, now this workout is so simple. Lets try after long time” Also me: What the hell is this. This is still same. I gave up somewhere in the middle again.
Not a bad workout but not a fan of not knowing how many reps or seconds I am doing
One reason I may be feeling this way is because I probably should’ve given myself a break because my legs are very sore and and upper body is some what sore, and I wasn’t feeling it today otherwise love you Kelli and Daniel!❤️♀️

Here is the catch guys I incorporated this workout 5 sets a day 3 times a week along with 20 minutes jumping rope for 2 weeks and I lost 1. 5 kg of stubborn fat I’ll give you another update in 2 weeks
There are so many workouts but i don’t know which one to do…Should i reduce belly fat or tone my body or learn boxing or cardio workouts or dancing exercise…..just by thinking I’m sweating someone please guide me
Ok so i found this a little boring, not easy but the reps were a little too long, i missed the more modern videos count down timer. BUT in saying this i felt this the next day like i never thought i would, like every where, abs, shoulders, back, legs and did i say core! Wow what a deceptively thorough workout.
Breaks are too long. The instructor seems to be too tired to continue right after each exercise:(. Please do not chat in between and focus on leading us to the next exercise right away.

While I absolutely love POPSUGAR workouts and their compatibility to be done at home, I find the title of this workout to be misleading. I did get a good sweat in, but only TWO of the EIGHT exercises incorporated the free weights. After committing a good 15 minutes into this video, it was too late to opt out and find an alternative video that actually included weights at least 75% of the workout.
This work out is great! It felt to me like a good athlete’s work out and I loved the mix of speed/agility w/ the weight combos. Trainer also is very encouraging. Can she please come back?!?!!
May I remind you guys of one of the few norms of complexes “the barbell does not leave your hands”. So if you have to put the barbell down then change the order. Examples of exercise, one of the many complexes recommended by Dan Jon: 1. Row 2. Clean 3. Front squad 4. Military press 5. Back squad 6. Good mornings

been going through a bunch of these popsugar workouts during quarantine, trying to get back in fighting shape. been doing a bunch of 30min videos cuz that timeframe works with my brain to keep me motivated to do them (“it’s only half an hour, so you can get through it quickly”). decided to try this 45min one since when i was previewing it, it seemed like the trainer had good energy and….holy shit this is my new favorite cardio workout. was challenging but fun, and the trainer was engaging and motivating instead of being annoying. also had enough variety to keep me focused. those high knee sprints are MURDER. 10/10 will be using again.

Absolutely LOVE this work out, especially the kickboxing routine! I feel like such a badass! My only suggestion would be to hold the stretches a little bit longer, but I’m sure that’s something I can do at my own pace.
Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on different youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost tons of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.
The HIIT is definitely the most demanding part, after that I would say it isn’t bad at all! Only ended up burning 602 calories, but I still enjoyed the combination of different workouts.
When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. While they may generate rapid loss of weight, these diet plans will never be a long-term answer for your waistline. I made it!! Wow…. did a couple breaks (3 or so:) ) but happy I made it! Did a 12 minute yoga session before this and will be adding this to my 30 mins to an hr daily yoga routine. It’s nearing Christmas and I need to give it my last serious shot. No more sugar. I broke from smoking earlier in the year. Then from sugar substitutes, now my last addiction of honey. I think I can get there! Wish me luck guys. Btw my journey is “no weighing on scale” but more a focus on looking and feeling good plus fitting back into my skinny jeans from 10 years ago. I’m one year shy from 40 and refuse to look or feel nothing but my best!!
I did this workout without weights and I’m sweating…I can’t imagine doing it with weights…I would be passed out. Also can you please include warm ups and cool downs Fitness Blender? Additionally, it’s very helpful when you guys remind us how to breathe properly.
Honestly this workout wasn’t hard, I think it’s because it’s my first time doing it and I chose light weights so I wouldn’t hurt myself if my form was wrong. Next time I need to choose more challenging weights (if I ever do this again) and research my form

Only once a week? I do cardio twice a week and full body weight training high intensity 3 times a week. I feel like id be going backwards if i started doing this and only this once a week. Is this geared towards beginners? Im no pro by any means but have been in and outta the gym my entire life (im 39yrs old). I know the huge benefits of multi joint exercises and hiit but i just find it hard you would/should need an entire week to recover?

