    Okay, i want to lose weight and i wanted to try a different approach, I’ve tried water fasting, intermittent fasting, and a few other things and i did good but i couldn’t keep the motivation.   • I started listening to this in July 2019. I listened for 30 days. This changed my life. I wanted to make changes, but this really kicked everything off for me. This helped me change my negative thought patterns and gave me the confidence that I needed to break bad eating and lifestyle habits. I did not do any exercise as I was recovering from an extensive ankle surgery, but I lost 11lbs that month just changing habits and making better choices. I stopped listening after a month, but my weight loss has continued. 45lbs total lost in 6 months. I just wanted to come back and let people know.   • Writing from Canada during the C19 lockdown….things just starting to slowly reopen.. My friends say that they are overeating due to boredom. I have listened to this twice (non consecutive days) in the last week and will absolutely do this 30 day period of listening after reading comments. My sweet tooth cravings are not as strong and I’ve been wondering why. I don’t feel quite as fat lol…I need to lose at least 30 lbs. Is it the auto suggestipn?   • I’ve been listening every night for 6 weeks and have lost a stone in weight. This amazing hypnosis session has adjusted the way I think about food. It has completely removed my cravings for snacking, and I rarely feel ravenously hungry when I wake, or at mealtimes. I haven’t sacked, even though snacks are in the house for other family members.     Not literally but.. lately I find it hard not to overeat at every meal. I used to suffer from BED and it’s almost gone now because I don’t binge anymore.   • Okay, here’s an update and a happy one. The first two weeks, I noticed changes in my eating and exercise habits, but I had actually gained two and a half pounds. I did not let this discourage me as I found a lot of valuable information in the recording. At the end of 30 days. I lost 8 lbs. This is the most Amazing and important things that I Got from listening to these sessions. I have taken the suggestions that” I have new responses to Old situations.”, and” There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. Life is a process of trial and error and experimentation. The failed experiments are as much as a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately Succeeds”. I took these to heart and practice them Everyday! I now love myself more, enjoy taking time to take care of myself, and I no longer react to stressful situations at work and home by overeating.

    Through diet and hard work last summer. I got down to 133 lb for my brother’s wedding.. However stress at work and having to put my mom in a nursing home And sell her house and donate her piano without her knowing it made me very stressed out and upset.. Also feeling guilty. I took it out on myself by By eating and drinking all the wrong things and way too much. I was exercising and thought that since I was exercising I was okay… I was wrong. I gained 29 pounds and I felt horrible. Now I know that there are more ways to have to take care of myself and love myself. I also have learned to stand up to my boss. Or at least acknowledge my feelings to her. Instead of Hiding them and bearing them by overeating. I am now within 20 lb of my goal that I plan to reach by my 60th birthday in July. More importantly I have learned new healthy behaviors and coping skills. And I have a brand new challenge. I plan to be able to swim 1 mile by my birthday. Thanks David the lessons I learned here will hopefully last a lifetime and will lead me to live a happy and healthy life.

  • Before listening, I was eating and drinking what I wanted when I wanted. After listening for about 3 weeks, I begain feeling motivated to working out and eating better. I also stopped drinking wine everyday. This does work. For me, it changed my mindset and thought process. So far I’ve lost 7lbs.

  • I’ve worked with hypnotherapy before for binge eating disorder and a couple other things. My therapist, who was amazing in every way, said it seemed like ny binging was rooted in a self-loathing that I hadn’t let go of, even though I disagreed. Ive been wondering about what she said, about it (binging) being a form of sabotage or punishment, a new manifestation of sells harm from when I was a kid. I appreciated her input, but didn’t see it that way. I thought I loved myself like I always said I did. but after listening to, and practicing, this, I was crying. Because anytime I had to say “I love myself enough to…” I’d start choking up. I’d never had to do something like that, saying it to just myself and not s friend or family member or therapist. I’d never tried to talk to myself, and i guess I’ve found I’ve been missing that crucial part. If I cant say that without crying, I must not believe it. It’s time that I did believe it.   • I have tried this two nights in a row now after I decided to take control of my diet and over-eating. I’ll update along the way to see if it works but just so you know I plan to eat right too, so this post wont be based on hypnosis alone.

