  • Hi Sydney. I love every workout that I’ve done since the Crazy Corona seclusion started, around March 15. Some of the workouts I’ve even done twice. Yesterday I did the 45 minute abs and legs and was asked to rate it at the end of the workout. I mistakenly gave it 3 stars. There was no way to go back and fix it.   • The tone of this instructor is “shame-y”. She is constantly calling people out for not going as fast as other or pushing as hard, without consideration for individual ability. Further, her language is that of body shaming “it’s fat dripping off of you” or “we tell our daughters they’re beautiful but w ended to be role model and we have to be fit”…fitness has nothing to do with beauty or fat and those are harmful messages to be promoting.

    I agree with Sydney: motivation is NOT the key to success and progress, but determination and dedication lead to consistency, which can bring about success and progression towards goals. I have been working out hard and steadily for over 30 years, and I can’t say that I always FEEL like working out (most days I do, because I love it! But there are those days when I’m overly tired, or for whatever other reason I just don’t feel motivated). But my determination and dedication keep me going during those times. I have always loved the Nike slogan “Just Do It”, and it has helped me to get going, and keep going, many times (in exercise, as well as all the other parts of my life).

  • Really annoying that in middle of the class ads interupt the class. I’m a third of the way through and I’ve been stopped twice by two ads, have to get off the bike and restart it… Also the song are too long and become repetitious… would be more psychologically energizing if the songs changed more frequently… the same long repetitious beat makes it boring…

  • LOVED this one. Twinged my right knee during the soccer lunges which is odd because I’ve played soccer since I was 3. Took the rest of that exercise off, but completed the rest of the workout without issue. Huzzah! I was also a volleyball player in HS. Love these workouts that have variety of structure and workout and muscle groups!
