  • The calculation at 2:15 is a lil false as you only consider the calories burned by digesting protein. Fat burns only 0-3% (I think 0 is quite unrealistic), vs carbs (5-10%) vs. Protein (20-30%, all according to quick google search). So the amount of calories saved varies pretty much and can range from 524*0.10 to approx. 524*0.3 or so, depending if your replacing with carbs or fat.

    Some of the things i’ve learned that might help you if you’re just starting out:
    If you feel the burn in any part of your body while doing a specific exercise, DO NOT STOP UNLESS NEEDED, tell yourself “I feel the burn, this is definitely working,I have to continue to gain result.” This way of thinking personally helped me to not focus on the temporary pain caused by the exercise, it also motivates me to think positively all throughout the workout 😉

    Hello everyone, this is AZHAR HUSSAIN from Hyderabad. And I’m a first-year degree student. My family includes my mother and a younger sister( 6th class )

    I know many of you might not know me personally.

    I just wanted a small help that is related to some sort of financial assistance and this is because on 11th of MAY-2020 my Grandfather died due to heart attack at care hospital.

    After demise of my grandfather, our financial situation has taken a fall. My Grandfather was the only working person of my family
    My mother is a house wife and I’m still pursuing my bachelor degree and I never met my father.

    And he was the only source of income for our house. After struggling for years and years he bought us a small flat at Suncity, Hyderabad last year.
    After his death, all EMI-cheque’s started bouncing months after months and the number of calls from banks also increased.

    We tried to use our insurance policy claim but that also went in vain as they do not cover natural deaths.
    After struggling for more than three months or more in this lockdown I’ve tried all the possible ways to handle the banks, family and all other stuff. Also tried to reach Sonu Sood for help but couldn’t manage to get any reply.

  • 0:15 how did you reached this? With no training at all just less food? Those muscles were already under your fat? And you already had veins showing on your biceps etc.? That must be some sorta jackpot genetics then right? I’m really lost. I mean I’m skinny fat and can’t even reach that. I have a BDD Disorder and it’s really hard to find motivation to stick to weightlifting for longer than 2-4weeks. I always have this problem in my head that even when I get my body fat a bit more down and/or have a better body in the end, whether it’s like this 0:15 (which I would be happy with already) or even bigger and your current form.. it always hinders me to keep pushing because I think when I still look that skinny and “ugly”(in my case) in the face because only my body really changes, then that ugly face will never change no matter how much muscle I have and how big I am. Because when you still looked like this in the face at 0:15 but had this body which I can’t even reach, no matter how healthy and clean I eat, be in a 500cal deficit and maybe even do weightlifting at home, how will I ever reach your current form when I will never have the motivation to keep going at even that point? I feel like I might be on defiancy or something. I don’t know what to do anymore or If I should just give up.   • Tried it. Made it halfway. I’m gonna try build up and by the end of this week I can make it through all the way. Edit: took a 5 min break and finished part 3. Can’t do part 4, too tired. Literally can’t breathe. Tomorrow I’ll try do all of it. Then hopefully I can do all of it quite smoothly by the end of the week. Second day: made it all the way!!!

  • A “Leafy greens at night” I swap for Yogurt. I use Bulgarian one for convenience as half a kilo of it has 300 calories and Avg about 10-14 grams of protein, and eating half of it fills me up for hours on end, without even adding water to it:T

  • Hi mate, I started a 200mg test / 400mg tren per week cycle and had to stop after the second jab due to my heart feeling warm and clenched…. it came about late on a night (9pm onwards) it went away a few days after the last jab and I went back to normal… months later I’ve started 175mg test and 450mg masteron (bought new gear in case it was that) and I’m having the same weird heart clenching, it’s not a pain but I can feel it, thought it was in my head, still might be… any ideas?

  • Hello, I’m currently a high school student, and I have a questions about your HIIT workouts and my current workout plan. I’ve recently started doing 200 push ups a day sometimes 400, and I switch up the push up variation between diamond, wide, and regular. I’m wondering if it’s actually killing my gains or building strength because other videos say more reps slows down your muscle build. Also does your HIIT workout only focus on burning fat or does it include a 6 pack?

  • You should have devided by 0.15 not 0.3 because will nr 2 will probably fill the rest with carbs and they take 15% aswell to digest.. so this is a mistake which makes your calculation double as it should have been

  • I can vouch for the “cut the sugar increase the protein” plan. Not only when I was younger and wanted to join the military and they told me that but also now that I’m back at it again. First thing I did was cut processed sugar as best as I could and add as much protein. I just got done doing my first weight in on my channel and gained 10lbs putting me at 536lbs but I lost inches all over my body. I can only assume that the weight gain has come with regaining my muscle.

  • Just an FYI re alcohol the calories in alcohol are not metabolized into adipose sites (normal fat cells). The calories can be metabolized into ectopic storage sites such as the liver hence fatty liver disease. However, alcohol actually inhibits the absorption of glucose into adipose sites hence most alcoholics are actually very skinny. Not suggesting you should become an alcoholic to lose weight, but the 7 calories / gram of alcohol are not going to make you fat. In response to the next question beer makes you fat because of the carbs in the hops and barley not because of the ethanol.

  • So, I’m 21 and my family has a history of diabetes and a few weeks ago as my dad was checking his glucose levels I did the same, I was horrified by my results, it showed prediabetic levels and that’s why I decided to change my habits and overall lifestyle.
    This is the third week of exercising almost everyday and reducing my calorie intake (mainly bread, sugar and red meat). Since then my belly fat has reduced and I feel my legs toned, eventhough I only started Chloe’s workouts this week I’m super motivated to keep going and do more of her routines. In part I’m also doing this to fit into the clothes I stopped wearing due to my increased weight.
    I can’t believe I’m finally starting this journey! If I can do it then anyone can do it

  • Not tryna hating but the title should be “stay lean or shredded all year” NOT fat loss, because you didn’t come from an overweight/fat body.

