The 4 Things I Did to Lose 200 Pounds

Video taken from the channel: TinierTim

In the span of two years, I have lost 120 pounds. I’ve since shifted my focus from weight loss to gaining muscle. My journey was not easy, but it was most certainly worth it.

Since I started my weight loss journey, I’ve lost 120 pounds and learned a few important lessons along the way. Starting with the fact that maintaining weight loss is a lifelong journey of staying. After losing 120 pounds, there are some things I had expected to change that actually didn’t end up changing.

Shopping for clothing at a US size 10/12 isn’t much different for. When I began my weight-loss journey a little over a year ago, I felt pretty well-prepared for the hard road I had ahead of me. However, hindsight is always 20/20 and now that I’ve dropped more than 120 pounds, I realize I wish I’d known some things much earlier.

Progress isn’t always linear. After struggling with his weight, Baldric Shyer tried intermittent fasting and made healthy diet changes, which led to a 120-pound weight loss transformation. I was naked while doing so for two reasons: I didn’t want my clothes to add the extra minuscule weight to the final number, and I wanted to visually loathe my fat-reflection.

I then kept a record of my weight in this really useful weight-tracking app. Oh, I also played ‘Ask 8-ball’ with my weight. The 9 Life Changes She Made to Lose 120 Pounds—and Feel More Confident Than Ever After Jennifer Aube got fit, she threw away her scale.

Here’s what else she did, and why. 12 Lessons I Learned After Losing 80 Pounds & Keeping It Off. So here are some things I’ve learned about body image, weight loss, and myself in the 13 years since I first started losing weight.

One woman’s weight loss journey to losing over 120 pounds—while sticking to a tight budget. Help save lives. GIVE BLOOD I’ve learned no matter what life throws at me, I. The effect on his weight was instant—and dramatic: Over the span of a single year, he dropped close to 120 pounds, and says he still has another 30 or so to go to hit his goal.

  • What do you think of lost crazy amounts of fat using Custokebon Secrets? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • It’s true!

I was starved as a kid; they obsconded with my breakfast and lunch being the latest riser, and brother of a family of Narcissistic psychopaths so I stole candy, cakes, donuts teachers, nuns, would not make me a sandwich!

    I got fat!

I lost the weight, but often lived off of junk food, and fast food after, though I was athletic. Whenever I dieted, I did not make preference changes, for life!

I took health supplements, to magically manipulate my system unto what I wanted to happen, and ate processed junk. At anytime, weight can increase exponentially, and has, because of sugar, carb preference, caused by evil family, stealing my food! Ibonow c today, they knew what they were doing, because I refused to be deviant!

This addiction to junk, I should hate! Right? But, I keep going back, because I never changed my palate permanently! It is the one habit that my enemy induced, without one word, which I never thought to hate, as much as I hate drugs, child sexual slavery, prostitution, Adultry, lying, deception, stealing, fraud, gaslighting, projection… the first four things on his list!

He’s right, it is a trap, which is a deception! There is no real happiness, satiety in only thinking of eating bad junk when hungry, and starving! It is actually killing me! LOL I realized that earlier today, while wolf in down a half pound of candy bars! Why didn’t I go fry some eggs, in butter or bacon grease, and stay Keto add salt, real salt. That is what my body wants!

I would have been so much more satisfied!

Then I watched this video, about his struggle with food! If I ever thought to change that one thing about food diet, I always reserved the desire to go back, whenever I want! I’ve been free of all temptation that way too for a couple of years at a time! But, my diet unconsciously was still carb and sugar based! PLUS, I would schedule candies and cakes, and processed foods, and fast or restaurant food in, and eat terribly!

No wonder the cc weight always came back like a plague! It comes back with vengence, like a curse from god! It is called ignorance!

Until I learned what Metobolic Syndrome is, I would not try Keto… even still, I thought it was wrong for me because of Gout! Gout is horrific! And, it loves weight loss, and fatty diet!

Then I found this Doctor, whom explains it all, on videos! I was losing weight 60 lbs, 160 to go and fighting gout like all he’ll broke loose!

So, the prescriptions weren’t working much. I found the Keto video after fully stopping all prescriptions, too see the difference not much, my blood pressure was perfect, because I was losing weight. I have a broken neck and back, and physical therapy helped Kung Fu move my neck back 5 or 6 inches, without surgery. I was refused 3 times, for being too fat! There is still broken neck and back, with less stress, and frightful but manageable pain! I stayed off the prescriptions Lyrica is scarry stuff.

Then I started Keto. I found this doctor, after a while; and, his videos cover the important concerns. Yes, I have gout! It will get better, as I lose the weight, and eat a sugar and carb (sugar) free diet.

I was salt restrictive, most of my healthy life. I believed that lie, which makes us gain weight!

Now, I salt, and suppliment with magnesium and potassium muscle cramps and spasms relief got ride of the bananas, and foods, which are not really healthy, like that. Everyday I find answers to problems, which keep me fat, as my enemies wanted, all my life! I am getting free of all that too!

I am over 40 years old, and morbidly obese don’t necessarily look like it. I have enough muscle. So, I need a workout plan that does not stimulate cortisol. They say this is scientifically proven it works, if we do it, “this way”. So, I am! It is working; but, I just took a dive, into Halloweencandy saleland! Throw it away, give it!

I found this video, and realized what I do! I get hungery, I think (obsess) about the junk those whom hate me want me to live on!…until I eat some real food, like fried eggs and hard cheese, with salt, on a big bed of crunchy, wilting romaine lettuce, and spinach leaves, topped with alfalfa sprouts and inflammation causing tomato, spread with a small amount of real mayonnaise with good oils and ingredients, even homemade and dijon mustard or clean yellow mustard and clean horseradish, salted and peppered!

I fixed my craving earlier in the day with that! But, not the late night craving, I got into the candy!

    What a wakeup call!

If I eat something delicious, which is Keto healthy natural, I can eat as much as I want no big deal and I am greatly satisfied, not violated, by the enemies!

If I fail, I feel violated by the people whom live by the first four evils, on his list, by their fifth seems not so wrong. Now, I know, it is no less deviant, to myself! It is also their way of killing me young; so, they can control the narrative about their felonious lives!

That is so bizarre! Yet, it is a rock solid truth! For the Narcissistic Psychopath, and the shallow charm and emotions, which aren’t real, that is how it is unbelievably, unreal, yet more real than reality!

Why? Because of their insanity, seems normal!

Became our insanity, does not seem normal!

We have to twist back out of it, learning the tricks and manipulatioms, the lies they use, and the lies we believe which we don’t know, nor accept!

Freedom, is getting it all straightened out, finding that they refuse to change, and getting over leaving them forever, fully!

When family isn’t family, and community isn’t community, we might be the only responsible one! That is ok, as long as we don’t give in, and accept other deviance, to end loneliness! That will take care of itself, if we persevere to the ends! At each end, there are more disoveries, endings, and beginnings! Just don’t go back!

  • I made the dinner exactly like the video… it was EXTREMELY bland.:/ I mean don’t get me wrong I enjoy healthy food and don’t have to have heaps of salt or butter on anything, but this was just… a waste of money

  • 200 lbs in a year…PFFFFT…..I can show you how to lose 200 lbs in a month…..send just a $99one time fee and all will be revealed

  • Sometimes you have to talk about your diet plan…people will comment when you order a tortilla chicken dish and hold the tortilla.

  • Italy has an obesity rate of 21%. Far less than Americans. I personally didn’t see anyone overweight while there. eat pasta and bread every day. They just eat appropriate portions. They don’t insist on and eat enough to feed 3 people at every meal and they don’t snack.

  • Thankyou for sharing this very doable things to lose weight. Really it boils down to discipline and sticking to your decision to reach the outcome you are looking for.

