  • Hi thanks for video, I never have a problem with meal size as I hate feeling full and small amounts of over processed foods helps by not feeling full, I’m one of those who get side tracked with overly processed snacks which over time take the place of meals. I find if I make home made snacks made out of whole foods like nut butters dates almond meal nuts oats etc, I’m fine and I’ve noticed it very quickly can make me feel full therefore I’ve been teaching myself to stop way before finishing have a cup of tea and really wait for my sense of fullness. but the minute I buy a processed good from the supermarket, over time I end up eating nothing but and I get lazy. Everyone is different and gets overweight for different reasons, that why clean eating is such a good thing to practice because it gives you the bones of how to tackle a weight/ eating problem.

Not just juiced fruit but even fresh, ripe whole fruits. I used to be addicted to too much fruit and just like simple carbs, fruits can spike and crash blood sugar (& its attendant problems) so as this Youtuber says, adding protein (but not just at meals, also, with fruit can help) look at a glycemic chart (not simply for weight loss, but also to prevent worse problems) Well being All

I’ve tried to convince myself it’s just age; no, it’s consuming too much sugar. I got addicted to sugary coffee drinks. Slowly I weaned myself off of them and realized how much better I felt.   • What a refreshing video, and the content is so practical which means it’s doable. I knew added sugar was a big problem in my diet as I suffer from PCOD, so I did cut down packaged food items or added sugars. It’s a slow journey but I feel better nor I have any sugar rushes or cravings like I used to have.

  • The easiest way I lost weight was having an active job. I was super skinny when my jobs were active until I switched jobs and started work behind the desk; that’s when the weight started piling on. It’s hard working and then trying to find time to exercise.   • I always feel sick when I eat before 2 in the afternoon. I don’t eat alot but the crap I eat during the day is full of calories…i drink alot of juice too. Like 8 bottles a day. Oops

  • I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome in the worst way, along with being overweight. Doctors recommended pills. Instead, I started eating fruit and avocadoes and nothing else. I lost 65 lbs in two years. During that time, I recovered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I realize now that this was truly not a sustainable balanced diet. Yet I never felt better. So it does make me wonder why some nutritionists are so against eating fruit.   • Hi Dani sorry for so many replies to posts. Just had the tip about exercising was so I opening to me. I have pretty much exercised most of my life. I have had weight struggles also. What you said rang so clear with me because for so many years I felt like I was being tortured for an hour or two hours or however long I was doing the exercises based on where my mind space was. Like you I enjoyed moving my body and some exercises I enjoyed but did not allow myself to further explore them because they were not necessarily weight loss based.   • I’ve been working on the will power vs awareness for about a year. One thing that keeps me feeling good and losing weight is always paying attention to when I’m starting to feel hungry and preparing for it. If I’m out doing something I make sure I have emergency snacks so I’m eating healthy foods and not getting hungrier and hungrier (and then eating whatever I can get my hands on). I used to just try to fight off that hunger but it doesn’t work very well and made me feel awful!

    But the problem is that mom doesn’t cook any healthy food and whenever i tell her to do so she tells me “omg you’re anorexic again?!” (I’ve never been anorexic lol) so instead I’m taking advantage of Ramadan to eat one meal a day without being accused of having anorexia. I am also avoiding water and everything that has water in it, because I no longer have access to any pills that I can overdose on to die.   • Naw I do the carnivore diet like Jordan Peterson and my life has improved massively over the last 2 years. I only eat Red Meat and vitamins and water. You lose a bunch of fat, gain musculature without alot of working out, have far more energy throughout the day and when waking up, you get less hungry since meat keeps your saturated, its also been known to seriously help with autoimmune disorders, depression and much more. I lost 7lbs in my first month. No negative effects noticed so far. Just make sure youre taking your vitamins like vitamin C every day and youre good.
