  • Saffron: I’m now going to go to the gym for the fourth time today.
Saffron’s brother: I’m just gonna stay in bed. It is so comfy.

  • I’m already smiling when I hear the “uh uh uh” in the beginning! we had to record this 3x because of technical issues & me messing up the timing lol. That’s why my hair is already curly and sweaty in the beginning… let me tell you: Hey Mama will make you DRIP!!!

  • In my own experience coming from 386lbs down to 210 (6’2″) and keeping it off for 6 years now; a good balance of both is best. I enjoy a good lift session and being able to go out any given day and run 10-15 miles if I want. I have asthma and hardly ever need to use am inhaler anymore which I attribute to improved cardio health from running.

  • I’m so interested in trying this method of eating. However, I have genetic high cholesterol and am on cholesterol lowering meds. So, every time I think of eating high fat, I get scared. Both of my grandmothers and my dad died from heart related disease. I’m a66 year old woman who gained 100 pounds after menopause. It wasn’t just menopause, I quit smoking (go me), but my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and we adopted our 4 year old grandson. All at the same time. Needless to say, there’s quite a bit of stress there. Now 15 years later, things are much better, but the weight,oh my goodness. I just started working out 4 days a week at planet fitness. A little cardio, strength training and stretching. So I feel like I’m on the right path, and I know I can greatly reduce my carbs. I’m just afraid of all the fat. Would you be so kind and offer some advice. Love, love love your channel❤️❤️❤️

  • I am vegetarian,50 yrs old, menopausal hot flushes, staying indoors more now, but work too
But instead of loosing, I am gaining weight.
    I am depressed,

Fell off the fitness wagon the past 3 -4 years—jumped back on at the beginning of this year-at a gym-with spinning classes-I was doing great until everything closed
I didn’t think I could get a hard workout myself with you tube and JUMP ROPE DUDES-I’m back on the wagon eating clean and pushing my body-I am 48 -I made a promise to myself in my early 40’s to stay active keep kicking my ass the n my later 40’s -you guys are helping me do this-thank you soooo much I am getting my confidence and ability to train and get fit

  • what is the average speed to do jump rope in 30 sec or one min
i really wanna know what’s my speed and level rightnnow so that i can improve

  • Bought one of those half diameter battle rope heavy ropes (weighs about 9lbs) doing 30 second intervals with that for 30 mins is pure torture. But it’s the good kind. Whole body just burns like hell afterwards.

  • It’s my first day trying jump rope and omg, I can’t do more than like 12 jumps in a row. I keep tripping over the rope!!!! Idk what im doing wrong. I cant get the timing right

  • Seeing this in my subscriptions feed as woman who suffers with anorexia is real triggering I really think you should think about the content you make and how it can be harmful for your younger viewers

  • I started at 6minutes at my first day. It’s my 5th day now and today I did 12minutes+ already. I’m steadily increasing my time day by day. My goal is to at least reach 25minutes in 30 days. I’m also doing 10minutes of cardio and 10minutes of belly fat trimming excercises from an app. I do the excercises in around 11-13 minutes. I do the skipping ropes in the morning and the cardio and excercises around 5-6pm.

  • Day 1✅I only did 6 sets in this video but I kept tripping on my rope but I never stop so let’s see the other days will be good this is challenging thank you guys

  • This has been my go to cardio for the last month I must say i always have the tendency to quit after the second rest but it is so rewarding thanks you guys for keeping us fit in these tough times…

  • What is a good length for the 1lb rope? I am a beginner, 5’11”, 52″ to my nipple. fat and 53 so it’s time for me to get off my ass.

  • I’ve watching lots of Dr. Becky’s videos today and there are two things I don’t get: no mention of keeping cholesterol within healthy levels nor warning for people who shouldn’t go keto, or any other warnings. It seems to me that while good recommendations, most are geared for people who no health issues other than insulin resistance. For example, if you have high cholesterol, should you still consider 15% ground meet? or bacon as it is suggested on the breakfast video?

  • when I do weightlifting instead of crossfit cardio, I feel like I sweat more. I would have to measure with my watch. Thank you for your video 😉

  • It was so far the best workout I have ever done . I am just sweating . I did this workout because I just decided to lose fat again. #dothething #jumpropedudes

  • Short duration high intensity cardio is my fav! BUT… I also LOVE compound exercises! All your workouts are exactly THAT! Livelean 15 is a small investment worth owning! I love solo training. More people need to give it a shot.

