  • This video is a year old so you might have already done it….I’ll have to search if you do have a video on oil free cooking hacks because I definitely want to watch it!

  • I guess not exactly the right advice for me. I don’t drink soda daily, I don’t drink fruit juice at all, and I don’t eat in front of the TV.

  • When you compared cooked rice with uncooked pasta my Italian heart stopped. This is a disgrace. I’m starting to think that to know how to “handle” pasta you either need to be born in Italy or you need to get a degree in Pastanism, because that’s the only way I can explain such a mistake…

  • Today I weighed 98.4
And later I ate a lot of junk food and weighed the same
And yes who does eat 2 slices of pizza my cousin is 5 and every time he eats 10 slices and he does gain it

  • Snacking can be so difficult in the summer time. I snack on mixed nuts. Yogurt and smoothies. But sometimes I have cookies and chocolate. 100th like. Full view.

  • Though… Many of the replacement options come with super foods that are way more expensive or just unavailable in the casual Grocery store..

  • AMAZINGLY (as in every other diet plan I’ve seen) NO MENTION WHATSOEVER OF ALCOHOL as though it doesn’t actually exist in people’s lives!!!! Yet everything I read about alcohol tells me it’s fattening.

  • Hi there, I’m allergic to bell peppers, does anyone know of a substitute that might work in the cheese sauce? I’m new to plant based and google didn’t help much

  • Okay, ill come back everyday and see if i see any difference in my weight or anything, btw i dont have a scale since it makes me wanna stop eating, but anywayys
Ill update whenever i remember so remind mee
    DAY 1:

  • The problem is that in vegetables are vitamins which can only get to your body when you eat it with a bit of oil. Like vitamin a.
    But nice video!:))

  • If you’re like me and don’t have a blender or room for one I buy the daiya cheese sauce that comes in packages of 3 and then make a large batch of vegan bechamel sauce and add 1 and a half pouches of the daiya to it. It’s not oil free, but it cuts down the calories ALLOT and still tastes great!

  • I love Kodiak cakes! I make them with egg whites and Greek yogurt for added protein, and top them with a little peanut butter for healthy fats✨

  • I’m so glad that the replacement for red meat was fish and not chicken. I once gained 4kg in only one week when I ate chicken (and my skin died. As if I’ve put the oily chicken right onto my skin)
Although I won’t be able to afford fish xD

  • Ice-cream is the best (I get Halo Top because of the vegan flavors) very helpful video! I’m so happy you are getting more supporters!!

  • As a first time watcher of this channel, or like to thank the comment section for keeping me from clicking away from this video. Because of how long the intro was going, I assumed the entire video was just like that and was about to just not watch this! Turns out there’s a chick who hosts and talks!

Please make your intros shorter. While I am not interested in subscribing, I believe that you are really hurting your chances with bringing in and retaining first time viewers.

  • I am a little confused by Calorie Density Weigh Loss Kry at the end bcus it has Pasta in the Go/Eat list and Avocados on the Avoid /limit list but in the video you are stating the opposite? Or am I mistaken?

  • Nice chart at the end for what should/shouldn’t be eaten. Did you make it? IMHO, the numbers for the foods that SHOULD be eaten should’ve been green for visual clarity. This chart is awesome! Printing it off for my (personal) cookbook. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • oh WOW! Incredibly Helpful THANK YOU LOVELY HANNAH! I am soooo Happy to have discovered your channel (as I was searching for Dr. McDougal recipe videos)

  • that broth just looks like water.. make some good old homemade soup just cook some veggies and season then and blend them together. honestly i’ve never had ready made soup it looks highkey nasty lol

  • I had 44 kilograms last summer, and I haven’t checked since then. I am turning 12 in November. I am 148 centimetres tall. I worked out this year, 5-6 times a week.. Is that bad? Should I workout more? I have an hour glass figure, but I still have a wide tummy.
I am not thin, but I have a tummy that I’d like gone:(

  • I can’t eat that much. Hey I have a question, my friends can eat like a whole pizza and I can’t even eat a half of a pizza. I can’t eat very much and I’m wondering why? I mean, I’m glad I can’t eat to much because that stops me from overeating, but seriously, why can’t I eat as much as others?