  • LOL..This guy keeps trying to say funny things, and waits & expects people to laugh, but no one ever does and he just keeps going. Good video though about weight loss habits.. but feel bad for him that no one laughs at his jokes.
My dad is a pediatrician and growing up, we were never allowed to eat fast food, sugar/candy, ice cream, soda especially, junk food, pizza, sat fats, etc., (only on special occasions like B-days or friends parties) and would always get really upset at him as kids and hated it.I remember my mom would even buy us candy and stuff when we were kids and my dad wasn’t with us and we would never tell him, obviously. but that was like once every few months. so like 3 times a year, aside from bdays and friends parties. now in my mid 30’s, when I have kids, I’m going to do the exact same thing with my kids when I have them.
He also didn’t care if we got dirty or if we dropped an apple slice (i know fruit has sugar-but that’s the only type of sweets we were allowed) he wouldn’t go crazy and toss it out, unless it fell on the street obviously, but not on the kitchen floor, etc.. anyway, now, my brother, sister and I who are in our mid-30s, have an amazing immune system, RARELY ever get sick, and still carry those habits of eating well in our mid 30’s. So people, don’t go crazy and use hand sanitizer on your kids’ hands every second, germs build their immune systems, just like a flu shot does (i guess) and don’t feed your kids Soda, pizza, McDonald’s, fast food etc.. only on special occasions. and you will see how they will never get sick when they’re older and have an extremely healthy immune system and metabolism when they get older unless they go crazy and eat everything BCS they couldn’t as a kid.. but typically its the former and not the latter. Also, one really important thing I learned from my dad was also that it takes your stomach 20-30 minutes to tell your brain that it’s full. so if you’re hungry and keep eating and eating, you will eat 5x the amount you should. instead, eat small portions, wait 20-30 minutes and if you’re still hungry, then eat another small portion. Just like how Tylenol or any pill takes 20-30 minutes to start working on your headache. You won’t keep taking Advil for 30 minutes wondering why you still have a headache, right? It’s the Same exact concept, you take one and after 30 minutes or so, the pill starts to work and your headache is gone. same with food. eat a small portion, wait 20-30 minutes, and you will see that you are actually full, instead of eating fast and continue eating for 30 minutes, then feel totally full.

  • amazing new knowledge. i also found this product that has helped many in their weight loss journey called leptitox @t. try it and thank me later

  • I lost over 30 kg without trying by binging on mdma with my mates for a few weeks only had like 4 break days
I only drank water and forced myself to eat a peice of toast every morning I had no hunger I felt fine. After I stopped I gained 10kg back (it really showed after loosing lots of weight gaining some back really shows in the mirror) but then I just stopped eating as much and didn’t eat processed foods and I lost the 10 again and am still loosing about a kg every couple weeks personally the mdma binge changed my life for the better I never realised that I nearly had a double chin but after loosing weight I felt great I’m strongest I ever been happiest and im never tired it’s great

  • I lost 40 pounds in 3 months. It’s not Rockett science. These people on these videos talking like you can’t loose weight without there little speech all it is will power then after you loose the weight don’t go back eating like you did before I mean anybody can over eat and have a addiction to food common sence. Do the one meal a day diet and fast for 24 hours

  • Cannot agree with no pasta or flour look at asians and what they eat.

Our problems in the U.S. is we eat way too much, we eat all day with various so called healthy foods loaded with sugar and we don’t incorporate enough veggies and fruits.

Instead of eating your pasta with loads of beef and spaghetti sauce which is loaded with sugar have a small amount of meat and shop for spaghetti sauce with minimal sugar and salt and add a large salad, just an example.

Not a fan of using food as the scapegoat of being over weight.

  • Inspirational! But the kids!!!!! this kind of seminar should NOT be attended by children or babies….first, it’s not interesting to them nor should they be worried about weight (that’s the parents job), and second, they can’t sit still did that long, nor are they quiet!

  • just eat one meal a day…have a piece of meat and some veggies..even a piece of cake…then forget about eating until your next meal…the weight will fall off in sheets..

  • AMAZING. For all the people who didn’t watch the whole talk, you cheated yourself. Great information. I may watch this again. Wow. I took a page of notes.

  • I am right now on my weight loss journey. I have been trying for months and I would lose 10 pounds and then give up and gain it all back. Over the summer, I want to begin my journey to my goal weight 135-145 pounds. Right now I’m 169 and I’m 5’10. My genetics suck and it runs in my family that it is hard for us to lose weight but very easy to gain it. So I’m turning 15 in September and playing a new sport and I’m starting high school and I feel like now is the perfect time to start. This channel has helped me a lottttttttt! Love you so much and thank you for helping me❤️❤️❤️

  • Thank you so much for making this video. The big picture calorie deficit chart was really helpful and it was nice to see that someone can lose weight without having to starve or push a bunch of “You gotta use this” supplements that no non-celebrity normal person can afford.

  • Congratulations on your weight loss. I have been trying for years to lose only 50 pounds and I dont know how to motivate myself

  • Phenomenally inspirational! What an incredible speaker! Even if you’re someone who’s never struggled with weight, this video is worth watching!

  • I get what your saying about the wolf…….. I was brought up with the story and it’s got nothing to do with food lol ha ha,,,,, I get how ur using it tho lol glad you did this for yourself

  • I was watching but when you talked about running the Turkey Trot on thanksgiving day…the entire video was over and cur short. Just note, I was thrilled and taken with your story. Apparently this is your only video thus far. Hoping for more sometime in the future. Thank you for sharing. I’ve been mesmerized. ❤️

  • That’s the real problem with the fat issues, the parents!!!!!! THE MOTHERS!!!! Why they always buying all the poison like nothing is going to happens

  • I really believe in conditioning. No need to focus on a good feeling, just do something easy to have a base to start from. You don’t like exercise? Try exercising 10 minutes a day. It’s not enough but you can sit through it. Doesn’t matter if you can’t give your 100%, it’s okay if one day you give 50% and the next you give 80%. Eventually you’ll get used to the exercise, sometimes even notice how you get better at certain work-out routines, things get easier maybe even more fun. Because we usually dislike doing things we’re not good at. But still, you need time to have it in your system, do it for 1-3 months. You want to get to the moment where you feel you miss it, because it’s such a part of your day. Then you add 5 minutes a day or 10 minutes. Whatever you can take as long as it doesn’t overwhelm you. Until that 15-20 exercise a day becomes your new normal. In 9 months you can get to a sustainable 30 min work-out routine as is recommended by most health organizations.

This is how you get consistent. It’ll take longer, but our weight problem is a habitual problem, the solution is in forming new habits. And you can’t break old habits without replacing them with new ones.

When it comes to food don’t cut, look at what you are missing and add that to your diet, and replace what you have too much of with something else you need. No need to starve yourself and this way that won’t happen. If you’re hungry make sure it’s not a nutritional deficit (you’re missing some type of vitamin or fat or whatever) and make sure you’re not thirsty instead. And remember: garbage in garbage out. Make sure to eat fresh fruit, vegetables, proteins, whole foods you’ll feel better. Can’t cook? Learn this first then focus on exercising, because good nutrition is what will keep you going.

‘Cause our weight problem is also not just a habitual problem but a problem of imbalance. We live in an imbalanced society (our work, transportation, education all happens in a seated position, we don’t walk for miles, we don’t plow the fields in the sun, we don’t do heavy chores at home with our dishwashers and small apartments, we don’t ride on horseback somewhere) so we see the increase of people with imbalanced bodies. Bringing back some type of heavy lifting in our lives can help bring back that balance.

  • Not diet life style. “I” just don’t do that anymore. (Eat junk mistreat myself.) Congratulations on your success. May it Continue..

  • Intermittent fasting is a huge trick to get your health back and to lose weight. Check out Dr Eric Berg DC and Jason Fung MD. Both have awesome info on healthy keto and intermittent fasting

  • You left out the most important part of the parable… SMH…

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life… “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy.”  It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.  One is evil he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.  The other is good he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.  This same fight is going on inside you and inside every other person, too.”  The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”  The old chief simply replied, “The one you feed.”