  • Excuse me but since many years we were told to avoid fats and fatty meats, isn’t it unhealthy for our hearts to eat fatty meats, butter, coconut oil and all these things.I think a balanced diet with carbs, protein and healthy fats like avocado and virgin olive oil is the best.
Also we need the carbs from whole grain foods,we need fiber.
    What’s your opinion doctor?

  • Hello, I would like you to advise me if it is not much trouble about the type of mats or tarps you jump, very good videos, greetings from Spain.

  • finally followed along an actual video
    you guys are amazing
    loveee uuuuu jump rope dudessss
you guys actually reallyy inspired huge crowd to do jump rope
    easy and effective workout
    if done effectively
i only followed along for 2 sets
and i am glad i did
i will try my best next time

  • In the beginning, I was kinda disappointed I could only do 1 song fully but after 2 more sessions, I did the whole thing, even all the high knees non-stop with 1 break to drink water at the start. Thanks, Pam you really had me dripping and cursing (sometimes) but I have a lot more energy now.

  • I have been on my weight loss journey for a little over a month. And I didn’t think I would ever finish this!! Well today I did!!!!

  • Wow! What a fantastic workout! So easy to follow. Timer is such a great addition, especially when you are holding those death squats.
Can’t wait to workout to more.of videos, Pamela. Thank you! ❤️

  • he says “throw in some extra tricks here and there for some fun”
me tripping on the rope for the 18th time in the first minute: “ok sure thing”

  • I have been doing these ab workouts for a week now and I have seen MAJOR changes and I did have a ED and I’m getting so much muscle and just getting very toned! I have been eating right though so that’s why too

  • Your heart rate should be alot higher than that. For cardio you should have kept your heart rate above 160 maintained for 30 min. A 30 min run is not out of the ordinary.

  • HI rebecca, I am getting addicted to your videos! Been following your guide for almost a week and I can see results little by little!:D XFIT on the go!

  • This killed me but I did it. For now I just have a regular jump rope, but my heart was going to bust out of its location in this Floridian humidity… thank you for sharing!

  • What helpful information! Thank you for sharing how to manage a low fat way of eating. I really enjoy any foods that are an Omega 3 source. I want to take the idea of Keto and also have a common sense well balanced menu.

  • I’ve been watching your videos, but failed to understand how fatty meat and butter can contribute to a healthy diet and weight loss?

  • Hi..beautiful..gorgeous..sister.

  • I 2222 calories in today so far and 13227 steps and eat 1650 cals a day you both done so well jed caught up so well to be fair for someone who started very late he wasnt much calories off lots of love xx

  • Thank you for your positivity getting me through my 30 mins every day! I have quit alcohol recently and been doing 30 mins jump rope for 30 days I’m at day 20 today my face always red after jump rope and that’s how I know I’ve done it properly. I want to continue this as my usual exercise after challenge. I would miss it! You are very inspiring:)

  • Dr. Gillaspy, can you please give suggestions to vegetarians and vegans on what to eat? This video is very informative, however, most of the foods you suggest include animal meats and/or products. Thank you very much in advance!

  • I think your advice is sound all except using a microwave. Microwaving creates dead food as it kills all the beneficial enzymes and bacteria for a start. Dr Mercolas Fat for Fuel diet worked for me and intermittent fasting, but I started to eat too many carbs and 5 pounds crept back and so now I am trying to get strict again.

  • I just found your video series and am very excited to hear from a professional that addresses diets over the age of 50. However; I feel like you have just explained the Keto Diet and I have had several people end up with gallbladder trouble from such a high fat diet. Can you help me with understanding that concept. Keto is also something I am not sure I can stick with at this age and it certainly doesn’t rate very high as one of the healthiest diets. I have been looking at the Mediterranean Diet and that seems to be something can stick to.

