  • Yes normal low-ish blood sugar levels are good for weight loss.
    But not too low because then your ears start ringing, you start shaking and sweating, and lastly your vision blurs, turns grey, then black and finally bam you collapse on the floor. It’s not fun to be sick and pass out due to low blood sugar levels.

    I’m having to deal with those issues as someone with Anorexia and it’s not fun.

  • Are you fucking stupid? It not because of lack of control lmao people are all different. I have a totally different metabolism then others. Also some people have eating disorders and maybe you did talk about that during the video but I dont like the vibe you are letting off. Having my metabolism makes it very easy to gain weight. No matter what. So I’ve only been drinking water and eating natural things so i will see results. Unfortunatly it’s hard to do exercise when its -20 outside and you have no money to go to a gym.   • I read somewhere that one of the worst things you could do is eat food at your computer or while watching TV because you get distracted and don’t really realize when you’re full and need to stop eating. So I figured “Well, I’ve got ADHD, I usually need to get up from the computer after a few hours to just walk around. So why don’t I get a deskcycle?”

    I’m sure this isn’t the most effective system in the world, but for someone like me, it’s probably going to be the easiest way. It’s not like I don’t spend a ton of time behind a desk, so it wouldn’t think it could hurt.