  • I have never seen any type of food that went over like 250 calories in my house. I had no idea that 900 calories could come in one box

  • regular kraft dinner has less calories than the healthy fix and has no added colour, artificial flavour or preserves, so imma stuck with the real deal

  • I just wanted to say thank you. I am not vegan or a vegetation. I am happily an omnivore.
That being said I have been trying very hard to get past my food boredom. I first came across you with your vegan $10 a week challenge. It was inspiring.
I wanted to listen to someone who was honest about there experiences and could and does cook fairly simply for the most part and make it so deliciously. You have made my veg far less boring and inspired me beyond belief. Thank you for being so wonderful and providing the world with your beautiful spirit and the love support, and recipes, that you share. You are making beautiful changes in this world. I love these recipes and the person you are. Thank you.:)

  • I think oil is the biggest reason I haven’t been losing weight. I’m just now learning and starting to cook my chores with just water, or balsamic or vegetable broth instead.

This is such a great video, thank you ❤️

  • Hannah I think you are such a sweet intelligent young women. I’m much older than you n struggle to loose weight. Do u take supplements too? Thku for all your great recipies. I love the swap ones. Thku so much. Blessings.

  • I learned so much from you in this short video…thank you!!! Dill pickle juice in a spray bottle is genius and I can’t believe that it’s been right in front of me all these years and I haven’t thought of it. Going to make each one of these recipes and I’m super excited. Thank you Hannah!

  • Wow that home made mac and cheese looks so mutch beter that the daiya mac and cheese and i love broccoli. And that home made cheese sauce mmmmmmmThanks i have to try the recipe for work or for lunch. Thanks for all the swap recipe,s. Mutch love and huggs and be great everyday peace✌

  • Did anyone else have problems with the banana? I had to add some soy milk. Also what is this PB2 powder she’s talking about? I just used crushed peanut.
It was delicious though! Great recipe!

  • Please, in the name of all my Italian ancestors… Boil the water first, then throw the PASTA (not noodles) in. Nonna, forgive her.

  • or switch soda for kombucha!!! There are so many different flavors, varieties and levels of sugar. Plus helps with digestion in a way that sparkling water does not. Or drink apple cider vinegar diluted in water with honey added:-)

  • Love love love this video. More like this please. I’ve been absolutely loving doing the eat your veg challenge, I’m on my time of the month this week, I’ve have no cravings where usually I would eat a ton of crisps and sweets, I haven’t snacked all night on night shifts like normal, on days that I haven’t got in quite so many Vegies for eg when I was at work and only ate a bowl of porridge with a banana and berries because all I have time for and I’ve lost 5 lbs already in 11 days starting my monthly too. I’ve been really enjoying it because I’ve been mixing up my starches using up little bits of coups coups and old stuff in the pantry. Thank you for doing this challenge. I would have lost more but I do love a glass of wine on my days off.

  • I’m Always wondering how’s your popcorn so low calorie? My Popcorn has 350cal/100g and my serving size of 40g does not make such a large bowl like the one you’ve shown

  • Just remember everyone like BTS says love yourself PPL LOOK AND JUDGE you BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW THEM SELFS SO THEY TRY TO KNOW YOU remember I rather stand out then fit in

  • I love how realistic you are. Your leggings hack video (like about how to lessen camel toe etc.) and this one are both so real and relatable. I love that you don’t pretend to have the most perfect or glamours solutions, but ones that regular people are ACTUALLY going to try haha!

  • Oli free movement is riddiculous… Don’t drench your veggies in oli, but healthy fats are essential for absorbing nutrients from all those vegetables! Pointless video showing only amout if calories in food, not healthy choices, that screams ED….sorry but a big No No from me:/

  • Ever since I have commenced this kind of diet program I have shed 17 lbs. It’s miraculous to get a possible outcome out of this. This works truly quick and I enjoy it. There’s a huge difference in the manner that my very own attire fit in and also a perfect side by side images of a Six day big difference! Find a right program is not easy, you can research by Google. Guide’s name is Peyton Huno†az
    good luck

  • No rocket science to losing weight.

I eat more vegetables.. One spoon to no rice…

More fruits.. little to no snacks..