  • I’ve been able to stick to this better than the gym, now to tune in on my diet! I can’t wait for the gyms to open back up, this taught me discipline! Jumping 6x a week

  • Thank you for this! I have been beating myself up over no cardio for the past two months but I do antagonistic supersets and I don’t want any time away from the weights to do cardio and I am so happy you posted this video

  • All the recipes are wonderful, thank you for sharing them! I am allergic to dairy, the protein casein is giving me a lot of grief. Any suggestion for swapping diary especially cheese in your recipes? I love the keto lifestyle but without dairy it is difficult. Thank you again

  • I don’t agree with his conclusion. He could have easily increased his average heart rate on the treadmill to 150 and made it steady by increasing the incline if he wasn’t already tired from the weight lifting. I do 30 minute regularly at 150 beats and it’s very easy. Also you can do cardio every day if you wanted to unlike weights. Nothing against weights I do them regularly too. But can’t beat cardio for burning calories

  • Thank you doctor…. thank you for salad dressing… I don’t use salad dressings for over 20 years now, just lemon juice and olive oil for me… but my daughters are really missing a good salad dressing…. they are your big fans, and they are really happy about the salad dressings….

  • Gday mate. I’m a track athlete. When I train for speed work, which is high intensity, the heart rate should be around 180 bpm. With a heart rate around 129 bpm that is under what most marathon athletes would race and train at. What I’m trying to get at is that at 129 bpm you are a lot less effective and should have been better off taking some rest before going from the weights to the treadmill.

  • Dr. Becky has everything right. After working through her videos to this one, I realized that her advice can be trusted she really knows what she’s talking about. Ok, now I’m subscribing.:)

  • What kind of mat is that? I have to do it outside. It’s hard to keep the rope going in the grass and the cement is a killer on the knees? Any recommendations on a good mat for jumping rope?

  • I don’t why I am replying to video made two years ago. Maybe I like ranting to myself. Unlike your other awesome videos, the conclusions here shouldn’t be taken seriously. Trying to compare interval training with weight training in terms of cardio absurd. This video seems to imply that the laws of thermodynamics can somehow be beaten. Extended interrupted low intensity cardio (.i.e. running and cycling) will always burn more energy than weight training simply because the body is moving as a complete unit. On the other hand, interval training, which involves stopping and starting, will obviously not burn energy consistently as the heart rate is merely being elevated but that does not equate to energy expenditure. That is why HIT as it is promoted by most fitness professionals today is a scam.

  • Great video! Very helpful! Also, totally off topic question, girl what necklace are you wearing?! Couldn’t help but notice it sparkle in the sun ❤️.

  • go to vegan pages..these are healthy foods. vegan plant based burgers, chicken, bacon.. ground beef.. no need to eat animals… this will help. not all vegan foods are PASTAS!

  • Here from Kenya. I do this workout every evening before i shower. Just a month in and already seeing some progress. Only having a difficult time reducing the quantity of food i was used to taking. I have given up sugar and soda though. I feel light and good about myself

  • Struggling so hard with cardio manage 5 minutes and feel like I can’t take it anymore. Trying this workout tomorrow to see if I can incorporate dance as my cardio! Looks so fun but still burns the same calories

  • In order to be comparable, you needed to do the HIIT at the same intensity as the lifting, so you needed to incline that treadmill to 10 deg. HIIT means you are at RPE 10, so waaaaaay higher than 140 BPM.

  • Your payment page doesn’t seem to work. I tried signing up for the coaching program and neither visa, am ex nor PayPal would accept my order. (My credit is A-OK so it’s not that.) Could not find another way to reach you. Just FYI

  • I still don’t understand the concept of consuming so much fat. The idea is to use my own fat stored on my butt and belly as a source of energy to lose weight, right?

  • Well if you didn’t stop running every 30 seconds you would of burnt much more calories. 230 lb dude would burn around 770 calories at a 9 minute pace.

  • The first jrd workout i did, i couldnt do ten minutes. Managed this 30 min hell today and also slipped in many double unders. You guys are awesome

  • I have found that even the organic salad dressing has soy in it, which messes with our hormones. Something I’m trying to avoid and rectify! I do question the organic vegetables and fruits. When I was growing up, real strawberries were tiny tiny, now they’re telling us these huge strawberries are organic! I find a lot of the Organics are not top quality products and wonder if they’re getting rid of their less quality GMOd foods, for a higher price under the organic label. Some Farms grow both. Who’s watching the store?

  • I make my own salad dressing and never eat pizza or high crab food. None of this has helped me. I’ve always been thin and now I have a blob of fat on my stomach that won’t move

  • Hi Dr. Becky,
I’m only 49 but I love to watch your educational videos. Started to watch my carbs a few months ago. Have a great day!

