  • THANKU for the info!!! I was recently released from the hospital after 3 days. Dr sed my Thyroid is NOT FUNCTIONING. It’s been 20 days. Instead of feeling better, I’m feeling weak, dizzy and just weird. My memory has become a memory, brain fog seems worse, muscle aches also worse. I was off meds for 2yrs. I was Goin to the ER every month for meds cuz Im still doctor shopping (has to have a lab IN the office, no luck yet!)

    I try to “google” an answer here on utube, I word it in different ways. I can’t find an answer! Do u know the warning signs of a myxadema coma?   • Thank you for the video! I have exactly what your wife was diagnosed with. I made a lifestyle change in my diet about 2 months ago, and now that I feel human again (but I have a long way to go) I’m hitting the gym. The numbers are getting better, but I could really use more energy pre and post workout. Obviously, I can’t take most protein powders, because of the whey and gluten, and soy, so am interested plant based protein drinks. Can you do a video on or suggest energy boosting smoothies, shakes, drinks specific to hypothyroidism.

  • I don’t actually agree with this video! I mean, this could work for some people, but I tried it for an entire year and this doesn’t work for me at all! I am more a smaller meal person and someone who eat 5 meals a day! I love a protein smoothie in the morning with a scoop of protein powder, a banana, one spoon of whole wheat oat, 5 almonds and a bit of soy milk; in the middle of the morning I just have a little fruit; for lunch I enjoy a pretty small salad to start with some raw seasonal vegetables and then I love having a small portion of something carby like orzo with cooked vegetables, rice with some vegetables; afternoon calls for almonds and in the evening I love a big big salad with a mix of raw and cooked seasonal vegetables, legumes or tofu and a dressing made of avocado, or tahini, or blended seeds. This actually helped me with acne, hormonal imbalance and bloating. When I used to eat less meals (3) but bigger, I used to be so much bloated and tired, even if I was eating in a super balanced way!

  • For chronic stress/anxiety I would highly recommend maca root and ashwaghanda, they work amazing! I would also recommend cold showers, 10 minute jog a day and silent 10 minute deep breathing a day! Try this for a week and notice dramatic changes

  • Also, regular dairy milk has cow puss. Dairy increases inflammation and mucus in the body. We should not consume milk from a cow, just like a cow shouldn’t consume goat milk. It’s just not for us as humans.

  • I ferment my organic milk when the raw is out of season and I’m totally happy with that. It’s delish and clears the skin after a few weeks. Reg milk is too tough on my system though, I agree. Couldn’t do the alternatives to milk. They just don’t taste very good to me.

    I love your channel and the info that you provide especially the way you do that.
    Had a question for you regarding hormone timings and nutrients:
    I do OMAD or IF and rotate between them depending on the day and since I work an afternoon shift, if I do OMAD it’s at 11pm and otherwise IF with a meal at 4 pm and other at 11pm and I sleep around 1 am.

    I make sure that the only carbs that are coming in my diet are from veggies like bell peppers or protein shake which I take sometimes or peanut butter.

    Should I make any specific changes for hormone balance or is this okay?

  • I can testify that this totally works! Once I gave up gluten, all my “sick” symptoms went away…….extreme fatigue, body aches, brain fog, all gone within weeks. I still cannot lose any weight but I’m 60 and don’t work as hard at is as I should…..but I’m grain, dairy, sugar and gluten free and even pretty much gave up alcohol since it just makes me sick now!

  • Sorry, but you are wrong. Protein does NOT increase you satiety. You need to eat fat with every meal especially if you’re following the keto lifestyle. Fat is what keeps you satiated which causes you to feel full….NOT protein!!!! too much protein in your diet is going to turn to sugar which is going to put pounds on which is going to negate all of your intermittent fasting.

Soy is also something that should be avoided. Getting food allergy tests done is a must. You can eliminate foods all you want, but if you’re eating so called healthy foods and are allergic you’re just creating inflammation. Gluten isn’t even the real problem.     adrenal glands (cortisol, DHEA, androgens)
    thyroid (T4, T3, thyroid antibodies)
    vitamin D
    fasting glucose

Basically, no beaf n no bread, more fish n chicken, lots of salads n nuts, sweetpotatoes n millet mash, oats, Supprements and oils too. Hope I can inspire someone to go on as we are all family.