    A Cherokee Parable

  • Tim says early in the video that he tried low carb and it didn’t work for him. 2/3 the way through the video he explains that what finally worked for him was a low carb diet. Hmm…. I’m confused.

  • This really hit home with me, when he stated that “he was committing a sort of suicide by overeating.” I’ve been slowly killing myself for years. I have no excuse with getting my act together.

  • I just found this by chance in You Tube and it was just what I needed to hear. I’m thrilled for Tinier Tim and everyone else who succeeds but it has not happened for me. I just stopped telling people I am on Keto because I’ve been eating the foods, and not losing. I know I have problems understanding the ‘matrix’ thing but I did cut out so much and my body is not dropping pounds like everyone else on the keto sites. I had to stop going into them. I think my 62 yr old body is having hormone issues so I will check the site mentioned in this video, Elizabethhopefully I can ‘find’ a plan that works. Please** this video ended and seems there should be more where is the end of this video. All help appreciates. good luck everyone…

  • This story is sooooo damn similar to my life. From 1 trip to a drive thru and getting back to my peak weight to eating in secrecy. I also microwaved a tub of ice cream for 10 seconds and devoured it. I also started my weight loss journey right before the Christmas holidays. lost 95 lbs in 7 months. Fell off the wagon this past 2 months and gained 10 lbs. Time to get back on being consistent.

  • I like the simplicity of everything here! I feel like the secret is not fancy/expensive ingredients but just eating more creatively (using produce in a well balanced, satisfying way)I can feel myself getting full just LOOKING at these meals

  • im allergic to chocolate, i hate the smell, it makes me sick. if i accidently ingest it i get painful stomach ache for 2 days. i dont know why people think everyone likes chocolate or can eat it

  • I pay more attention to the good commenters reviews-who take the time to teach us … thank you very much I got a lot of your comments and I agree
I went right to the spot because one commentor who gave me a clue of the main idea I wouldn’t of stayed for the whole thing

  • Exercise is NOT necessary. Do it if you like it. otherwise, just do lazy keto. It’s easy. it’s good. You can LIVE WITH IT. I lost 125 lbs on it and I still stay keto every day.

  • Saved my life in 2004 did a 36 day water fast, after the 3rd day I was not hungry, do the research, I was 300 lb’s down to under 200 and on Keto, every couple of years I do 21 day water fasts, UNBELIEVABLE? It’s the sugers and high CARBS I will never eat a regular PIZZA again so many ausome keto recipe’s?

  • I just saw the analogy of the wolves on tv last week..now here. Ive been feeding the right wolf for over a year and a half now. It’s amazing what gets done once you fully commit to the process. Cheers

  • I love that you mention that you need to treat and feed your body as though you were already your ideal weight. Mindset is definitely a large factor in losing weight. ♥️

  • Just after I conducted my analysis about this diet program that has been offered by a buddy who also lost fat, I dropped around 9 pounds too. My very own fat-burning and weight loss should have been because of this specific program. I have noticed right now that I am eating food healthy. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover on Google. Guide’s name is under.

  • If you eat Vegetable and fruit throughout the day like back in the day. You’ll be more healthy them ever 2 k calories a day is redicules. That’s not how many calories people lived back in the day living off their land..

  • Honestly I love only girls pluse size (big bobs, big and fat legs and big jucy asses) who weight 146-154 lbs (65-70 kg) not skiny girls,I don’t look at a skyny girl neither money or absolutely nothing I love only pluse size girls my kind of women yumtyyyyy!!!!!!

  • Twas a well made video. Honestly, personaly I have found that when I stop worrying about my weight and what I’m eating, I lose weight. I focus on friends and work and life and it’s just ah it’s amazing

  • Well, my brother taught me self control. He would open a bag of talkies and we would stand and look at the beach, he would eat the talkie in at least 20 bites and I would eat mine in 2. Whenever he’d finish he would wait a couple seconds before giving me one. So I started to catch along and started to eat slower and understood how good the talkie was. It has been about 2 later and ive started gaining weight so eventually i started a diet. Ive been on a keto diet for 8 weeks and have realized that if you want to stay on a consistent diet you need to have self control to not binge. A way I have found is to eat slowly and take in the taste.

  • I just stumbled on your page…gonna try your system out. I’m 5’3 and at the heaviest I’ve ever been…169! I want to lose 40lbs too! on the 40lb weight loss, girl! That’s awesome!!!!

  • I find this to be such good, wholesome advice. It’s taken me much longer than you to get to this mindset, but once I found myself practising all the things you’ve touched on, I started seeing real results too. Nice work.

  • drink a lot of water then u won’t be hungry and it helps u lose weight too and drink hot water to be full yur welcome and try chloe tings exercises

  • Congrats on the weight loss! You are truly an inspiration! I really want to lose 30lbs so that I can become a healthier teenager. 3 months is a healthy timeframe to be able to lose 30lbs and so I respect you for helping us with our weight loss journeys with your amazing, inspirational YouTube videos! Did you do any weight lifting during your journey? I really don’t like weight lifting and was hoping that I could focus on cardio and HIIT during my weight loss videos!

  • Diets never work just eat “right and exercise. There are studies on that. But everything sounded right balance diet and calorie deficit to loose. Excercise helps with the caloric deficit

  • I agree with the first point! I know I was eating around or over 2k calories, and a little over 2 weeks ago I started Whole 30. I just eat what I need throughout the day, and I decided to start calculating all the calories, and I’m eating around 1,400, and I don’t feel hungry! I can’t believe it! I also lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks! I’m the same height, 5″2, and I’d like to loose 30ish more lbs if possible.

  • i think the weighing yourself is a big thing because if you are weighing yourself everyday you will only loose a little bit of weight and of course it will fluctuate but not only that your not going to be seeing noticeable results in a day so wait for a couple of weeks til a month before you actually see progress to step on the scale. I know for myself i’ve tried to loose weight and i used to weigh myself everyday and my weight would fluctuate a lot and i used to let that number define me, so if one day i woke up and weighed myself and i was a couple pounds heavier even though i was working really hard to loose weight it would discourage me because i wasn’t seeing the results that i wanted and then i would just give ip

  • Thank you so much for making this video! I have been in the same place as you and can relate so much. The things you said are 100% true and I totally needed the reminder. I’m so glad I stumbled onto your channel, it’s amazing!

  • Favorite part 12:32 “If I was at my ideal weight right now… if I had my “perfect” body…if I was at my goal weight right now, how would I be dressing? How would I treat myself? How would I be taking care of my body?”…. try to do this now, even when overweight. BEAUTIFUL

  • I lost 60 lbs between 2015-2018 and now I’m slowly creeping up during quarantine but I’m going to water fast so that I don’t get as big as I used to be. I’m much more comfortable when I’m smaller and fit in my clothes without squeezing.

  • I have lost almost 15lbs in about 9 weeks without exercise! I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. 5 years ago I lost 50lbs in one year with exercise every single day. Unfortunately I gained it all back. This time I want to lose 60lbs in total. And hopefully keep it off. I love food haha. Especially the high calorie bad kind of food. But I will try really hard to keep it off. I have to say, this time around, the healthy eating is so easy to me. I don’t know what is different, maybe because I am already ‘used’ to the healthy food.

  • I started watching a few of your videos on weight loss today. Let me say…YOU HAVE THIS RIGHT and its incredibly motivating! Thank you so much, I have some new found hope:)

  • Lady you have to check this out

  • I really love the way you come across! You have good eye contact, you are “real”, you actually show yourself eating and are a very motivating person! Good job!