  • i think Cardio burns WAYY more calories than weightlifting. you have alot of good videos that have helped me and i use your dumbbell exercises myself. but this one i had to disagree with. first of all i don’t know how accurate the watch is how it’s calculating how much weight you’re lifting? i understand it could tell your motions/movement but strain/pressure i dont know how it can do that? and second you weren’t even going on incline on the treadmill dude. incline burns double the calories as you would going straight and you don’t even need to run on an incline you can walk and burn as much calories like 3mph for example.

  • Kind of a weird conclusion, sure weight lifting is about the same when you don’t include the time resting and setting up but if you have an hour to spend in the gym you’re going to burn way more calories doing cardio than weight lifting.

  • Thanks for this video. I have lost several kilograms sticking to low carb plan. But I fell off the plan for a few days eating high carbs as I was down with a nasty cold and fever. I’m fine now but would the 3 days of high carb have ruined my body’s change to burning fat?

  • I am 45 years old and I love this video because I am always trying to do low carb diets and this are great ideas thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and your great ideas great video

  • So does he normally do circuit style weight lifting plus the cardio session at the end? I gotta keep my workouts to an hour because of a hectic work and family schedule and I can’t really do both unless I start cutting into my sleep which i’d rather not do.

  • Didnt look like he used the incline on the treadmill which can add to the intensity and heartrate. But treadmill and other forms of running, cycling, and similar cardio is good for a warmup.

  • What people don’t realize is that cardio is done without even thinking or forcing yourself to do it? What do I mean…. walking between workout machines is your cardio right there unless you physically fly to the weight machine lol.

  • Thank you so much for your videos!!

I turned 60 this year. On January 1st, I weight in at 360 pounds. I was trying to lose some weight, but only lost 8 pounds in 9 months. Then on Oct 7th, I had a doctors appointment. He was happy that I had lost some weight, but said I needed to lose more. He ask if I had heard of Keto, I knew the name but that’s it. On the way home, I stopped at McDonalds for breakfast. While eating I looked up Keto. I started working on doing it, but it took about a month, to get it very close to right. Since Oct 8th, I have lost 25 pounds!! Plus I am feeling the best, I have felt in 16 years!!!! I hope to be able to shock my doctor, when I go in next February. I plan to be under or very close to 300!!!

  • You need them both but i personally find i lose more fat with cardio, weights give you that good shape underneath and cardio helps to reveal it. That being said diet is everything

  • does he know he can do the exact same skip without the rope? actually even faster and with higher knees? moving his arms in different directions and positions? He would burn twice the amount of calories…jucking jumping rope junkies..ahaha

  • Thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I had to switch to the 1/2lb rope for the second set but my goal is to be able to do the whole workout with the 1lb rope. Thanks JRD.

  • Bring my ropes in my semi, skip in morning, lunch and supper time then hit the showers! Get some funny looks at the Truck stop, but I love it!

  • I’m an old guy and I’m pretty set in my diet. However, I’m so annoyed that our so called Health departments/ food authorities have allowed so much adulteration of food. Half the honey is phoney (replaced with high fructose corn syrup) milk is loaded with permeate (ie the junk left after cheese is made) and them put back into milk (ie loaded with lactose), even peanut paste is filled with vegetable oil in place of peanut oil and has sugar in it. I used to love canned sardines (or other fish) which used to be sold in its own oil. Now fish oil replaced with “crap” sometimes spring water or vegetable oil, so they can flog off the fish oil in capsules no doubt Even olive oil is often replaced by generic vegetable oil!

  • All those hours days weeks years lifting boring chunks of metal and counting calories eating plain boring foods when you when you could learn a craft skill like boxing or Martial arts or learn to play a
    musical instrument

  • I love your videos and the way you calmly and simply pass all this information to us. However, as I am not yet 50 (actually I will turn 45 years old in October) would it be possible to consider broading your videos in order to cover for us women in the premenopausal phase? I’ve been applying your principles for about two months now and have managed to regulate my hormones and cravings but there are some days where the hormones kick in and in combination with stress and fatigue, I find myself struggling with cravings (usually fat or sugar). Would be great to get some tips on the matter.