Lost 2 kg in two weeks since i changed my lifestlye

  • I need to gain weight though, these are all about reducing intake of calories. This is about how to eat less food, not healthier food

  • I know this is a HEALTHY food swaps, not VEGAN food swaps..but i want to share something on this

Is that oatmeal on the end at 0:34? If that is oatmeal that would be a good choice
0:57 i suggest regular, organic coffee and if you don’t like it try adding alternative milk, but yea green tea is good too
1:17 nobody would want their sandwich soggy! i thought you would say to swap to avocado?
1:42 what about hummus? Some of those are vegan
2:02 popcorn looks like a good choice! Also homemade potato chips
2:22 No,Anything but broth! I would switch to vegetable soup
    2:39 thats the perfect choice!
2:51 yea, sparkling or not, water is still good for you as long if sparkling water doesn’t have sugar
3:07 no,NO! Also a no no for me,whole grain bread is better
3:30 looks delicious! But I also recommend whole grain wrap
3:41 yea fresh fruits are wayyy better
3:56 as long as you use stevia in moderation,is okay for you
4:23 this is the third no no for me,why not dairy-free ice cream or sorbet?!
4:46 fish seems like a good choice, but if your vegan or vegetarian switch to tofu
5:06 the forth NO NO for me,just like gelatin, jello is also made from animal bones, why not agar agar instead?

  • me being french and a little overweight well i cant swap baguette the bread that all people from France eat it is like a rule to eat baguette

  • i’ve tried cooking without oil but i can’t stand the lack of flavor… maybe i can try to season more. or learn some sauces like you talked about!

  • granola —> muesli
latte —> americano / green tea
    mayo —> yoghurt
creamy dressing —> oil/vinegar based dressings
    crisps —> air-popped popcorn
    creamy soup —> broth
    dairy milk —> almond milk
    soda drinks —> sparkling water
    baguette —> bread/wrap/lettuce
    dried fruits —> fresh fruits
    sugar —> stevia
    dairy ice cream —> gelato
    red meat —> fish
    desserts —> jello

  • I hope I’m in charge of what I eat:)

Me be like: Eats healthy and lost some pounds.

My parents: noticed made me eat a whole pot of white rice

  • wow this is awesome i dnt have to get rid of my favorite food but swap it for a healthier alternative. i did not know that greek yogurt can be used as salad dressing. i will get the vegan version. thanks

  • This is so triggering and such misinformation. “Wapping 95 calories”??? Wapping? 95 calories is barely anything considering you need at MOST 2,000 a day to survive. This is terrible terrible info.

  • When you add up all these small swaps they amount to huge deprivation when you consider that a majority of them are bland, tasteless substitutes. I don’t see how making all these changes wouldn’t lead to failure. I mean unless you like putting yogurt on your ham sandwi-lettuce wrap.

  • If you don’t have a popcorn maker you can just put your kernels in a pot on the stove with a lid over it, and shake it around! Also, I think cooking the kernels in coconut oil and adding a bit of salt makes it super yummy while still being relatively healthy

  • Honestly I’m telling u this now…….. I lost SO much weight and if ur trying to lose weight but u still wannna snaCk….. GREEK YOGURT is your freaking bae. Like if it’s too sour add a little LITTLE bit of honey. So freaking good.

  • Ive made a swap from crisps To dried lavers since Ive switch them i cant eat crisps anymore i find them way to salty and when i eat them or try To eat a small bag i Feel horrible stomach burn

  • for the ice cream you can just freeze fruit (i prefer banana with strawberries, but you can do with whatever you want),if you read this comment ofc. Freeze them for a whole night and on the next day you get them out of the freezer and blend them with some water till it looks like an ice cream. If it’s too liquid just put it in the freezer for 2 hours and it’s ready!! <3

  • Uhm, I believe you miscalculated the vegan pizza calories. It said 150 calories per 1/3 crust. So 1 crust would be 450 calories alone. With the sauce, veggies, and nuts you added, I believe the end result would be much higher than 499

  • It is so refreshing to see someone criticizing alcohol consumption in this alcohol saturated society. If you don’t drink alcohol, people treat you like you’re a freak. It’s really pathetic

  • Jello is filled with artificial colors and artificial flavors….you might be better off with a smaller slice of cheesecake made with real ingredients…but I will try the other stuff…and thank you so much for your clips….artificial flavors and artificial colors..if your body does not recognize it..it stores in your body and turns it into body fat…so does High fructose corn syrup and trans fats

  • It everyone ate clean and stopped substituting this for that, you WOULD lose weight. When you substitute cauliflower mashed potatoes for real potatoes, you wont be satisfied for long and potatoes are real unprocessed food. Eat anything you or someone else can grow, or is found in nature. Period.

  • Meatza instead of pizza. I buy a pork loin, zero visible fat and ask for it to be ground. I add sausage seasonings then spread it out in a giant frying pan with a glass lid. When done I top with cheese, bell peppers and artichoke hearts.