  • I lost 30 lbs in 12 months. From 70 to 55kg for 1,7m: now I’m healthier and when dressed I feel like a model!
I just changed my habits for healthier without any weight goal but I’m not mad at it 😉
My before and after pics are stunning and inspired me to try consistently being the best version of myself, but even if I did it slowly my skin in lower body feels saggier and droopier than ever, my cellulite got way better (along with other more significant health parameters) but this sagginess makes me feel way older than 26 and I dont know how to firm it and tone it.
I’m ashamed I did this to my body but I’m proud I took action to care for myself:)
Stretck marks are fight wounds (never been pregnant lol, so I know it’s not ok for me to have it, but hey, I’ve been bad to myself, I have been human and my past or my body or my emotions don’t define me:)
But I still want to improve. And I’d like to have the best shape i could achieve in a healthy sustainable way…
Will I be stuck with shapewear all year long? Or will my saggy body adjust itself?
I hate exercising except walk/cardio/dance and cant afford gym subscriptions yet.
Anyone knows at home dancing routines that can help me? Paired with nothing else but proper nutrition

  • My boobs were the main reason I was overweight initially too. I just thought exercise would never be for me and I’d just have to accept that I’d always get negative attention if I tried. Then I found the perfect sports bra and my life literally changed forever. I realized I could be strong, fast, healthy and most of all enjoy exercise ( even in public?!). I built my self discipline which improved my grades and overall productivity. I had loved myself before and exercise became a way to celebrate that. Sometimes, it really is the small things that completely change the game. Keep looking for a way to jump your hurdles guys xxx

  • I would doubt being a bit shorter was the issue in your case, but rather, as you know, the brain uses up 15% of your bodys energy so the biggest challenge was you had to come up with a really good diet to offset that missing element too. Congratulations you chicken brained vegan. Keep it as low calorie as possible, you need it.

  • I went through a bunch of trauma and lost about 80lbs and everyone was asking me how I lost the weight and people kept praising me and telling me how good I looked. Put this idea in my head of “did I not look good before?” That can be a hard mentality to push pass.

  • It’s really weird. Since I can remember I struggled with weight. Since a couple of years I have struggled with depression, too. Now after a year of therapy I have started really enjoying food and not just to comfort eat. That lead to more weight gain and now after a really delicious time of eating what I want without worrying I decided to eat healthier and calorie restricted. It works well and I feel like I have control over my eating habits for the first time since I was 12. Not denying a treat from time to time but then I choose to eat it

  • Thank u soo very much this video was very very helpful to me everything u talked about is my life u helped me to refocus on what will work for me back to the basics and I can over come the hard days/ self control

  • Yes, I’m very small too only 5’3″ with a small frame (5.5 inch wrist measurement). On top of that, my work is much more sedentary now that I’m older. Anyway I finally figured out that even intermittent fasting won’t work if I pile 2000-plus calories into that 8 hour eating window each day. (Granted, intermittent fasting would probably keep me from ever becoming obese simply because it restricts me from adding even more calories after the eight hour deadline.) What you said about small women (probably with the exception of athletes and manual laborers) not needing very much food…that’s so true. During the past few days I’ve only been eating around 1200 to 1400 calories per day, and I haven’t felt hungry at all. Also, I just started the high intesity training exercise program. It’s almost too good to be true…Not only does it actually require you to skip a day every other day to prevent sugar burning from thwarting fat burning mode, but it even limits the length of time it allows you to work out to a maximum of a few short bursts up to ten minutes total in an entire day! Walking for exercise may have been good for my overall health, but it wasn’t helping me lose any weight.

  • I recently lost 30 pounds but for the past month and a half i have not been eating good and gained 10 pounds. I need to lose 20 pounds. Im 125 and want to be no more than 105. But honestly i dont know how to lose these 20 pounds. The only way i lost 30 pounds was by eating less than 800cal a day and i do not want to do that again! Hopefully this video helpsxxx

  • I have always been a bit thicker ever since I was born, it’s just my body, but I am 5’2 and 160 pounds. I gained about 35-40 pounds in like 3 years due to thyroid problems (now I have stretch marks on my belly…yay) and I have been wanting to lose at least 30 pounds before I go off to college next year, but I’ve given up because it’s hard for me to lose weight. But I’ve been watching videos like these and it’s really inspired me.

  • I was 100lbs. Then I got bullimia. Then I got depression and began binge eating. Now I’m done with my depression. So my weight is slowly hopefully going back to 100lbs.

  • Today I ate around 1200 calories

A bowl of porridge with a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter

Lunch a medium bag of chips with a little vinegar and a pinch of salt with an apple

  • Just prep your meals know the ingredients and the calories so that you dont have to count you already know what your going to eat and the calories in them

  • Love you! It’s okay! I’ve lived in the US my whole life and the “basic” American diet is so bad! Your story is so relatable and I just learned at 23 how to eat properly and sustainable. Your videos help so much! ❤️

  • I want to loose 7kgs and I’m bad a will power, I’m starting with 1800cals and that’s a lot but I’m a binge eater, I’m also doing only 3 meals and fasting for around 12-14hrs atm. Then I’m cutting to 1700cals in a month and try to extend my fast. I am also doing 3 days HITT cardio 2 days strength training all before breakfast so I am doing fasting workouts:) slowly want to get to 1500 Cal’s and get my body there slowly and only have my 3 main meals since the less often U spike Ur insulin the better:)

  • I feel like she is the only channel that creates videos about healthy lifestyle that I’ve come across that actually seems genuine which I hope is the case because I’ve found her videos so helpful and realistic and inspiring!

  • For those who is still on their way to burn their fat with pills, crazy diets and exercises. That amazing woman has shown me how to burn fat fast still eating my favourite morning milkshakes. Watch that short video here NODIET. XCOURSE. XYZ to know how!

  • Thanks for telling your story and not trying to use it to make a buck, but truly to help people. May you be blessed for sharing your truth, TinierTim!

  • I’m the exact opposite of you. I weigh myself every day. I wake up, pee, and then weigh myself. I have a calendar right in front of my scale and I write the weight down. Then at the end of the week I average the weights.

Doing this let’s me notice fluctuations. Like when I start my period I will hold up to 10lbs of water weight. If that happened to also be my “weigh in” day that could really impact me negatively.

By tracking every day I can see that “oh I started my period Monday and weighed 10lbs more than the day before” but now that its day 3 of my period I’m back down to where I was.

  • Everyone deserves respect true, but everyone should respect their bodies for them selves but also for those who love them because being overweight comes with the possibility of chronic disease that can kill.

  • I still can’t get why I was more confident and loved my body more never been insecure before when I was over wight but after loosing it ( I lost it because I wanted to be healthier) but now after seeing the difference between how ppl used to treat me now vs before made me anxious ( I’ve always was like I’m great and ppl around loved me for who I am ) but now ppl that used to not wanting to know me are now talk to me a lot (like that got me feeling that I have to look a specific way to prove to them that I’m worthy talking too ) i got over it and I love my thinner body now because it’s healthier for me and that’s what I want but society makes everything wors no one should care or lesten to society juments

  • What I’m trying to figure out is how does most clothing stores not caring your size and doctors (rightfully) attributing your weight to be a factor in your health problems equate to not being shown respect?? Most clothing stores do not carry my size and in fact I don’t think I’ve ever been in any type of clothing store that ever has, this is because I’m very short and the average person is not as short as me. It doesn’t mean I’m not respected. I’ve been obese and most of the crap people say is true isn’t. No one judges you for it. No ones stares at you, no one thinks less of you, it’s all in your head and it’s all of your own insecurities, these insecurities aren’t real.

  • 6:44 6:51 that’s actually a great point. I wish someone were to tell me that. tbh, people should be happy with their weight, not starving themselves or try to binge and making themselves throw up, to make them happy. Everyone should be respected as a human being, no matter their weight.

  • “…What’s healthy or unhealthy for me depends on context.”
“Sometimes, feelings like anger and grief and stress are not problems to be solved.”
“Everyone deserves to be seen as a human being worthy of respect, no matter what they weigh.”

  • It truly is scary…
scary because once you lose all that weight, you will start hearing compliments… why’s that scary?
It’s scary because now you are either trying to lose even more weight to fish more compliments or trying to maintain that weight because you are afraid the compliments will just stop and comments will start.
One should love themselves. Not for other people but for yourself! Be the best version of yourself for you! For your satisfaction and happiness!

