  • I need a exercise regimen that is easier on the Hips, legs and Ankles. I have been in the wrong place at the wrong time way too many times. I have been in 17 Vehicle Accidents and they have caused me to have serious Problems with my Hips, Knees and Ankles. I haven’t been able to run since 2002 after 2 Accidents. 1st one in February 2002, was a Motorcycle Accident when I was on my way home from work. I was hit from behind and it pushed me into the Truck N Front of me. They Hit and Run on me leaving me on the Freeway. The Truck I was pushed into, even Left the scene. 2nd was in April 2002 when I was on my way home with Hamburgers for my kids and I was waiting to turn left when a Drunk Driver Hit me Head-on Knocking me 167ft Backwards. The year 2002 changed my Life. I have been Disabled since. I walk like a Penguin and I need a exercise regimen that would be beneficial for me but can be done without the Lower Half of my Body. I just want to be able to burn Calories so I can get Many Unwanted Pounds Off of my Core. Thank You Vince.

Im 5’6 so thats pretty bad for me. i did 30 minutes of your videos 5-6 days a week and i can just now say today i am 167 lbs!   • Started this today, did the full workout in 24 minutes though… replaced the burpees with Walk-in/Walk-out exercise haha… aiming to do this for 4 days a week.. currently on 205lbs… Was on 215 two months ago and started going to gym, so far have lost 10lbs:-).

  • Great workout. After about 3 months of various hiit workouts and strength training with resistance bands, im close to 20 pounds down with more defined muscle than ive had in awhile. Ive just added a 25 pound smash ball to this work out that i use during high knees and squat section, also i do slam ball burpees instead of mountain climbers. The addition of the ball has intensified things but im still finish the whole thing. Keep it up everyone!

Also, make a Toned in 90 Advanced for those of us who loved full body Toned, but want the entire 90 days hard like the last month. I am 50 and I’m killing it.   • So glad I found this. Been seeing this guy promoting his health wisdom in ads a lot recently, but couldn’t comment on his statements. He said something about cardio not burning fat, “cardio burns calories.” Well buddy, I’m no expert but pretty sure that calories exist in macronutrients: Carb (1g) = 4 cals, Protein (1g) = 4 cals, Fat (1g) = 9 cals. With that being said, I’m wondering why people don’t realize the problem is most likely stemming from the lack of cardio (with fat being the last tapped macro in the pecking order, and carrying the most caloric density). #foodforthought

When dude switched it up a bit I thought I was outta the woods with the lunge jumps…then there was that last set of them that popped up and I was cursing the dude hahaha.   • From today started this exercise..it looked very simple when you were doing it. But I tell you honestly this is not so simple. I sweated all over while doing this today for the first time. Long way to go for me..I am 70 kg and need to loose 8 kg..I will definitely include these exercises in my workout routine..thanks a lot for this fat burning workout

  • I run 4 miles twice a week and I can’t get through this workout. You are truly awesome! You make this workout and your other workouts look so easy. I’m sticking with it because I wanna get rid of this belly. By the way those knee ups were knee lows at the end of the workout ������! You da man Boss! WORD!

  • I just started doing this routine. Im 250lb at 6’3 so some of the moves seem too hard for me who has a desk job and never seriously exercised:)) but this video was really motivating! I’m hoping to start with 3 days a week and work my way up!

  • THANKS! I started this year with being in the shape of my life. Had lost some pounds, and was hitting the gym more consistently than i have done for years. Then lockdown came, and i figured “well ok, it will be a couple of weeks on the couch, so what”. A couple of weeks turned into months on couch, netflix and a bad diet( im the full on or nothing kinda person). So happy i found this man. It took me getting kinda depressed on the couch a couple of moths and also realizing that gyms probably wont open for a while. THANKS! I do also recommend yoga with Adrienne, combine those two and im sure i will get out of this quarantine without blowing my head off or looking like the michelin man

  • ive been doing this workout for about 1.5 weeks and it’s still hard for me to complete 20 mins but my strength has increased and tummy is def more toned

    Day 1: Did abs routine, and then did this cardio routine for 10 minutes ( only halfway through this cardio routine) I already have minor abs definition when I tense,but still need to train and get rid of belly fat( I’m skinny fat )

    10 min in “Whoa WHAT? 20 minutes left?! Wow… Kay…”
    15 min in “Holy fuck man, I dunno…”
    20 min in “What are legs? I used to have those, right?”

  • Haven’t worked out for years. Went through the whole 30 minute set. But, after around 13 minutes, started taking 40 second breaks instead of 20. Can ramp up the intensity, but happy to do the whole set on day 1. Sweating buckets though, phew!

  • THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT I use… Have found nothing better… So enthusiastic that sometimes I do it with no 30 second brakes!.. But all the times I exercise I just take 20 sec rest.

  • I just started this and man it was brutal. The only reason i survived was because my son was cheering me on. Nevertheless, i finished it and one hell of a cardio workout. Great stuff man. I look forward to more of your videos.

  • I like this exercise and your workout 20 min very much. In the past, I used to walk only because it too easy. My strength has not increased at all. But this exercise is very tiring and challenging. It’s Hiit, right? How much energy does it burn? Your video make me the courage to challenge things that are harder. Thank you

  • Awsome workout first time I finished the whole workout. Yesterday I tried for the first time and since I was already intense working out only did it for 10 minutes. But today I completed it awsome

  • February 2019 i decided to start my fitness journey at 265 lbs. Did this workout 4 to 5x a week, cut all unhealthy carbs soda/white bread/beer/tortilla and drank a gallon of water a day throughout the week! Weighed myself for the first time in Feb 2020 i was at 187 lbs! Theres no shortcut like the fitness ads say the only thing to it is to do it! We all have it in us its just a question of wtf are you going to do about it and are you willing to go through pain and discomfort to get where you want to be! Stay motivated!

  • BRUTAL workout. I’ve been working out for a few months now so I thought I wasn’t a beginner anymore but I was wrong. Found out 30 to 45 seconds is the max I can do for HIIT… I did finish this but it was hard and I took too many breaks.

  • I did this 1 week and I saw huge improvements!! I lost 2 to 3 inches of belly fat and also thighs fat. But I will keep on doing it cause I wanna reduce my chest fat. If any of u guys have done it then please tell me if it decreases the chest fat. It would be a huge help

  • I’m 20 years old and on july 3rd I was 210 pounds, today is exactly 3 weeks since I started working out at home and I also changed my diet (no sugar, no junk food, no fast food and no fried food) in 3 weeks I lost 10 lbs witch I guess is pretty good? Gonna keep going until I lose 20 pounds more, also I’m 6’1 if anyone was wondering