  • Gurl, I hate soda it BURNS my tongue and throat, that’s why I never drink it, I always drink ice water but my mom tells me that the ice makes me gain more weight, is this true?

  • I lost over 5kg without exercise in a month during quarantine. Here’s what I do:
-i STILL eat pasta, rice, fast food BUT i reduce the portion. I eat only 1 -1.5 portion a day, divided into 2meals a day
-I almost DONT eat snacks at all. Particularly avoid sweet snacks
-i STILL drink coffee with milk BUT only put max 1 teaspoon of sugar or no sugar at all
-I drink tea 1-2 cups a day after meals
-Fruits and veggies are good for your digestion system

  • This is a brand new perspective! Thanks for introducing the information in such a malleable way! Lots of changes will be happening around here!

  • if i have a serious sweet tooth craving i usually add protein powder to yogurt then freeze it and then eat it like ice cream!!! My favourite flavour is red velvet!!!

  • sugar is not top causes of obesity’s… it is not good for you, but people don’t get fat only because sugar, and sugar dont cause diabetes, but sugar combined with fat.. screwing with our head, and make us eat more take for example spoon of sugar, eat it, and you will not want to dig it to get more, same with fatty cream if is not sweet, take 1 spoon, your head telling you NO… but mix it together, in creamy sweet whipped cream, and you cannot stop eating… same thing happens in Nutella… because it had similar ratio of too much sugar and fat, that you just can’t stop eating if you start…

  • everyones complaining abt putting yogurt on savory foods while people from the middle east will literally put it on meat or rice and its amazing

  • I would be able to lose weight if I still lived with my mum but now that I’m on my own and left to take care of myself, I binge on soda coffee and chicken. And I’m on my phone 24/7

  • okay so you said the whole healthy pizza was 499 calories, but when you showed the nutritional info for the crust, one serving was 150 calories, and there were 6 servings so the crust alone for the whole pizza would be 900 calories. Maybe you just messed up on the math but stop trying to fool people.

  • Thanks Joanna. Watching you from Italy. I tried almost your hiit WO. And I find them very effective. Plus healthy options ofcourse. More power to you.

  • MAN!!! American food has SO MANY calories! Damn I’m Italian and it’s really really hard to find a frozen pizza over 800 calories. crazy

  • Hi Hannah, wondering if you can help me find your video of split pea soup in the IP where at the end you use your infusion blender, I can’t find it again:( I know you have another one but it’s on the stove top and not blended at the end. I will take notes better in the future. I don’t know what your new channel should be called, something earthy because you love growing things and you love nature, thank you for everything, I love how natural and minimalistic you are

  • I think your sodium measure is milligrams and not grams…. 1200 grams of sodium is 1.2 kilograms which is probably close to 3 pounds.

  • when you say 1258 grams of sodium are you aware that is more than 1 kilo of sodium which weights way more than the whole meal?
    Maybe you mean milligrams?

  • I don’t drink soda. Only water.
I don’t drink fruit juice. Fruits are yummy and those satisfy my cravings.
My mother would kill me if I used my phone during meals.
My mom rarely buys cereal or any snacks but wholewheat biscuits unless I get good grades for my exams (there’s like only four exams throughout the school year so you can imagine how little I eat those, and theres still a 20% chance I don’t get the A she wants due to some stupid mistake or I happen to forget the material I need) so there’s nothing to even put on the countertop
I don’t eat at school so I don’t need lunchboxes, I cook once I get home. My body’s used to it already so even on weekends, I’m not really hungry until around 12 in the afternoon.
My bedtime is 9 and I fall asleep at around 10… I think that’s pretty early. Also I wake up at 5:30 for school without an alarm cuz I think I somehow programmed my body to do that lol

Also this wasn’t mentioned but I drink at least 8 cups of water daily, eat a spoon of disgusting raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar as soon as I wake up (well after I use the bathroom and have a cup of water)

But im still so fat TwT

Edit: I’d like to mention im fat probably because I eat a lot of meat and I literally dont move. At all. A quarter of my day is spent asleep, the next quarter would be school, at 12 I get home and then I’d take a bath and the next quarter of the day (well around 7 hours but whatever) would be me doing homework, household chores that I was assigned or studying, then when my mom gets home at about 7 im free to use my phone if all the chores are done. Yea so basically I dont move at all. This is probably as unhealthy as a 12 year old can get lol-

  • I dont want to show any videos in wrong way…..but, my best suggestion is we can eat as much as we want..and we have to do exercise to digest that amount of food just like KIM SEOK JIN.He,obviously eats a lot and and do a 4hr full exercise…Really,Armys are everywhere, since i am an army….