This is amazing I am dripping sweat. By far the best work out video from home yet. I did 20 min cardio and only made it to round one, I am beat! I’m going to push myself to make it to round 2 tomorrow. I’m trying to do this everyday but if not then 3 times a week!

Here’s a road map for you – 1. Take the first three sections of HIIT as a challenge. That’s your foundation. That’s where you gas yourself out. 2. Next two HIIT rounds are catching your breath. 3. Don’t drink water. It’ll slow you down. Get through Strength. This is where you sweat the most. 4. No water. Go straight to kickboxing. This is mind over body. You’ll have nothing left, but focus your mind. 5. Blaze through abs cardio and cool down. 6. Now get that water.
This is one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done but I love it so much because it challenges me and I’m always sweating by the end of it. I’d love to see more of Danielle.:)
I have wrist weight of 1 kg each can I wrap it to my wrists and do the exercise. Iam on to the obese side weighing about 125kgs. Pls give some suggestions
I woke up late and didn’t want to workout today. But I forced myself. My mind wasn’t in it at first but I noticed my body was and could do all the jumping jacks at the end (which usually I’m too tired to do).

IM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE 30 MINUTES WORKOUT OMG IT HELPS ME A LOTT. im an extremely introverted person and im obviously overweight, so going to the gym really intimidates me and i just cantt. i sign up once before but i ended up only going to zumba classes, because even though what i really wanna do is weight training, the section where all the weights are stored is filled with guys and i just cant go near there even. so i just quit and planning on doing it from home and your video is so far my favorite go to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU.
That first HIIT portion murdered me multiple times. It was ugly, but I stumbled through, so I hope that I actually was able to burn 500 calories, I’m not expecting more.

I feel this complex isn’t sequenced correctly. Why is the back squat AFTER the deadlifts when technically it should be after the presses. Also you re racked twice when you shouldn’t put the bar down during the whole complex.
Personally, I don’t like gyms. They are so crowded and I can’t do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from NextLevelDiet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
So winded! But i am womdering why i only burned about 300 calories according to fitbit? I am generally fit and can follow the exercises in general. Is thst because of weight relative to burn?

Are deadlifts safe with Diastasis Recti? I found this workout on a channel of Diastasis Recti safe workouts but did not think that deadlifts were safe?

Typical fault that the majority of overweight individuals make whenever they make an attempt to lose weight is to working out excessively. They then realize it doesn’t matter how hard they try, the result they are searching for won’t show up.
Amazing workout. Doing this 3-4 times a week has helped me reduce 9 pounds in last 2 months. This workout is the best way to keep you in shape during Covid.
I don’t understand the “do it once per week, if you can do it more than once per week then you are not doing it right, increase weight” logic. If this is so demanding that will deprive you of doing any exercises for the whole week, I most probably won’t be able to perform it, neither should I as it could be detrimental to my long term health. Any healthy person should be in a good position to recover from any kind of exercises maximum after 2-3 days. In rare cases, you might need 3-5 days when we are talking about full marathons or Iron man challenges but this is nowhere near that.
I currently have a set of 15 * 2 kg dumbells and a waiting for the conversion extension to arrive. Guys, is it harder to do it with dumbells of the same weight? I’m having problems with my muscles at first but right now it’s more on the grip, my fingers are tired and I noticed I had to rest more frequently because of the grip rather than the muscles. Yes of course the muscles are aching badly but it’s the fingers / grip that’s affected. What do u guys think?
Bipasha basu’s cardio only takes 30 minuts with warmup n streteching at the end and that can burn more celories then this….i had tried her vedios n resuts were❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️so the point is i can not do this even after 22 minuts i was getting bored…………….

I did these exercises and gained muscle and endurance over a 6 week cycle a different time. These are basic compound movements. Have seen this same sequence on about 7 videos on YouTube.

I usually avoid weight workouts because I’m totally not that strong muscle build wise, but with lower weight weights this was really doable and I loved it! Totally feeling it all over my body. Thank you.
Started doing this two weeks ago. Been doing the 20-30 minute HIIT routines before that for a month. For this routine, on day one, I needed mini water breaks in between each round and I couldn’t complete the routine. I’m writing this comment after blazing through the routine without any water break (yes, no water). Feel amazing.
I did the 600 kcal workout before this. Some modifications were involved, but I managed both XD SOOOOOO AWESOME, these videos are the BEST
For those planning to quit after HIIT, it gets easier after that… So don’t quit. If a lazy bum like me can do it, you too can… We are in this together. All the best..