  • I lost a lot of weight, and I find myself way more stressed about it and critical of myself than before. When I was bigger I wasn’t unhappy with myself I just made a decision to get healthy. But now, if I eat one “bad” thing I punish myself and can hardly look in the mirror. I’m always finding flaws whereas before I never did. People don’t realise that losing weight doesn’t always fix your mental health, just your physical health.

  • The name of the video is a click bait. because it sounds like you don’t actually have any useful knowledge to share. it should just be called “my weightloss journey”

  • girls shoudn’t try to look for a guy to be happy! girls need to focus on their careers and trust that one day they will meet a good guy in the workplace.

  • I do not workout at all, as I am very lazy n ol. I sincerely believe that if you control what or how much you eat and have a well balanced diet according to your own body, you do not need workout or diet or something like that. The most important thing is loving your own self as how you are. I love myself as I am, with a bit of belly fat, which honestly I would love to lose but too lazy to work for it. I am satisfied as I am and if someone refuses me for how I look, well, their loss.

  • I bet a lot of people are going through the same dame thing just like her. I’ve had issues with my weight since my teens, I wasn’t made fun of but there were comments about my weight. I am almost 30 and still dealing with it. I’ve started running two months ago and lost about 10lbs. Am I happier that I’ve lost some weight? I truly don’t know. Was I worthless when I weighted more? Was my motivation to start losing weight because I need to look somewhat attractive to him? All of these questions just occurred to me after watching this video. This video gave a completely different perspective on my weight lost journey. Amazing.

  • This is the most relatable, engaging, encouraging, and real video on weightloss I’ve seen. I lost a lot of weight after a bad relationship a few years ago and didn’t even fully notice it until people started commenting and my clothes didn’t fit. Once I started becoming healthier mentally, I gained it all back, plus some. As my weight increased, my confidence decreased again. It’s a horrible cycle that relies on so many aspects of your life. I truly appreciated the honesty of this. Thank you.

  • 3:07 the common sense that most people choose to ignore and instead jump on the latest diet craze restricting in one way or another…. yes that includes keto cough, cough

  • I have been a skinny guy. Then i got fat and i did not like that because that came with some health issues.now I am back to skinny and those problems disappeared. And if you are over weight you are most likely to have health issues. If not if you are perfect in health and you feel good stay fat. No one else should have a problem with that..

  • Do you want to be RIGHT? OR HAPPY? That’s my mantra for self talk when I need to be aware of changing my bad habits to good and healthy ones to replace them! It took me a LONG TIME to understand this when a great friend became sick and tired of hearing my complaints about something. I finally realized what she was trying to do to help me! I kept asking myself this and rationalized it out with my self thinking / talk. It really can work if you keep trying! For virtually everything that poses a question/problem in life!

  • I lost 80 pounds and friends and family basically “skinny shamed” me (at 150 pounds with a tummy and thick legs) it never matters what you look like, there will always be critics, just focus on what makes you feel good!

  • These days I find that being ‘skinny’ doesn’t get you any extra attention from viable romantic partners. Also, I see many many people who are in long term relationships who are far from physically fit and extremly far from the cultural definition of attractive. I also lost about 80 pounds and have dated literally noone in 6 years. I work out because it’s a stress release, not to get a good-looking body. I don’t even care about that anymore.

  • This just increased my anxiety. I’m currently attempting to lose 40 lbs, which is half of what I have to lose. This somehow just makes me want to cry.

  • There was a period of several months in my 9th grade year in which I only ate 1 small meal a day because I was depressed and hated myself (at the time I couldn’t place why, but I know now it’s because I’m FTM trans and my body hatred was dysphoria) and lost a bunch of weight (I’ve always been skinny, I would place my weight during this time as that of a beginning anorexic person and getting thinner. I have since gained all the weight back and am perfectly average). I remember changing in the locker room for gym class one day and a girl looked at my waist and said “I’d kill to be that skinny!” and I just awkwardly laughed it off because I was so weirded out by it. I’d been miserable hoping being skinny would help me be attractive and feel good about myself and then I was complimented on it at felt… worse? After that I started eating normally again. I feel like I relate to the comments after losing the weight bit in this video. People comment as a compliment but sometimes it just sits weird by you regardless.

  • I don’t know if u all read comments, and you might not even know or remember, but I would LOVE to know what lipstick you are wearing here.

  • also, from anathomy POV, Im rather amazed about one thing.
    Your biceps-to-elbow gap says that… that… drums… youre asthenic (?)
i can only imagine how asthenic can go so-to-say “fatty”. but at least now you re gorgeously fit.

  • If you have nice clothes in very good condition and don’t mind investing a bit of time into selling them, try apps/sites like Poshmark, Depop, or thredUP. I never got much at consignment shops, but I’ve made almost $500 since I started selling my old clothes online a few months ago.

  • I lost 40 lbs in 3 months when I was 14. It was weird bc I went from being fat shamed to skinny shamed and I didnt know what to do with myself I’m learning to love myself as I go and figure myself out

  • Oh… Thank you, I’ve been struggling with this so much after my own 80’s pounds loss and then becoming MORE anxious and self-critical than I ever was before.

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost a ton of fat. Why not give it a shot? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

  • This is great story telling honestly, because I’m at the point where I’ve lost some weight and is struggling to keep ur off due to binge eating from emotional stress and worry of”will my friends be disappointed if I gain it back”

  • I’ve lost 40lbs in 7 months and still want to lose 40 more but sometimes I get discouraged because I tell myself that 40lbs isn’t enough… ugh I’m happy that I lost weight and I’m not where I used to be but I still feel so stuck

  • this motivates me so much and helps me think in a healthier way (i struggle with an eating disorder, but i am trying to get healthier because of health reasons), thank you so much for being such an amazing and honest person.

  • Okay so someone without any non-myth knowledge about nutrition and poor self-reflection even in adulthood experiences weight-fluctuation and self-detrimental behaviour related to food. Not really surprising.

And once again we just ignore chub rub, joints, back pain etc. Let’s make this all about social stuff, which is only relevant in the specifics for the USA, not the actual, physical effects of obesity. After all: That would paint not being overweight as being the desirable state and that doesn’t fit the fat-glorifying pro-obesity narrative that buzzfeed is pushing. For buzzfeed even a video about successful weight loss has to be about how people who are mean to overweight people are jerks and that’s the only reason why being obese is bad.

  • I found a really good review of the famous Bodyboss workout on Google (I just searched ” Literateowl Bodyboss ” and after hearing all the negatives and the review even including a better/cheaper alternative and progress pics, I’m torn between the two programs. Has anyone else read that review? Which program did you decide to use?

  • I am a very stressed person and try my best to seek positive feelings especially in self destructive behaviors. The whole “feelings like anger and grief and stress aren’t problems to be solved” really hit me.

  • I used to crash diet in high school to the point where I was passing out in the middle of class. By college, I was eating okay again but still feeling the pressure of wanting to look good and impress. Then I met my best friend and married them, and they could care less about my weight! Sooo I gained like 25 pounds. I feel like I have the opposite problem now, which is having trouble caring about my weight when my darling compliments me all the time lol. I should probably exercise more and eat better….

  • As someone who used to weigh 330 pounds and currently weighs 168, it’s amazing to me that I can sometimes feel worse about myself at my lighter weight than I ever did at my heaviest. If you lose focus on cultivating and maintaining a positive mental health outlook, it becomes very easy to tear yourself down at any weight.

  • I hate when people refer to maintaining your appearance as “taking care of yourself.” Eating healthy and exercising is what they are usually specifically referring to, and by “yourSELF” they don’t mean YOU as a person, they mean your image/appearance which is an insignificant part of a person as a whole.

  • I’m beginning a proper weight loss journey for the first time in my life. I’m a little bit scared but I think that’s okay. I’m also really quite excited.