  • This helps me a lot. I did not loose much weight (2 pounds). But I am not overweight, but quite fit. But I had a big problem with binge eating and really did not like myself. Starting to listen to this about 2 months ago, but never did full 30 days. My cravings did not go away, but are way easier to control. And my attitude toward food changed. It does not control my life. I like eating still, and I order a pizza from time to time, but it is not this obssession and the plasure of eating is not that enormous, it is gone. I do not eat my emotions too. It is earier for me to be on track with my diet plan (I want to build more muscle) and stick to the exercise. And I think better of myself. This really helps!   • I listen to this while I work (freelancer with long periods of time alone), layered with soft classical music, and this has worked wonderfully! I also eat low carb, which has already been incredibly helpful to my lifestyle change efforts, but your recordings (this and others) definitely takes the edge off when I have stressful deadlines that used to drive me to snack. And even if it was a low carb-friendly snack-and not too excessive-I simply didn’t need the extra calories or to continue that unnecessary habit. I believe the impact extends to times when I’m not listening, as well, but I’d rather not take chances when possible.:)

  • this was very emotional but also beautiful.
    as a child we were very poor and often we went hungry. I would go days surviving on tap water. when I got older and had access to food again I became territorial and fearful of being hungry.
    being able to share grapes with childhood me and tell her she won’t be hungry was incredibly emotional. but it has out food and my past in a new perspective.

  • I listened to this recording last night for the first time and of course I fell asleep. It was amazing. I was very skeptical about hypnosis on youtube because most charge for this. However I tried it anyway and in the morning I woke up and I wasnt hungry immediately. I ate only 1 taco for breakfast which is crazy for me I always eat 2 or more even if I am full.     Anxiety it doesn’t come from no where there is it’s origin,
    It happens to the kids who doesn’t live with there parents eg opharns.
    This type of kids they live with peoples who are very bad to them.they face bad time by being over worked, copro punishment, not given food and a lot of bad insult.
    So this kind of kids they get pain inside by inside bcs they can’t talk so they try to make fake smile on their face to pretend they are happy.
    The other group of people who are in dangerous of getting anxiety are poverty.
    Poverty person can agree to work day and night for the payment of half wages including being used sexually by company owner and no food but can’t say anything bcs of fearing to be fired.
    But you can see a smile on their face while the pain is inside.
    At the end you find anxiety,
    So the solution just forgive everyone and say thanks to God for taking you away from them &if you are still there just get away quickly and forgive them.
    That is where my anxiety came from. At the end my boss started to use sexually my best friend then I said this is enough I quit the job ( I started mentally judging my friend by saying why is she dating my sugar daddy,but at the end I realized it was the only way God used to escape me from getting crazy)
    So breath + looking backward what you faced, Thanking God for taking you away &forgiving everybody is the solution bcs without that pass may you couldn’t be where you are, untill now you passed the exam.

  • Wow I did not expect myself to cry at all I even struggled to repeat your words. I grew up poor as well. I grew up with a single mom with three kids.. sometimes there was no food, no heat in the winters, running hot water or working telephone line. I was alone a lot and very shy and food was such a comfort when we had it and it had such a hold on me till now that I’m 28. Since I was alone.. if I went through something, I felt I had no one to help me and I’ve held onto secrets from everyone. I say had… because I’m making it my past to let go of binge eating and becoming a better me and forgiving my past. I can’t let food be my worst enemy anymore, because it’s such a blessing.   • Hi Marisa, I am really stuck with this, I feel extremely uncomfortable in pretending to what I am not & behave the way that will help to get stuff done as in be in Harmony & ignore trivial matters. But this is piling up & I am feeling frustrated by behaving nicely even when others are mean to me. When I try to set boundaries I get left alone. My parents say I should try to adjust with others but I don’t feel good about adjusting, I feel fake. Whats the Solution?

  • Hey, I only started listening to this 3 weeks ago and somehow went from reducing to stopping drinking altogether, also started cutting out carbs and eating much healthier, Keto ish is suiting me and I’ve lost 4.5 kgs…struggling through peri menopause and border line diabetic….can’t wait for my next blood tests �� I have a new addiction, David McGraw’s voice and I’m confident I’ll reach my ideal weight before Christmas �� I’ll update you on progress in a few weeks.   • My experience with your recordings have been great. I have tried 3 and this one is the charm. I don’t have a binge problem or anxiety, or a motivation problem regarding food as I have discovered here. I just chase carbs all day due to my brain thinking this is what I should be doing for some reason. Now, my brain wants to do other things and I have to actually remind myself to eat. I plan to try others. For some reason I am figuring out how to play the piano on my own and my attention to my Italian language lessons is better. I had used a professional hypnotherapist while struggling with accounting in college many years ago. I always had faith in hypnosis and now I have found you. Thanks!