  • I was SHOOKETH when I found out that dates have so many calories! I used to eat so much before I went on a diet. Now I eat one to two dates with my oatmeal to make it taste sweet and good.

  • I love that idea of losing weight with fruits and a good little bird, especially I will combine it with what I am doing (3d7x6HK) to improve my result

  • calories are only a small factor in weight gain, eating large potions will stretch your stomach making you hungry more and able to eat more

also remember that not all calories are equal and less calories will not always mean less weight and furthermore weight doesn’t say anything about your overall health

  • When you’re traveling worst comes to worst you can stop and get a burger and take the bun off, and get a fruit cup instead of a serving of fries.

  • So avoid diet pop because of “chemicals” and “artificial sweeteners”, but use stevia? You seem too misinformed to be making a video.

  • I always get extra fajita veggies in my burrito bowls. Highly recommend! It only adds like 1 gram of fat to your total bowl and it’s so delish

  • I cook all my meals in olive oil!!! What a light bulb went on! Thank you so much. I also overeat nuts. Will start cooking with water or No calorie spray. Very informative thank you!

  • Using the word “fear” associated with food and showing that to an audience is not mindful or positive. Please don’t encourage people to fear food, but rather to get excited about the right kinds of foods.

  • I can’t quite go oil free on everything but changing to spray oil (and making sure I VERY LIGHTLY use it lol because its obviously still oil just applied in a quick layer to sprad it easier) I’ve been able to really reduce it. I’ve found I just don’t get the same satisfaction without SOME oil on some foods. That said, I seriously did not need the oil I was using previously and I’ve already dropped a few pounds switching just a couple weeks ago. Oil is sooo calorie dense with no nutritional value.

  • I just freeze low fat high protein milk for ice cream replacement. I aint drinking almond milk that shit expensive af.
Again, Im so glad most of these food are never included in my menu even when I was fat lol.

  • Look, diet isn’t going to help you if you don’t work out. If you at least go for a 20 minute run every day, you won’t need any diet at all.

  • Hannah I love you & your videos so so much!! Yes please do an oil free video I love chopping up potatoes and seasoning them & roasting them but I always add olive oil to make them taste good! Can they ve done minus the oil and STILL taste good??

  • Better yet….
    1. Swap out the burger with a homemade black bean walnut burger on a portobello mushroom bun
    2. Swap out the flour crust with a cauliflower crust or portobello mushroom
    3. Swap out the cooked rice with cauliflower rice

  • I like you content a lot. But the calculation of the pizza was off. 150 Kcal per serving just on the crispy pizza crust the whole pizza would be higher than 900 kcal just on the crust.

  • I wish my mom does this all the time

Because all my mom buys is junk food

And she yells at me because I beg for fruits that I want not what she wants.

Not saying that she is abusive but it’s true

  • I am not a chip person what so ever, just like you said you weren’t a chip person… however there are these protein chips called POPCORNERS Flex Protein Crisps…. they’re vegan, 90 cal per serving, 19g protein per serving, and 24 CRISPS in 1 serving! Can’t get any better than that. The bbq flavor is the best.

Here’s a link to snack size bags on amazon.

  • I just want to ask what you use to flavor your food, because I find that the oil gives a satisfying flavor that I’ve always loved… But I do need to lose weight LOL… So I love your ideas

  • You can swap peanut butter in smoothies and things for powdered peanut butter which only has 50 calories for 2 Tablespoons instead of 200. You can also rehydrate it and use it like normal peanut butter

  • I love watching these, but does anyone else have a hard time hearing the ingrediant names, sometimes, if she would write them as she poured them, it would be nice… a thought!

  • It’s not all about volume for some of us. So I’m happy with one or two dates or five raisins or dried cranberries or dried cherries etc, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or nut/seed butter, half an ounce of nuts or seeds. I don’t feel deprived, that’s all I want. Same for junkier chips of all sorts. Sometimes (gasp!) more like 1/3 or even 1/4 of an ounce. Yes, I’m that person who can eat just one potato chip, sorry Lays….:)

I typically eat half a cup of rice with a lot of veg and/or beans, so the huge bowl of rice shown here is ridiculous for me. People need to experiment to see how much of such things they really need to feel satisfied.

