    I used to be 164cm and 128lbs
    My goal is to be around 100-110lbs.
    Im really happy I lost some kgs.it’s really hard for me to loose weight because of how bloaded my stomach was. I used to do a lot of Chloe ting workouts (2 hrs each day).it helped me a lot in my legs but I was still at 125lbs…I wasn’t happy. I slowly started realise that I ate 5-6 ice creams each day + coke or juices that has sugar in it. I WAS OBSESSED WITH ICE CREAM.these weeks,I didn’t had “pocked money” at all and I couldn’t buy Ice creams or other snacks..it was hard but I learned to stay without eating ice cream and I think that’s what it really helped me because I arleady gave up on Chloe workout two months ago. I also drank only 1-2 glass of water a day,stayed awake for two days then slept for 50 hours. My mom used to live on London that’s why my life was unhealthy.now she is back,I can’t stay on phone all night,I can’t buy whateve I want,I drink water just because my mom reminds me to,eat my mom meals wich I’m really greatful. also,if u think starving yourself will make you loose weight, YOU’RE DOING A BIG MISTAKE. Yeah soo idk what I’m exactly typing lol but like this comment so I can uptade in the future

  • I had extremely bad acid reflux (was on Prilosec for years) and drinking ACV actually helped it. However, what helped it the MOST was going onto a Keto diet with intermittent fasting. I stopped taking ALL my medications, including the Prilosec and Ranitidine almost a year ago and haven’t had any issues since. I also lost 50# without a single day in the gym.   • I add ACV to my daily vegetable pea soup. I make a soup in the pressure cooker with peas or lentils and lots of greens and mushrooms and spices and blend it into a creamy soup and freeze half of it. When I eat a bowl every day I add vinegar and hot sauce. This is a simple way to increase vegetables and fiber in my diet and it tastes great.

  • It does work. Mix it with turmeric and pepper olive oil and water and use it as a salad dressing. Two times a day. I lost 8 pounds in 11 days just doing that! It does work. Plus it killed my acid reflux and hernia. Completely cured me. When I stopped using it, my weight loss stalled. I didn’t gain, but just maintained. So, it does work. Don’t drink this stuff raw…it’ll burn a whole in your throat…water it down..

  • As a person with pre diabetes, I drink ACV in diet tea with a straw to help with the taste and acidity. I also have reflux and it’s not affected it if diluted enough. Never drink it straight! I will know in a couple months when I have blood work done if it’s lowering my blood sugar. ��

  • So I weight at least 102 pound, but I don’t want this little chubby roll, so I’m doing a two weekthree week challenge, I’m going to cut out some junk food, but I wanna know how to get rid of my soreness.

  • I I’ve often eaten greens with apple cider vinegar. I find malt vinegar tasty, and my favorite is balsamic vinaigrette. It goes well with steamed kale —the thick, leathery style. It helps balance the bitterness of greens: collards, kale, spinach, chard, anything with lots of green in it. Also beets pickled with vinegar and cloves are delicious. ½ cup beet juice, ½ cup vinegar, ¼ cup sugar(?) and y cloves for a can of beets.

    I would like to know if eating a fresh apple works well in its stead? My favorite combination for my gut is to eat a lunch sized apple (about 3″ diameter) and about three large leaves of Romaine lettuce. Soluble and insoluble fiber (once called roughage) keeps everything moving smoothly, and it was essential while I took chemo for breast cancer.

  • I’ve always been chubby, even when I was younger. What I realized is that my meals are healthy. I just eat snacks. Snack, snacks, snacks and more snacks. I’m 48kg (105lbs), when kids that are nine come over, they eat larger meals. I would have a bowl of rice and 2 pieces of chicken when they have 4. Yet they are much skinnier and that bothered me. A month ago it got to the point when I skipped 2 meals a day and would work out like there’s no tommorow. I have thick thighs, large arms and a big stomach.   • I always feel bad when I’m with my friends who are trying to lose more weight than me (I’m still working at fitness and toning but wouldn’t mind dropping a couple more lbs either) and we usually end up drinking a ton, then I like help myself to two giant plates of food plus ice cream because drunk munchies. They probably thinking oh hell naw, but they don’t see me on the toilet the next day dying of dysentery then eating like one baked potato for dinner to soothe my insides and then praying to spinach all week to debloat after the mistakes were made.