  • Thank you Dr. Becky…Interesting that you don’t eat much chicken…Chicken breast and bacon is about all the meat I eat now…I may not be getting enough fat…Something to ponder… Judy in Tennessee…

  • How many calories you burn during a activity is not based on the heart rate. It is more about how much weight you move a given distance or how far a distance you move a given weight. So if your cardiovascular system is good, say you are a elite runner. You will be able to burn more calories in a certain time while running because your fitness allows you tu run faster. This guy is probably a lot better at weightlifting then he is at running an therefore he can burn more calories in the gym.

  • Well i need cardio especially Fighting movement not to lose IT you know what i mean cause i am a Warrior So i keep IT half half calories Are good Aš much you burn them

  • Strength vs Cardio… i prefer the the first one. In my opinion, being strong is more practical, unless your job requires you to run for a long time.

  • 40 minutes on a treadmill / 502 calories burned is 12.55 calories/min. The screen said 13 calories/minute. Whatever. The weights was 44 minutes / 559 calories burned is 13.97 calories/min. Why did it report 3 calories / minute on the screen? Looks like no difference? Let’s take a look… Assuming a 1.5 calories/min difference, and assuming it takes 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat, that’s a… 279 minutes of treadmill or 250 minutes weightlifting. 4 to 4.7 hours. The difference does add up.

  • well… you can’t burn the same amount with strenght training… (at least if you base calculations on HR).
during exercice (like biking or running) you can keep >80%mHR for 3h, or >85-90%mHR for >30 minutes, and it won’t happen during weightlifting

  • This is only 21 minutes of actual active time not 30, so those calories are Not accurate, if you want a 30 min plus workout jump rope 10 songs

  • What? There is no way this is true. Unless you are walking more than you running during cardio then it probably true. Also, the most important key to loss weight is how the way you eating. It doesn’t matter what kind of exercise you do if you eat like a madman than there is no way you gonna lose weight.

  • I think this is actually very interesting test because i coach Greg Douchette in one of his videos is saying that with the with weightlifting in the gym you only burn something between 150-300 calories and he suggested

  • 1 other problem, you’ll hit your daily steps goal while laying in bed with a Fitbit. Very very very inaccurate. I personally have the Charge 3 as well because I refuse to hop on the Apple Watch train it’s a joke.

  • I…I want to do this right but….I’m a 6’2 girl and I feel like I would break more than 1 or 2 things in my room and outside isnt the key… here it’s too hot. end me please lord

  • Cannot believe you make money from this crap
Only googled you because your on strictly ( thought who the hell is this )
    God help us all

  • I will be 50 in a few months and FINALLY have committed to getting healthy. The way you present the information is very helpful.  You obviously have a lot of knowledge. Thank you!

  • How can you lose weight if you keep chosing high fat food? We want our body to use our body fats not from what we consume. You only consume high fat food if you have reached your ideal weight to avoid losing more. I lost 26 pounds easily in less than 3 months & i’m over 50. Who said burning fats was difficult when you get old? If you keep eating fats that’s when burning your body fat get difficult.

  • 76yo/5’11”/196lbs. In Feb 2018 I weighed 240#. Today = 196#. Every year I do a CBC physical. I have NO health issues, including no diabetic or cholesterol issues. The ‘don’t eat’ foods are quite easy for me to avoid. I have a continuing problem finding foods to add to the ‘do eat’ list. However, there is no doubt these videos are very helpful. Thank You Doctor!

  • Wow I didn’t think I was gonna smile but even after sweating like hell, I smiled.. but do u know how many calories an overweight, tall female is gonna burn?? Overall, I loved ur video, thank u so much ❤

  • How do the weights win, if you only did cardio for 20 minutes but you lifted the weights for 44 minutes?!! Basically you spend 2x the time on weights, therefore the weights lost, fool! Get your facts right!

  • Thank you for that bit of information, I’ve always wanted to know the answer to that question and I now finally know it. I will continue doing cardio but weight lifting is my goal. Maybe do an hour of cardio and weight training sessions could be later on in day….yeah that’s sounds cool

  • I love all your videos and this is an interesting experiment for sure. But Heart rate is entirely separate from calories burned. Heart rate monitors are way off when tracking calories. heart rate can vary from caffeine, temperature, hydration and other factors. calories burned can only be measured by the actual work being done, weight and distance traveled. Even the hardest weight session won’t burn more than 4-500 calories, you’re moving weights only relatively small distances and rep ranges. Cardio, moving your body weight sometimes several miles will always burn significantly more calories. Think about a 200 lbs man walking 4 miles vs benching 200lbs for 5 sets and take into account the overall weight being moved over the distance. There is just no way it’s possible for lifting to burn as many calories as a cardio session.