Any idea how to scale this between weight jumps? I just completed 10 rounds +6 at 30kg, i have limited plates due to lock down so am i best going to 40kg and just seeing what i can do? Or maybe do reduced time for a week and build up to 20 mins?
My body tends to gain and lose weight so fast.2 weeks ago I noticed am overweight and decided to try out your workouts.I feel so strong and full of energy.I work out five times a week then rest for two days.Usually, i do strength training 3 times a week and 2 HIIT exercises. I also eat clean. have already lost 6 lbs.More than motivated to continue with my fitness journey of making my body stronger.

I like PopSugar workouts. But what bothers me is that the person doing the low impact mods always seems like they are in slow motion. They are just as fit as Anna and the instructor and they think low impact means low intensity. People who modify still want intensity. Maybe they should have a Person who actually has to modify ( knee issues for ex) do the workout. Just a suggestion..
Love this one. Especially when you don’t feel like jumping about it’s a great all over body workout. Still gets the heart rate up!

The first round must’ve been run on repeat. No way did she do three rounds in real time. She still looks pretty. Just did this. I’m a sweaty mess, sweated out my perm and everything. First timer made it two rounds. On the third round, I did some moves without weights, so I wouldn’t quit.

My plan is to do HIIT training 3 times a week and each day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) will be either chest/tri, back/bis, or legs depending on the day and then incorporate this on Saturdays. Is that too much?

Thisworkoutis EVERYTHING!!!!!! I was hesitant cuz the warm up looked hard (and it was) but I’m glad I stuck with it by doing the modified version and going at my own pace. Muchas gracias.
did this today. I could only do 3 rounds with a rest period of 3 minutes in between rounds using 60-65lbs of weight (two 10lb weights on a 40-45lb bar). This is definitely a killer workout but I feel great now that I’m showered and fed. I’m 53 y.o.
Next time I’ll try to increase to 4 rounds and reduce the rest interval down to 2 minutes…okay, maybe 2 1/2 minutes.

So ive been avoiding doing this workout for a while now as i know itll be awful. But the corona lockdown seems like the perfect oppertunity to do a 12 week cycle. First try today at lunch…30kg bar, 6 rounds in 12:45. Stopped early as my back was fried but will aim to get the 20 mins later this week.
I moved into a new house last Friday and ever since I’ve had some back pain. I did some yoga workouts throughout the week but they didn’t completely relieve the pain but after doing the deadlifts I feel relieved. Wow!

I completed 37 minutes of it and it was amazing! I wanted to do all of it but I kept coughing i don’t know why. And it’s so motivating she talks to you through it and if you are thinking if you should do it or not I say GOOOOOOO ITS AWESOME!!!!!

Great video. I do like it when you tell me what weight you are using for each exercise at least in the beginning round. I appreciate the time to switch from one exercise to the next. It’s a great feature. I really like the total body videos. I like touching a little of everything in a workout especially right now when I can’t get to a gym.

This is my favourite workout routine online. I do this 6 days a week before i go to bed. I only leave out the weights part and compensate by adding some more exercise. Thank you fitness blender!
Just tested it yesterday,I did 7set at 65lb,and I was sure I was going to die,never been so tired in my life..how long would be a nice rest time between each set,struggling with catching my breath..
Day 1: Worked out after 5 months. Couldn’t do it more than 15 min today but tomorrow I will come back and do more than what I did today.
Loved the workout though. <3
Day 2: came back did for 20 min. Completely exhausted and also feel very happy.
Tough is the best way to describe this torture session. I started off at 95 on the barbell and quickly realized what a bitch I was. 1 round knocked me on my ass… so next workout I’ll scale back to 65 pounds on the bar and aim for 5 rounds, then work up
Anyone else doing this workout while social distancing? This is the second time I’ve done this workout. I’ve added it to my weekly rotation. I love how many options and modifications she gives-I feel like I could keep doing this same workout and continue to challenge myself with more reps, more power, or heavier weights!
quick questions, i did this workout but only burned 300 calories, does anyone know why I am burning less than the instructors? less muscle maybe? and slow metabolism? those are my guesses but can anyone clarify?
As I was doing the last set of bridge+chest presses a spider came down from one of my dumbells towards my face! Guess it was trying to cheer me on! Great workout!:)