Likewise i typically eat less pasta at once than you showed in that little bowl. That doesn’t make me feel deprived at all, it’s a normal amount for me. Even the box lists 56 grams (2 ounces) dry pasta as a normal serving, and I eat a bit less than that (usually 50 grams or less dry is what I package up for myself, I eat mostly non-wheat pasta and I’m cheap…). It’s a lot of pasta, actually, especially eaten with other things. So the comparison of rice pasta with cooked rice doesn’t matter to me, either. I eat either one, depending on what I feel like eating (rice is my good friend, never bothers me in any form and I can even eat it under stress). If the calories are too much for you, just eat less. Experiment, less might be fine.

I can eat a quart of cut up non-starchy veg (not even including any leafy greens) with no problem at all, though. (If I add it to leafy greens and some beans or some other protein, I use a 7-cup pyrex bowl.) I’m rather stuffed for the rest of day, though. Worth it. But I’m also happy with meals that fit in a small bowl.

Considering how long it takes me to get through a small bottle of vegan mayo, I’m not really worried about doubling the calorie count in such a salad by adding mayo! Likewise for adding some oil for cooking. I don’t do it enough to be bothered by the calories. People get into trouble when they add gobs of dressing or too much oil for cooking or for other foods besides salad. Just one teaspoon or less can be enough for cooking or adding to cooked food. Experiment to see what works.

Also I typically only eat two slices of bread in a day (and not every day), so am not bothered by the potato vs bread comparison. That’s for people who eat a lot of bread every day. I’ve always had to freeze portions of sliced bread or else it will get moldy before I’m done with a loaf. I like good bread, but have food allergies/intolerances and do better with less of it and need variety in my diet anyway. There are loads of other foods to enjoy out there, that’s what I learned when first dealing with allergies.

There are people who do need a lot of volume in their food to feel satisfied, but I’m living proof that not everybody does. If you do need volume, definitely the suggested swaps will help you. But sometimes it’s just that the recommended servings of foods are actually more than you need to feel satisfied, so experiment.

  • Hi there! I’m new to your channel and glad I found you because this is relatable to me. I just gave birth to my 2nd child about 6months ago and like you, I’m trying to manage my weight. I’m encouraged to not procrastinate and just give it a go.

  • If you haven’t yet, try the Enjoy Life Lentil chips. There are a ton of flavors and their delicious. A serving is 28 grams and 3 grams of protein.

  • nutrients deficit leads to certain diseases, cutting down carbs is so enough to get your weight melted, with a little bit of activities your body burns more fat if you deficit carbs so better plan sensibly and if you want it more concrete you can try “mummy magic weight loss tea” this way you won’t need to have a strict diet plan, this herbal tea helps fat melting to a great extent.

  • I believe what you are doing is working! Plus you have beautiful skin!!!! Gonna give it a try!☕❤️❤️

  • Nice ideas! I also use the Kodiak Powercake mix. I use 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup mix, stir it, and cook it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

They are not as good as the individual pancakes, but the mug cake is good enough when I’m crunched for time. I do put a little honey or sugar free syrup on top.

Also they travel well so you can make it in a microwave travel mug and have it a little later if you’re pressed for time or want a portable snack.

  • I like the tricky way you tried to get people to stay on the site as long as possible by confusing them by saying the ingredient that you’re actually NOT adding at that time in video.
    Pic=words should

  • I eat only 2 piece of pizza
I think I rather have the 2 pizza slices
And the only reason why is because thin crust dose not = pizza to me
Other then that I agree that it’s better to cook at home

  • I hate dill so this recipe, while interesting, is hardly a replacement for cheddar popcorn. I wish you’d done an equivalent flavor.

  • I am doing really good on my weight loss. I have lost a total of 32 pounds so far.I totally recommend this plan. It has really good information, resources and content that is easy to follow, understand and apply. @t

  • I don’t do most of this. I lost more than 10 kg in less than 2 months but ate less than 1000 calories a day and worked out every day for 40 minutes

  • I’m a lil confused cuz my cooking spray has zero calories, zero carbs, and zero fat and it’s just Costco Kirkland brand cooking spray. So is it just certain oils to stay away from that add calories?

  • Jill, where do you get both ‘essential’ fatty acids from? Meaning? Both (Omega-3 and Omega-6) ‘Essential’ Oils? Thanks in advance.