  • Becky…I have thoroughly enjoyed watching all of your videos. I’m trying to get in the best shape that I can, and you have helped me achieve my goals. I’ve told you this before, and I’ll say it again. You have a warm demeanor that connects with everyone. Obviously you are also very intelligent in your field. Thank you… thank you… thank you… Keep up the great work!

  • Hi. My wife and I are both over 50 and enjoy Asian curries and Raman. Can you recommend a substitute for noodles and pasta? Thank you

  • After 10.55 when I see the many high knees coming, I stopped the video took a break for prepare for start do nonstop, but still even with rest I had to take breath after every high knee

  • I need help. I’ve been following the 21 day Challenge for 2 weeks now. I haven’t eaten all the food in the meals because some of them I don’t like. But I’ve been trying to substitute them with other days. Anyways, I need help figuring out how many calories I need to eat in a day for my age and weight. Is there some way to figure it out? I don’t think 1200 calories a day is enough for me. I eat all the food I need to and I’m still hungry after an hour or 2. I know I need to add more fat etc but I want to know how many calories I need. Please if someone could give me some advice I would appreciate it. Thanks. Love the videos and have learned so much from them.

  • This is not even something people are curious about. This is just wrong. Calories burned does not even come close to cardio compared with weightlifting. The treadmill calories burned is the worst way to get an accurate measure. If you want to know an amateur will not burn more than 300 Kcal on their heaviest leg day. They can easily burn much more than that by running for an hour. The main focus of any weightlifting session is to build muscle and cardio along with diet is for creating a deficit. Both are important because in the long run, building muscles overtime will increase your metabolism so you can afford to have more calories!

  • I did it,I burn about 210 kcal using applewatch,I always burn less calories,I don’t know why..I did the whole thing the different is I use regular rope

  • I have lost 25 lbs. eating keto and intermittent fasting. I am now at a good weight and no longer insulin resistant. This has taken about 5 months. Unfortunately, during almost the entire time, I have had muscle cramping, especially at night. I have tried EVERYTHING mentioned on You Tube to address this issue. I use Endure Electrolytes, magnesium, potassium, Redman’s sea salt, etc. I am wondering if I increased my carbs some, if my muscle cramping would stop. Any thoughts on this? Thank you! You are such a wonderful presenter, Becky. I really appreciate all the work you and Keith do!!

  • I guess none of you are physicists. Or else you would just do a calculation on the amount of work needed to complete each of the task. I bet you guys also think that a 5k run would burn more calories than a 5k walk because of the increased heart rate or something.

  • Always do both. What is the use of a mascular and strong physique if you can get tired easily when you run or walk a mile and vice versa. The key to optimum health is to be balance

  • If you’re planning on working out please remember to do so safely and listen to your body! Also, calorie counters are never 100% accurate – so don’t get too caught up in the numbers
It’s really important to make sure you eat enough food to replace the calories burned and drink plenty of water! Find a form of exercise you enjoy and never punish yourself!

  • Done this on a full stomach of dinner and chocolate done it to myself so I had to punish myself for being stupid. I think I only burnt half of the chocolate bar. But pretty psyched that I managed to complete this. Can’t wait to smash this on an empty tummy…

  • I did this workout yesterday, at first i thought it’s so easssyy but at the end my legs really hurt. And today, I can’t walk fast because my inner thighs hurt really bad it means its working. Love her dance workouts!!

  • Dude if you do HIIT on a treadmill correctly you should be maxed out on your heart rate in no time man. And keeping it up long a syou can you turn into a calorie incinerator.

  • I am a very overweight female, age 76 trying the Keto diet. My problem is high blood pressure. I feel I need a doctors guidance to safely be on the diet. Can you please suggest a Doctor in the Lancaster, Pa area that understands the Ketogenic diet.

  • you can also add a few pinches of almond flour and nutritional yeast and butter to help with the mouth feel. the real trick is to under cook the cauliflower slightly, the less water the better!!

  • Hi Saffron, love this video! You’re such a cute little gym bunny, you totally blitzed it during this challenge. Chat was proper funny as well, can’t believe he stayed in bed until about 2 pm.