Hi Vince, I’ve been jumping rope for 2 month and a half almost everyday and most 10 kgs and now Im 68.5 and the ideal wight for my height is 64. Note that while I was doing jump roping I never incorporated strengh workout but I now I reached a plateau. How long should I remain on 5 kg on each side as a beginner and when will I start seeing results I haven’t strengh trained for 6 years and do you recomend any extra excersice for stubborn fat loss??
I did this last week and I had to take a break at set 4 for about 5 minutes. 55 lbs. this week I did the same weight but warmed up before. My body responded better to hydration and warming up but I still had to take a break at set 5. Should I wait until I can get 10 sets in 20 mins or should I go ahead and bump up the weight?
Day 1 of FB 30. I hope I can do this. I will try and update here, maybe every week.

About this workout: I used 2.5kg dumbbells. It wasn’t too bad but I did this one a couple days ago but I’m only starting now with this program.
I have to admit, I could hardly do the wall sit so I didn’t use the dumbbell.
Also, I could only use one dumbbell with both hands for the side lunge ventral raises. I really am weak
Edit: So… I just decided to do FB Burn instead, since I think that’s more the kind of a program that I want to do. So tomorrow (August 15th, 2018) I’m gonna start with FB Burn Round 2

I gave up somewhere in the middle again.
Oh gosh… I was doing this after one of your cardio workout and now my muscles are mocking my fats my fats are crying….thank you guys…
I saw the other workout video that started with the 5 rep and 2 minutes of rest. Can I do this workout as well a couple of days later
Not a bad workout but not a fan of not knowing how many reps or seconds I am doing
One reason I may be feeling this way is because I probably should’ve given myself a break because my legs are very sore and and upper body is some what sore, and I wasn’t feeling it today otherwise love you Kelli and Daniel!❤️♀️

Here is the catch guys I incorporated this workout 5 sets a day 3 times a week along with 20 minutes jumping rope for 2 weeks and I lost 1. 5 kg of stubborn fat I’ll give you another update in 2 weeks

There are so many workouts but i don’t know which one to do…Should i reduce belly fat or tone my body or learn boxing or cardio workouts or dancing exercise…..just by thinking I’m sweating someone please guide me
First time I tried burned less than 400 calories but second time doing half modified half advanced 530 calories gone love this workout!!
Ok so i found this a little boring, not easy but the reps were a little too long, i missed the more modern videos count down timer. BUT in saying this i felt this the next day like i never thought i would, like every where, abs, shoulders, back, legs and did i say core! Wow what a deceptively thorough workout.

Breaks are too long. The instructor seems to be too tired to continue right after each exercise:(. Please do not chat in between and focus on leading us to the next exercise right away.

While I absolutely love POPSUGAR workouts and their compatibility to be done at home, I find the title of this workout to be misleading. I did get a good sweat in, but only TWO of the EIGHT exercises incorporated the free weights. After committing a good 15 minutes into this video, it was too late to opt out and find an alternative video that actually included weights at least 75% of the workout.
This work out is great! It felt to me like a good athlete’s work out and I loved the mix of speed/agility w/ the weight combos. Trainer also is very encouraging. Can she please come back?!?!!
May I remind you guys of one of the few norms of complexes “the barbell does not leave your hands”. So if you have to put the barbell down then change the order. Examples of exercise, one of the many complexes recommended by Dan Jon:

been going through a bunch of these popsugar workouts during quarantine, trying to get back in fighting shape. been doing a bunch of 30min videos cuz that timeframe works with my brain to keep me motivated to do them (“it’s only half an hour, so you can get through it quickly”). decided to try this 45min one since when i was previewing it, it seemed like the trainer had good energy and….holy shit this is my new favorite cardio workout. was challenging but fun, and the trainer was engaging and motivating instead of being annoying. also had enough variety to keep me focused. those high knee sprints are MURDER. 10/10 will be using again.
You’ve probably been overwhelmed about how magic their products are to help you have an ideal body. Believe me when I tell you, the effects do not last. The excess fat will come back to you, even more.

I just did that last superset with my baby on my back and sitting on my hips during those chest presses. Oh my gosh. That hurt. #momlife I am drenched!