  • 1. You don’t need an expensive gym.
    2. Meal prepping can actually save you a lot of money.
    3. But the money you save can go into new clothes if you are not careful.
    4. If you aren’t happy with your life, losing 65 pounds won’t change that.

  • 1:42 You don’t need an expensive gym
2:25 Meal prepping can save you money
3:26 The money you save can go to new clothes if you’re not careful
4:40 If you aren’t happy with your life, losing 65 pounds won’t fix it

  • Woah. Since I almost never order food (my husband cooks for both of us), switching to a ketogenic diet skyrocketed the costs of my food instead of making it cheaper. Carbs are way cheaper!!

  • As a Brit, I read this title as the currency, not the weight and thought there was going to be some philosophical spin on literally losing £65

  • Haha ‘Imagining a romantic meal with every Chinese restaurant within a 5 mile radius’ This used to be me every evening after work because I have a 30minute commute. Now I pack a snack to eat before I get home to home cooked food. Saved me £20 a week in after-work snacks and time spent queuing.

  • doing OMAD is getting me to lose weight and save money. I still splurge on what I eat each Saturday. I eat what I want, just only in a 30-45 minute window once a day. The knowledge of healthy fats and protein help with satiety is also beneficial to know. You trying to sell financial planning was an embarrassment to this otherwise helpful video. Shame on you.

  • Video production was great as usually. I really love this style. But why was she whispering the whole thing? A lot of people seemed to like it but I felt really on edge and off put the whole time.

  • I recently lost 55 pounds in 6 months and it was amazing/hard but I LOVE the gym!!! I also used keto and intermittent fasting! Usually 19/5 or 20/4. You can’t out train a bad diet I’m so happy to be 7 pounds from my goal weight of 130lbs

  • Heyyy new subscriber here! This is all very good advice. Especially the meal/macro tracking! Congrats on achieving such amazing weight loss.

  • We are all so hard on ourselves. I lost 85 pounds and kept it off with a restrictive diet
Now 2 years later I am maintaining but feel disappointed in myself when i want toast:/

  • Whoa! Such a great video as far as information and format! Love it. I would totally like to see more of these videos of this format.

  • The first thing that came to mind was the expenses of buying new clothes amd shoes because when you lose weight your feet can get smaller depending on your weightlost.

  • I disagree with the bit about renewed vigor coming from within. If you struggle with depression, anxiety, seasonal affective disorder, work stress, etc., working out (not so much losing weight) can really help with those things in a direct way. Staying active has done more for me for depression than any medication I’ve been on. I’m not saying don’t see a doctor or take medication, I’m saying that some emotions do manifest themselves in a physical way and working out can cause change.

  • I love the way it was presented. The animation is brilliant and her voice sounds intimate like she’s really my friend. Sewing is a good skill to learn.

  • 20:30 For everyone here (I’m also not a major fuckin scientist) but i know a little about them. There are 9 essential amino acids, they’re like the building block for protein and you can get some of them from certain protein. However I think the powder is the best thing to use for working out (never used it) because it stimulates muscle growth and increases something called collagen which is the major protein in your skin, connective tissues and blood vessels.. Which is probably the reason for the muscles getting repaired and getting stronger after working out and taking this.
(again not a scientist, got very bad grades in Biology so yk some of this is probs wrong but that’s what I know)

  • I save a ton of money and have lost weight by eating free food from my work. I work at a hotel and we get the leftovers from the complementary breakfast we provide, and it’s a nice breakfast too. Also there are often businesses and companies that have functions in our spaces and often they order in meals from local restaurants, when we clean it up there is often a lot of food leftover. If I lived on my own and not with someone who was kind of a picky and finicky eater I could probably get almost all my “groceries” for free by just eating the leftovers from my work. I get free coffee and tea, free breakfast, bossed sometimes but is lunch too, and often people leave lots of unopened packaged food and snack items in their rooms when they checkout.

  • The whole calories in vs calories out is simply not true. Where the calories are coming from is much more important, as evidenced by the fact that the narrator used keto to lose weight rather than simple calorie restriction. Otherwise, it was a decent video.

  • Okay maybe I’m weird, but the idea of going from 1 till 7 without eating anything sounds awful I start getting a migraine after like, 5 hours

  • I agree that you don’t need a fancy gym membership to be healthy at all, but last December after struggling with my weight and fitness goals for my entire 20’s I finally took the plunge and hired a personal trainer. It’s very expensive and I never invest in myself, but I’m nearly 3 months in and couldn’t be happier. I feel like I am starting to prioritize my budget and work to things I really want to do with my life finally. I’m pretty smart about not following fads, but I’ve certainly put a few dollars down here and there before this and after a while of learning from a professional I think I’ll be able to utilize something like a home gym so much more effectively. I do most of the tips here, meal prep and alter my own clothing, and I certainly don’t want to discredit that there are lots of cheap or free ways to reach your fitness goals. I guess for me investing in myself long term seems to be worth it for me.

  • Clear your diet and mindset of other people that will lower your willpower, offer food. You have finite willpower. Perfect time is now during Corona pandemic.

  • I hope you are not on ketogenic diet anymore. It’s harmful for your organism in the long term. You need carbs that’s coming from nutritionist. Everything else you said is super interesting

  • I have read many times that exhaling is where most of where your weight loss exits your meat bag. what protein bar did you find that you like? Question fucking answered lol.

  • I cannot eat the same meal more than 2x. Meal planning/buying in bulk is a waste for me. I’l eat a third of a dish and the rest will sit in my fridge.

  • I wanted to be healthy because of high blood pressure. I go to a dietician and amp up my walking and talking the stairs. I eliminated soda from my diet more than two years, I did buy new clothes that were knit because they are forgiving as you lose weight. I do go to Planet Fitness, it’s $20 bucks a month and easily fit 30 minutes in my day to exercise to maintain muscle mass as we lose 1 to 2% muscle each year. Meal prep is important and fiber can get you fuller for longer (the dietician did suggest that I use Metamuscil if I don’t get to eat enough fiber in your diet. I saved money buying less red meat and get more salmon into my diet. Food prep is essential in planning to eat healthier meals. I cook a roasted chicken to make chicken salad and chicken fried riced cauliflower later in the week. Make dried beans and you can freeze them for later meals. You can cook grains like quinoa in batches and freeze them as well for other meals. Any simple tailoring or hemming, I do myself because paying someone $40 to $60 (NYC pricing) to take something in isn’t worth it especially if you don’t make much money for the article of clothing in the first place. There also nothing wrong with buying frozen veggies for stir-frys and soups. Another tip on clothes. Altering clothes will depend on the quality, fabric, and how it’s structurally sewn. If you bought the blazer from Old Navy, then don’t bother having it altered, but if you bought it from Talbot’s then it’s worth tailoring because it’s going to last longer.

  • I’ve recently figured out that while I’m terrible at keeping to a diet plan, I am very good at keeping to a budget. So simply budgeting out how much I’m allowed to spend on “small comforts” as I call them (which before was basically any discretionary money that wasn’t going to savings or other things, i.e. up to 200€ a month, and has now been cut down to 2€ a day/60€ a month), and then still trying to save as much as I can of that money, has also really helped me get my unnecessary calorie intake under control.

  • I feel next to temporarily blind now with those rapid specks in the background, but I did like the rest of the animation and the content of the video

  • As someone who practices intermittent fasting, I noticed that taking a fasted approach to spending has worked really well. I follow 5:2 and fast Mondays and Wednesdays. Similarly, I have a 6:1 approach to spending, where I only make purchases on Friday. Sure, I want things throughout the week, but I just add it to the cart Saturday through Thursday and then decide if I’m going to purchase it on Friday. It helps me see the lump sum of all my window shopping in one place and usually deters me from buying it all.

  • Meal prepping is definitely one of the most budget friendly things my boyfriend and I incorporate into our lives. Sure, we spend a bit more on groceries but in all of 2018 we spent maybe 50 bucks going out to eat. I’m vegan and competitively body build and he’s about 80 percent plant based and he competitively power lifts, so we eat a lot lol but he says that price wise it’s pretty comparable to when he was pounding chicken breasts on a daily basis (we incorporate a lot of mock meats, tofu, home made seitan, etc for protein sources). Beans and whole grains in bulk are ridiculously cheap and using frozen veggies when possible really helps too!