  • Hi there, I have a question. I am a mom of 3 and i am struggling to lose weight. I weigh 145 pound but i am thin but I have belly fat that is just not budging at all. I tried eating very small portions and drinking green tea as well as lemon ginger tea and water. I have a normal bmi but this belly fat and love handles and bra fat just isnt going down.   • I’m currently a 15 year old female in secondary school and 13 something stone in weight. I’ve never been the type to do excise, I’ve actually always hated it. At the moment I don’t have any motivation at all for life or anything of the sort. I’ve always suffered with my weight, even when I was younger then the age of 10. But after receiving some important information, I wanted to change my lifestyle. Become healthy and proud of who I am. Like most who are overweight, I suffer from extreme low self esteem and get effected by even the simplest words about my body. I hardly drink even a cup of water a day, but even then it’s only juice (I’ve never been a water drinker) not to mention I snack all day because I’m constantly hungry. To say I’m unfit is an understatement, my heart races even after going up one flight of stairs. (No I haven’t had it checked out, I just assume it’s because of my overweight and due to the fact I’m extremely unfit).

    I know there are a lot of story’s like mine, but I would appreciate it if you could give me some insight on how you can keep up with all this. Changing lifestyle, exercise, etc.

  • It’s really sad that a lot of these popular fitness channels aren’t really being great examples of a healthy lifestyle. So many of them show them eating out and making freaking fast food reviews. Like they are supposed to be a example to the people who are trying to lose weight or get into shape and they show what they got as a post workout meal at ihop. That makes it seem to someone starting out that, that is the fitness lifestyle. I understand that eating the same chicken and rice everyday is not sustainable for most people but if there were people that did stay to a strict eating plan on YouTube, being a example of how it is possible then I think more people would look at food differently then something to make their taste buds feel good, but to think of food as fuel for your body.

I put on weight after ACL knee surgery, then I started following Dr. Greger. I lost 50 pounds and am back to my college weight (I am 55).

  • I’ve started doing 16:8 intermittent fasting and am now on 18:6 most of the time with the occasional 24 hour fast/1 meal a day. I’ve lost 10lbs since mid April and I’m now doing a keto diet.

  • No hate whatsoever. But there is something called naturally skinny, body types are how this is defined and ectomorph has a very high metabolism making it hard for them to gain weight. They are naturally very skinny

  • Would taking a teaspoon or two in 8 oz warm water, tea maybe be advised. I just tried sipping a tablespoon (straight was/is a mistake for sure) before dinner, unable to gasp it zapped the oxygen out of me my throat seized up a few seconds I didn’t finish the tablespoon and sipped water to recover. Taking 2 tablespoons may not be as simple as it sounds.

  • I’ve taken Braggs off and on for several years and can’t say it ever helped me lose weight. Also, contrary to your experience, it’s my go to remedy when I have reflux issues! I guess everyone is different. I mix it into my daily fiber drink, which is sweetened, and it goes down very easily.

  • From what I’ve read..DONT BRUSH YOUR TEETH after consuming…rinse your mouth thoroughly after consuming ACV. Also, it reacts with certain medications…do your research. Ask your physician.

  • It has helped my reflux, as in doesn’t happen at all as long as I’m taking ACV through a straw 1-2tsp in about a cup of water twice a day, and has helped with detox…I am definitely a believer!

  • Just found your channel today (mid June) and love the inspiration and encouragement I’ve found here on my keto journey.
    It dawned on me that this 40 hour fasting over a month is also great for autophogy, where your body naturally gets rid of cells it no longer wants (including diseased cells).
    I’m going to give your ADF a good go for a month to help get to my next stage.
    FWIW, my weight loss is now 90 lbs 40 kg and in the last 6 years I have survived stage 4 cancer, a diabetes induced heart attack, and best, have permanently got off insulin. Keto has been such a life saving and life-changing lifestyle.

