So… eliminating dinner altogether is best… if you must have it (as I personally often do), only whole grain or light fruit to not tax the stomach.
Breakfast should be largest meal of the day… try to have all proteins in the body PRIOR to 3pm. After that, the human body does not efficiently process proteins/ requires high acid environment in stomach after that time and mostly turns to fat and gas. Legumes are great for helping those with heart/circulation issues by cleaning out your system as do whole soluble grains.
To increase the fat reduction, eliminate meat altogether (no bad cholesterol or bad fats at all). Complete protein can be obtained by either combining any whole grain with any legume (to accumulate all essential amino acids) or you can get all essential amino acids in certain foods alone such as: Non-GMO Soya beans, Almonds, Wheat Grass, Quinoa, Amaranth, Chia Seeds, and many others (raw pumpkin seeds 2 handfuls a day is enough protein for a grown man). I happen to be a plant based person, but try this for a short while and see how you feel if you aren’tresults faster by not in-taking bad cholesterols and fats. Be sure not to forget to take in good fats like nuts, seeds, avocados, etc… You need fats for energy and also to provide elements for your brain like DHA. Also helps to prevent your body from retaining fats (it attempts to store fats when you don’t in-take any as a means of survival). Avoid cooking those oils and fats as they become toxins and lose their beneficial properties. Limit use of salt and use better varieties, such as sea salt, which contains may more elements/mineral than standard table salt (sodium intake will be lower in sea salt) and this help not to retain as much water..
Drink plenty of fresh filtered water and avoid drinking with meals as this stops the digestion process and causes even these healthy foods to ferment and sit in the gut and destroys all nutritional value.
Avoid salad dressings as these are usually rich in bad fats, but also vinegar that ferments the once-healthy meal in the gut before it digests and undoes your hard work. Instead, use a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and squeezed lemon or limeor even make a dressing with the same and avocado for a nice good fats/creamy texture. My wife make a wonderful tofu and raw cashew creamy dressing as well with Turmeric for color and flavor.

If people are willing to go to these types of extremes for one week, well then why don’t they eat a normal carb free diet for a couple of months with moderate exercise and see the results. I started eating normal foods, non-processed foods, no sugars and very little carbs a little bit of exercise and maintained a loss of one kg per week for twenty weeks and I now am at a normal weight of 80kgs for my height. I realise that by eliminating all sugar snacks and carbs I now eat less food in general and don’t feels the need to over eat. A strict diet isn’t necessary if you use your common sense and don’t eat rubbish food. Hope this helps someone.

if you really wanna loose weight, just change your life style permanently, not just for a day. Drink water every day, eat healthy every day have a cheat meal once a weak, work out. It is not about a day. its about a life.
There are balanced diets like the dissociated ones. You eat almost everything you want but on different days. It’s true you don’t do impulsive eating and you have to wait 2-3 days, but I believe these are sustainable. What’s your opinion on this?

So… eliminating dinner altogether is best… if you must have it (as I personally often do), only whole grain or light fruit to not tax the stomach.
Breakfast should be largest meal of the day… try to have all proteins in the body PRIOR to 3pm. After that, the human body does not efficiently process proteins/ requires high acid environment in stomach after that time and mostly turns to fat and gas. Legumes are great for helping those with heart/circulation issues by cleaning out your system as do whole soluble grains.
To increase the fat reduction, eliminate meat altogether (no bad cholesterol or bad fats at all). Complete protein can be obtained by either combining any whole grain with any legume (to accumulate all essential amino acids) or you can get all essential amino acids in certain foods alone such as: Non-GMO Soya beans, Almonds, Wheat Grass, Quinoa, Amaranth, Chia Seeds, and many others (raw pumpkin seeds 2 handfuls a day is enough protein for a grown man). Be sure not to forget to take in good fats like nuts, seeds, avocados, etc… You need fats for energy and also to provide elements for your brain like DHA. Limit use of salt and use better varieties, such as sea salt, which contains may more elements/mineral than standard table salt (sodium intake will be lower in sea salt) and this help not to retain as much water..

If people are willing to go to these types of extremes for one week, well then why don’t they eat a normal carb free diet for a couple of months with moderate exercise and see the results. I started eating normal foods, non-processed foods, no sugars and very little carbs a little bit of exercise and maintained a loss of one kg per week for twenty weeks and I now am at a normal weight of 80kgs for my height. I realise that by eliminating all sugar snacks and carbs I now eat less food in general and don’t feels the need to over eat. A strict diet isn’t necessary if you use your common sense and don’t eat rubbish food. Hope this helps someone.