  • I’m struggling with the content on TFD. I am recovering from an eating disorder and it seems that more and more TFD videos are encouraging diets, skipping meals (like breakfast), with no thought towards how dangerous these messages can be. I’m looking for content that will help me save money. I appreciate the money advice in this video. I appreciate the fact that the video mentioned losing weight does not make you happier. I do not appreciate the instructions on how to lose weight, specifically fasting. I tried fasting it has cost me over $25,000 in hospital stays. And that was with insurance paying for the majority of treatment. I ask that you consider the harm offering dieting advice can have on your audience. I’m all for encouraging meal prepping and eating out less, just eating fewer calories should be something recommended by a doctor on a case by case basis. And not as a blanket piece of advice.

  • Enjoy this new segment of TFD, but jeez…is there anybody losing weight WITHOUT keto and IF? Its like its the ONLY way to accomplish weightloss now.

  • I have always found once you get past that first rough week of avoiding habitually eating sugar and simple carbs, your palate just doesn’t care anymore, it doesn’t even want or crave it. Your body will start to actually want real food, and it tastes so much better after detoxing from all that sugar.

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some unbelivable things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with Custokebon Secrets (google search it).

  • A friend unveiled her magic formula to me about how she have to dropped her weight through this weightloss process. Until now it is been working wonderful. I have been attempting to cut at least 3 pounds for a short time by now nonetheless it is taking place today. Glad of the success I’ve obtained at this point. Find a right weight is not easy, you can research on Google. Guide’s name is below.

  • I had a similar experience happen where I lost weight without trying.
I was severely anemic, and the condition and anxiety of the situation led me to losing 10 pounds in about a week, just from getting sick everytime I ate, and then being so scared to eat. I remember thinking to myself “I’ve been dieting for so long, but, ironically, what I wouldn’t give right now to be able to just eat, not lose weight, and not get sick from eating”. I think the experience made me a healthier person, it made me appreciate my health and my body much more for what it is.

  • For breakfast I eat a banana, an apple or grapes for lunch I eat/ drink a meal replacement shake and fur dinner I eat whatever my family’s making if I like it and if I don’t I eat rice or leftovers

  • Hello there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will work for me? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn methods.

  • That chicken recipe came out delicious! I added garlic powder and substituted quartered zucchini for the mushrooms. I also used a regular baked potato and asparagus instead of broccoli lol but it was DELICIOUS.

  • Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ater 2 weeks, I have lost half of the weight I wanted. Your recipes are simple and include many ingredients that I have on hand. I tried a weight loss plan where I was required to purchase a minimum of 2 months of meals for a ridiculously high price. Most of the food was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. I like that I know exactly what I’m eating and I can make some modifications to suit me. After all the diets I have tried, your plan was the only one that has worked for me.

  • I think the only problem with calorie counting is that it can fuck up your metabolism, especially if you go overboard, because a calorie isn’t just a calorie to your body and its hormones.
That’s why you feel better after eating a carrot, than you do after a burger.

  • My buddy laughed when I told them I was planning to become slimmer with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them great effects right after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the details about this diet plan, hahaha

  • Just wanted to say that I appreciate the honesty and cut and dry info, man. And I will never be mad at people who give genuine feedback about a product. So what if you have a deal with them? People that get mad at sponsors make me laugh. You mean to tell me you wouldn’t tell your friends and family about a product you love, random internet troll? Nah, man, Kephrii, keep it up, bud. You helped me take a hard look at myself and say, nah man, time to fix this shit

  • honestly dude your workout split is a very effective split, absolutely nothing with it and it’s amazing to see how you’re telling your story to everyone, keep it up.

  • Ill admit iv’e only watched you on twitch a few times as i generally watch other streamers but you just motivated me to carry on my journey too get back into shape and be healthy. Thanks dude!

  • You wanna lose weight and keep it off for life do intermitting fasting im a nutritionist and i guarantee you if you do this for at least 3 months say bye bye to obesity for life

  • Keph, I’ve been outta of the OW for almost 2 years now (maybe a year and a half or so) and I used to watch every streamer including you. When I clicked on this video my jaw dropped from how different you looked and wanted to say congrats. I’ve been on the same grind however I’ve been trying to gain weight instead of lose it and its not easy or else everyone would look like you. Anyways your advice and transformation is amazing.

  • Nice man, i lost 15 pounds from the beginning of the quarantine till now. Was 165 now around 149. I still need to lose this little bit of a belly that i have now tho

  • I lost 5 pounds in 1 day and have been losing weight
Not because I suddenly decided to not eat, but I coudlnt. I didn’t have enough energy to eat a week or so ago cause I didn’t sleep for a day, and I’ve consistently been losing weight cause I rarely eat snacks anymore.

  • Just some input for anyone who’s on a cheaper budget, in college, etc. (like myself):
Working out to either gain muscle or lose fat is actually very easy, i’ve lifted for over 8 years now and am currently 23. I’ve maxed 295 on bench,465 deadlift, 335 squat, and 245 powerclean at 180 lbs (probably around 10% bodyfat)don’t get me wrong it’s not record breaking or extremely impressive lifts but it’s notable in my opinion.
Some of the best tips i can offer:
1.Meijer’s, walmart, kroger, or amazonBODY FORTRESS WHEY PROTEIN. It’s simple, cheap, 30g/scoop $16 for a bottle that will last you easily 1 month, maybe 2 depending how much you supplement protein. It doesn’t have any glucose, creatine, just simply whey protein with a few amino acids. Most importantly, it gets the job done and it’s affordable.
    2. CreatineThis shit is like the closest thing to steroids you can get. It’s literally 100% natural, your body produces it, it’s found in almost every meat, more so red meats. So you get it every day that you eat meat, and you produce it naturally.
TLDR for creatine: It basically reenergizes your muscles, when you do an exercise, your muscles use ATP as the source which it derives from other chemicals, but basically it allows you to do more sets/more reps= more muscle growth since you’re doing more than what you did before. HCL or creatine monohydrate are fine.
Cheap, affordable, about $25-30, i personally use “beast” creatine and always have. Most GNC creatine is trash and WAY too expensive, loaded with bits of aminos, glucose, etc. so they can use fillers to tell you it does everything. It doesn’t. Take protein for protein, take creatine for creatine, and so on. No need to multistack miniscule amounts of supplements in every one you take, get a direct supplement for each thing you want to focus on.
    3. Start SLOWpeople think that when you start exercising you need to go 4-6 days a week, morning run, evening 1 hr. gym session. And that, from experience, is what you eventually want to build up to IF you can, but don’t start there. The most important thing with either muscle building OR weight loss is consistancy.
Start with 2 or 3 days at the gym for your first 2 weeks, let your body get used to the exercise (it hurts but eventually after months when you stop getting as sore you almost strive for the soreness again, it can be a good indicator).
Eventually work your way up to 3-4 days, which is what i personally do, you can do more or less based upon your schedule or really motivation, but i would definitely shoot for a minimum of 3. If you can go 5 days a week then by all means, do it. Just don’t overtrain yourself and focus on getting quality lifts instead of volume, as naturals it takes longer to recover so don’t expect to hit every major body group twice a week and think you’re doing the most. Results may vary, but keep it simple. Train hard. Diet. Water. Protein. Creatine. And stay consistent

  • Man this video is really inspiring keph. For me, I’ve been trying to lose a tiny bit of weight and I have lost around 6 kilos. But after I watched this video I might work harder because I am still overweight unfortunately. Either way, this is an incredibly good video, especially when it’s coming from a person that isn’t a nutritionist or anything like that.

  • this is a perfect example of an asports mindset helping you in real life. having the intrisic motivation to give your best each day so that you eventually end up succeeding. not blaming external factors or being unlucky, but just doing your best and growing.