I would workout super hard and still would feel tired because I wasn’t eating enough probably lol and then fasting kept coming up so I prayed and was like IM DOING THIS IDC I’m so tired of this food struggle.   • I take a tablespoon diluted in water every morning. I find it kills my appetite, so makes it easy to do one meal a day. Not sure about any other benefits internet has many conflicting views on its value.

  • I take it at least 30 mins before a meal 2 tbs in 8 oz of water and I drink it with a straw to limit acidic effect on tooth enamel and rinse my mouth right after.

  • I’ve started my weight loss journey 2 months ago. But I see people that are losing like 10kg in one month by taking medicine. I just think it’s so unfair, I’m making so much effort.   • I can’t figure out if this ACV cures everything fad was started as a marketing gimmick by Bragg or if they just got lucky. Either way, the owners of Bragg vinegar must be shitting themselves with glee!

  • Actually apple cider vinegar “prevents” acid reflux. There’s lots of evidence and studies that show this; not sure why Bob has a reverse effect, but is closes the muscle at the opening of the stomach and prevents acid from leaking out into the esophagus. After having my gall bladder removed this is the remedy which was suggested and it works beautifully. Now, I can have tomato sauces if I choose. BTW, it makes chili and beans taste even better, just 2 tsp and WoW!!!!! I did achieve much smoother skin (less bumpy) when mixing it with my bubble bath and soaking for 20 minutes; no joke-it works!!!!

  • I find that using ACV helps jumpstart weight loss/ or when I’m going through a plateau. I have to dilute it, add honey and use a STRAW to get it past my teeth. It will cause enamel damage and pain (at least for me). Love your vids!

  • I have just come across you videos and what a blessing you are! I have been IFing for over a year and a half and totally enjoy it. Did a month of ADF last summer with good results but I enjoy eating and at that time returned to daily IF. You have inspired me and I am going to ADF for June (starting yesterday ; ).   • I actually use apple cider vinegar quite a bit not enough I’m sure. I use it for colds and try to use it for weight loss to. I use it for a couple weeks and then I start having the acid issues you mentioned. So I’d have to stop and I later they get back on it and then restart news a little difficult. But if you do a little apple cider vinegar and honey to two two parts and ACD to one part honey it’ll help your sinuses and colds. I think

  • Took the vinegar….nothing happened except heartburn. Switched to apple cider vinegar pills….no more heartburn but no weight loss and absolutely NO effect on blood sugar based on twice daily glucose tests.

I have been doing this for the past year two years ago I dropped my first 21 pounds then once I started using this mixture my metabolism did speed up after several months of CONSISTENTLY doing this and I have now lost a (totaL lost of 70+ in a Little over two years) while eating low carb healthy unprocessed foods three meals a day and only fruits and veggies for snacks..it does work I mix it with 8 oz warm water each morning..I did not know about not brushing your teeth afterwards I had no idea good to know though!!!

  • Are you ever famished and fill your face when you can eat? Sometimes being deprived makes one shovel food in while they’re preparing a meal…lol I lift weights also. How about preworkout? Acceptable ya think?

  • Add it to water to drink with a few crystals of Himalayan pink salt and cream of tarter (potassium). If you cut out the fluoride from your life and add iodine (kelp), ACV is supposed to help de-calcify your pineal gland. There is a lot going on in this area at the moment regarding fluoride.

  • I’m trying it right now to lose weight and lower blood sugar as my fasting blood sugar is 111. Today is my first day and it’s like omg it’s only 9:04 pm and not tomorrow yet lol. But I’ve done it before and my need to get healthy is more important than food. I lost 45 pounds on keto and then carnivore and stopped for a very long time. I hope this helps.

If u are practicing muscle building physical strength, it is NECESSARY to consume HIGH amounts of protein in the diet, while doing strength training. (Eating veggies and carbs while nursing a back injury with excercise is worthless). HIGH PROTEIN…
    This channel is all about muscle strengthening for health. Why are they ignoring diet? Protein intake should be high…

  • Its still surprise me, just how lot of people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though lots of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost lots of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • It would be a waste for you not to lose body fat when other typical people are capable to lose weight very easily using Custokebon Secrets (google search it).