Absolutely LOVE this work out, especially the kickboxing routine! I feel like such a badass! My only suggestion would be to hold the stretches a little bit longer, but I’m sure that’s something I can do at my own pace.

Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on different youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost tons of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.
The HIIT is definitely the most demanding part, after that I would say it isn’t bad at all! Only ended up burning 602 calories, but I still enjoyed the combination of different workouts.
I am 58kg, 162 cm and I got total calories 389, active calories 265 I am using an Apple Watch if anyone needs this. (I am very active)
When it comes to eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. I can’t do pushup, and i’m afraid if i push my body to do it i would end up injuring myself, what would you suggest i do as an alternative?
I made it!! Wow…. did a couple breaks (3 or so:) ) but happy I made it! Did a 12 minute yoga session before this and will be adding this to my 30 mins to an hr daily yoga routine. It’s nearing Christmas and I need to give it my last serious shot. No more sugar. I broke from smoking earlier in the year. Then from sugar substitutes, now my last addiction of honey. I think I can get there! Wish me luck guys. Btw my journey is “no weighing on scale” but more a focus on looking and feeling good plus fitting back into my skinny jeans from 10 years ago. I’m one year shy from 40 and refuse to look or feel nothing but my best!!
I did this workout without weights and I’m sweating…I can’t imagine doing it with weights…I would be passed out. Also can you please include warm ups and cool downs Fitness Blender? Additionally, it’s very helpful when you guys remind us how to breathe properly.
Honestly this workout wasn’t hard, I think it’s because it’s my first time doing it and I chose light weights so I wouldn’t hurt myself if my form was wrong. Next time I need to choose more challenging weights (if I ever do this again) and research my form

Only once a week? I do cardio twice a week and full body weight training high intensity 3 times a week. I feel like id be going backwards if i started doing this and only this once a week. Is this geared towards beginners? Im no pro by any means but have been in and outta the gym my entire life (im 39yrs old). I know the huge benefits of multi joint exercises and hiit but i just find it hard you would/should need an entire week to recover?

This is amazing I am dripping sweat. By far the best work out video from home yet. I did 20 min cardio and only made it to round one, I am beat! I’m going to push myself to make it to round 2 tomorrow. I’m trying to do this everyday but if not then 3 times a week!

I did this 2 years ago after a plateau changed my life was dropping pounds like crazy, 3 times a week had an accident and haven’t worked out in years, hopefully it’s not to bad on my back

Here’s a road map for you –
1. Take the first three sections of HIIT as a challenge. That’s your foundation. That’s where you gas yourself out.
2. Next two HIIT rounds are catching your breath.
3. Don’t drink water. It’ll slow you down. Get through Strength. This is where you sweat the most.
4. No water. Go straight to kickboxing. This is mind over body. You’ll have nothing left, but focus your mind.
5. Blaze through abs cardio and cool down.
6. Now get that water.
This is a killer workout… I am so proud of myself for completing this… However, it’s so tiring that I can sleep for 9 hours straight now
This is one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done but I love it so much because it challenges me and I’m always sweating by the end of it. I’d love to see more of Danielle.:)
I have wrist weight of 1 kg each can I wrap it to my wrists and do the exercise. Iam on to the obese side weighing about 125kgs. Pls give some suggestions
I woke up late and didn’t want to workout today. But I forced myself. My mind wasn’t in it at first but I noticed my body was and could do all the jumping jacks at the end (which usually I’m too tired to do).

IM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE 30 MINUTES WORKOUT OMG IT HELPS ME A LOTT. im an extremely introverted person and im obviously overweight, so going to the gym really intimidates me and i just cantt. i sign up once before but i ended up only going to zumba classes, because even though what i really wanna do is weight training, the section where all the weights are stored is filled with guys and i just cant go near there even. so i just quit and planning on doing it from home and your video is so far my favorite go to. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND THANK YOU.

That first HIIT portion murdered me multiple times. It was ugly, but I stumbled through, so I hope that I actually was able to burn 500 calories, I’m not expecting more.
This workout is perfect! I love being drenched and out of breath (the good way) after a workout. If you ain’t hurtin, then you ain’t doing diddly squat!
Love this workout, I’ve gotten stronger and health. Now I added a 2min cycling in between each pair of strength exercise and I’m adding 3-6 lbs more weights than Kelli suggest. Thanks Fitness Blender crew, keep up the excellent work. God Bless