  • Hi Keph,

I recently also lost around 40 pounds of weight and I wanted to share some of that. Cutting calories is very effective and it is so effective that you could essentially still eat crappy foods and lose weight. I wouldn’t recommend it for nutritional value as you would be starving your body of both calories, complex vitamins/amino acids, and getting a lot of preservatives. Diet is vital for gaining muscle, as you simple can’t without a high amount of nutrition. One thing I regret is trying to gain muscle while I was cutting calories and going for straight weight loss. This is basically a recipe for injury and I was injuring almost everything (feet, back, shoulders, neck). Your body needs to be in calorie surplus to put on muscle.

In all, if I were to do it again I would go for straight muscle gain while you have the excess weight. It will be a lot easier to gain muscle with some weight and when you gain a good amount it will make cutting much easier, as muscles require high maintenance calories they will eat your fat during a cut. Take it all responsibly and if you don’t have a good base of muscle, start very small. You only have to work out twice a week and hit your main muscle groups once while progressing in weight to gain muscle.

  • I’ve been wanting to lose weight for the longest time I feel like the diet is what screws me over I am a very picky eater I dont like fruits or veggies I feel like because of that I will never lose weight

  • Also, Keph, im not 100% sure, but probably you should check/take doctor advice and pay attention to eye blood pressure, and retina. Again, wishing u best

  • Also, it should be said to some people, who want to lose weight, but probably have hormones failure. If you are unsure, address your doctor, and do all needed analysis.
Also animal fat is not enemy its a friend. The hydrocarbons are an enemy.
Also if you drink water 2l a day then replenish micronutrients, especially potassium and mg. When keph is mentioning red and green bottles you can see that they have potassium. Also 4% 27:07 mean he needs 25 scoops a day of this. Calcium, d3, etc. Also so called dietary fiber which is hydrocarbones that slowly consumed by the body. Also, 10gr of supplement has 7 gr of hydrocarbones, of which 4gr are sugars(which is high to my opinion), and in my opinion with low budget a person can have 10gr of cornflakes with zero sugar added.

  • Keph dude you did an amazing job on turning your life around, that’s an insane amount of weight in that short timeframe. You’re a beast idgaf what anyone says

  • The POINT of exercise wasn’t to burn calories girl, it was to release dopamine in the brain, to act as the new “bandaid” as you call it. AAAAANND daily cardio takes off 10 years, js.

  • This was amazing, informative, and entertaining. I do feel like the sound effects were a bit much though. Maybe even just turning down the relative volume would probably help. Every once in a while I found it hard to concentrate on the voice because of some loud sound effect pulling me out of the context.

    Excellent video though.

  • I need to get back on a plan…
I did a protein shake replacement thing a few years back and it worked wonders. I lost 40 pounds in 1 month but I had never been so absolutely miserable. I went from 280 to 240 pounds in 1 month and my the end of month 2 was 220.
I had to stop because I was just so incredibly unhappy. I made the mistake of going back to my old way of doing things except I just drank water and tea. I’m now 250 pounds again and damn… i need to get to it

  • I think everyone was expecting what you were gonna say, I think everyone’s just too lazy to get fit (thinking of myself) also vegetables are great, dunno why everyone hates them

  • Congrats on the weight loss. Now that you’re at your goal weight you can slowly increase your calories (reverse dieting) to come back to your maintenance caloires. At 155lbs 25 years old its somewhere between 2000-2400 calories. You’ll have to go slow since you’ve been dieting for a year already your metabolism has definitely slowed down so you want to bring it up slowly. Don’t worry, you won’t get fat again and you’ll be able to eat more and enjoy more foods like grains and even some treats as you’ll have more calories to spare and enjoy life. GO SLOW. Do not stay at 1500 calories forever now as you don’t need to be at a deficit and you’ll just end up causing issues slowing your bodys metabolism down now that you’re lean. Do not fear getting fat again.

  • Your analogy of the perfect brick is as good as it gets man. Glad you are sharing this, obesity is hell of a problem and people don’t care.

  • 8:50… so all i have to do is cut off a leg and ill shed some pounds! Thanks Kephrii! In all serious man you’re killing it. Keep it up.

  • Ngl I stopped playing ow and that means watching my favorite ow streamers, I haven’t kept up with his channel but he damn near looks like a different person

  • I love your message and I love the heart you’re doing it with. Thanks for being generous with your time and energy. I’m on year two…know that mind transformation is key…still on the journey.

  • While im not a fan of your streams, much respect for doing what you did and losing weight, saying this might not be healthy but this is what i did and what i got. Thats realness and should always be respected

  • Very good video that I didn’t really look for, but ended up enjoyng a lot! I just have one random question. Do supplements taste nice, or is it something that you have to power through to take?

  • How To Lose Bodyfat And Build Muscle get in a caloric deficit(lower your calorie intake per day) and do your exercise. Now if you want to build muscle obviously you need to lift weights or do exercise intense enough to really engage your muscles, but don’t start off too hard and dont ego lift. You can infact build muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time. The way you do it is you get in a caloric deficit and you eat foods rich in protein. There has always been a myth that you need to bulk or you need to eat a ton of food to get. Also do your cardio and dont skip leg day.

How To Get Into A Caloric Deficit Calculate your calories from each meal, then weigh yourself every week and see if you lose any weight. If you are not losing weight it means you need to lower your calories even more. You most likely will be off with your calories since you cant accurately calculate them a 100%, so do it the best you can. Weighing your food REALLY helps, since companies lie about their products in terms of how much calories there are, about the macros and the servings. Also eat low-calorie dense foods. Again if you are not losing weight just eat less

Also a great youtuber to educate you on Fitness and Diet is Greg Doucette(Greg Doucette on Youtube)

  • Ignore the supplements. They’re optional, not essential. Track your calories, enter a deficit/ surplus depending on your goal. Get a gym program, stick to it and increase your volume each week.

  • so red bull is… fat bull eventually
aslo BEWARE of sugar free sweet drinks!!
Diabethis and cancer, sorry to say.
dia because your body will try to push insuline with absent sugar.
and sugar substitutes, at least some, are pro-cancer.
    take care of yourself.

  • This totally teared me up! I went through the entire process and somewhat still in it..you completely spoke my mind!!Thanks for such a powerful video!!

  • Much Respect for you Bro!
Holy shit haven’t been active on this channel since i dont play overwatch anymore.

You look really fit now! (No homo haha:D)

  • Awesome vid Brother. I dropped 100lbs of fat as well. It’s always a journey, but you’re 100% right. Laws of thermodynamics absolutely apply to fatloss. Your body doesn’t make/store more matter out of the air. You have to put it there, or take it out of your body. 80% of the weight loss game starts with the fork. /bravo

  • and a drama from me. In 90s early 20s I was in society that adored eating and all that goes with it. I was 20
And god, I was thin. fat free
now all the tables turn around. Im almost 40, have some fatties. light fatties.
And I drink water! I love my water.
    Never had muscles you have.

  • Bro i was so exited for this vid until i saw what the prices are for these supplements and bars. You can buy a new playstation for the same money lmao

  • I to spent many years on ABCP hahaha idk how I made it to 9 years in. Interestingly enough my lowest weight was when I got out. I was always 230-250. Got down to 165. To low for me. Climbed to 185 and now I’m happy physically

  • One of the biggest tips is working on getting every unhealthy food out of your house (or at least most of them)

If they’re not in immediate access to you, your fat lazy ass won’t go to the store just to get them. That simple.

  • I started losing weight thankyou kephrii not only u motivated me to get better at fps but to also have a good body and to be healthy

  • The biggest flex here is being able to write so well with your mouse.

But seriously, awesome man. Made me get out of bed and drink water on the spot. Thanks for sharing.

  • Congratulations on the weight loss and the transformation. I appreciate your candor. I’ve been looking forward to this video. Thanks again for sharing this with your viewers.