  • Try starting out by shrinking the stomach with very small meals. When you get hungry, try to stave it off with drinking water, flavored seltzer, or coffee or green tea (hot or cold) is the best, when you ABSOLUTELY have to eat, have just ONE small thing. Tell yourself you can have almost anything you want, but no food combining. Like an apple, plain hamburger, small salad, an egg, or even a pudding. Then start again staving off hunger pangs. Day one I ate 7 times, day 2 ate 5 times, and so forth. Doing this caused me to find out that it was red meat that was causing my sinus congestion! Then go to alternate day fasting. I’m 72 with insulin resistance, and need to lose 60 pounds. I’m on day 7 and have lost 7 pounds, but I think this is the water weight loss phase. Prayer helps a lot, especially letting the hunger pangs signal your prayer-especially for our country. Good luck!☀️

  • You might want to check out Dr. William Li and the research he’s doing on nutrition and disease. He, I believe, works with Mayo and others in consultation and has webpage. He has videos on Ted Talks and his book BEAT TO EAT DISEASE very exhaustive with lots of research. Check it out.

  • I weigh 187 lbs. My goal is by September 28th, when I go back to seminary to be at 165 lbs. I am presently doing my best to eat every fourth day. I am doing my best to fast for 3 days and then eat on the 4th. Mostly Keto when I eat. I have health problems and need to lose this weight. Thank you for making all of your videos. Blessings! I am a male, 59 years old and 5′-10″ tall. Will strength train and walk when I am done. Those are my plans and it will work out god willing.

  • I realize I’m late to the party, but I’m joining in June 6th… 😉 I did great on ADF and then on eat days IF (20/4); but when I decided to change it up and went 3 days of eating (IF), it totally threw me out of sync with getting back on to ADF (I’m with your dad on that one, big time). Found that out today, actually, lol… I will get myself back on the ADF every other day starting tomorrow… I felt the best and was more motivated to press forward on ADF… now, I’m picking up the pieces from 3 days of eating… Don’t plan on doing this again anytime soon!

    My goal for June is just to get back to ADF every other day and staying strong… and bringing in some exercising (some injuries to knees is messing me up)… if I can do these 2 things, then I succeeded in my goal (the weight loss would be a bonus, one I’ll be thrilled to take) Thanks for sharing your stories and experiences.

  • You were one of my inspirations so thank you. I started on April 14th and have lost 10 lbs. 156 to 146. I feel fantastic but the best part is the way my body just naturally wanted to cut out sugar, fructose specifically. My palette changed and I rarely have a craving for sweets. My mind is trained to eat after 5pm most days with a three to four hour window to eat. Thank you for having posted your journey because it’s helped me immensely! I wanted to add one more thing…I used a journal (pen and paper) to keep track of my caloric intake. Those of you thinking of doing this, write down what you eat in a typical day it will make you think twice about eating that second piece of cake. There’s something about pen and paper that really holds you accountable, too. My dang journal stares me down until I write in it EVERY little thing I have eaten that day, and I haven’t missed an entry yet. Give it a try. One more benefit, no exercising is required, it’s suggested but not required. Good luck!

  • I put two teaspoons of ACV in my mint tea at night along with Chromium and it helped reduce inflammation from arthritis in my thumb. But I do occasionally get heart burn from it.

  • When I was dexa scanned and diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lumbar spine, my dr put me on alendronic acid which I lasted 7days before it gave me a stomach ulcer. I did some research and started having ACV organic with the mother every day and it went away, still drinking it 2 years later. Highly recommend but make sure you get the organic with the mother version.

  • Bragg IS the Best one…I have been putting Apple Cider Vinegar AND Pure Raw unfiltered Honey in my hot tea for 19 years now…and it’s actually low acidity…has naturally occurring malic acid which actually DOES help with heartburn…it may give you heartburn at first..but overtime will help