  • Summary of four phases:

    1) Recovery Phase
    -Restore lean mass, boost metabolic rate, keep muscle,
    -Should take 1-4 months.
    Take your weight and multiply by 14or15 to get your calorie range goal.

    2) Fatloss phase
    -Should be losing around 0.7% of your bodyweight per week.
    (Take your weight and multiply by 0.007 to give you pounds lost every week)
    [Progressive calorie deficit] 15-20%

    So reduce your calories by multiplying your maintenance between.885
    -Should take 6-8weeks at diet calories
    -2 week break at maintenance right after (intermittent dieting)

    Diet tips:
    •High Protein diet (0.7-1gram per pound) Grams should match your weight
    •Spread your protein throughout the day
    •Unprocessed foods
    •Eat satiating foods

    3) Reverse dieting
    -Tips:
    •Don’t go back to original maintenance
    •Don’t change your cardio levels
    •No cheat days

    The reverse diet should maintain your weight loss.

    After the diet you should have a new maintenance (multiply your new weight by 14 or 15) and then add 200 calories.

    4)Build?
    You can stay at maintenance or bulk up.
    -To bulk:
    •Increase your calories by 15-20%
    •After 1-4 months, go back to phase 2

  • Are there any sets or ways to cluster exercises that aren’t so challenging for balance? I’ve got MS, which is kinda frustrating, I can do most things with the mirror even though I have bad proprioception, but for some exercises, squats and lunges in particular, I end up falling down a bunch b/c my balance is trash. Most websites have good ways to sort exercises by what muscle group(s) are getting worked, but no good way to sort ones that are better for people who have balance problems.

  • The best way to lose fat while doing this diet program is to train hard to gain muscle mass. Muslce burns fat even when you are sleeping. Also buy a product called Amino Alliance, it makes you sleep and recover much faster. I am not sure how much it costs because the hospital I work at gives it to me, but that stuff is amazing. It also goes me mucle pump if taken at the beginning of the work out. Then is it also good to buy some digestive enzymes to help you get rid of bad bacteria.

  • Def agree with the walking for fat loss! HIIT training and crazy intense cardio actually ramps up your appetite and works against you which makes dieting harder!!! And long medium paced runs tend to burn muscle as well as just fat. Overall, walking is easy, burns hella cals, and is def the way to go!

  • Gonna do this for 21 days…and share my experience here to stay motivated
    Day 1: I was able to do the exercises except 2-3 but it went well
    Day 2: woke up with thigh pain, my whole body aches. Started doing exercises again. Legs were shivering and I was taking a lot of breaks.
    Day 3: I was not at home. so it will now be considered as a rest day.
    Day 4: Got home late. Was very tired but still decided to do it. Choose to do less intensive one ��. Able to do every exercise but it just doesn’t give you the feel. Finish the whole workout and I was feeling like I have just done only 2 sets. So tip go for low intensive one only when you are very tired and not in mood at all.
    Day 5: just finished it. Sweating a lot. No thigh and leg pain.was able to maintain balance in exercises but still taking a lot of break. Overall, It felt good today��
    Day 6: taking comparatively less breaks than earlier. No hard pain, I think my body is getting use to this workout.
    Day 7:❌
    Day 8: this is my first time exercising regularly. Earlier I always left exercises within 3-4 days. But thanks to Chloe work along I am able to stick this far
    Day 9: finally I was able to do one full minute high knee..I was so happy after finishing that.

  • I think it’s good to track calories for a week or two when you want to loose fat but then learn how much food is good for you and when you are full then eventually stop tracking calories exactly and estimate your calories then estimated your calories in your head like the average meal is 500 calories so estimated 500 calories per meal in your head and 500 calories for snacks all day but remember everyone is different so you can give or take some of those calories.

  • @binod  something that worked for me and I lost like 15 kgs in a month and a half (results may vary):
    1. Cardio. (basketball, football, running, stationary or regular bike, etc.)
    2. Compound exercises. (squats, lunges, push press, etc.)
    3. replace soft drinks and juice with Water, Tea, or Coffee.
    4. your meals need to consist of 3 major products: starchy carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes), fibrous carbs (vegetables), and protein (chicken, eggs, beef, lentils, etc.)
    5. after the first two weeks then you should do a cheat meal every weekend so you don’t go crazy.

But you know absolute DICK about the Ketogenic diet and how beneficial it is to everyone who gives it a fair try. CICO is the actual bullshit. All calories are NOT created equal either. A Ketogenic diet might be the best thing a person could ever fucking do. Do yourself a favor, kick the sugar, grains, & seed oils. Stay low glycemic & watch the lbs melt off.   • Little fatty boomba. I was pretty fat there for a few years too (65 lbs or so). I don’t see how you avoided a bit of loose skin. I lost the 65lbs over the last year and when I bund over (kinda in a crunch position) I have a bit of sag on my lower abs.

  • Man, that ricotta! I tried it when I came to Canada… I’m not gonna comment on it. If you like ricotta, you should absolutely try it on a future trip to Italy. You can find amazing ricotta even at the supermarket that’s just as calorie dense as the Salani one, but tastes at least 50 times better (could cause addiction in predisposed individuals).

  • Honestly i cant eat healthy foods cause most of them dont taste nice and when i try to swalllow them i feel sick and gagging cant even swallow it without fealing ill and my tongue is slowly maturing im 19 and cant get slim i do a ton of walking and ruining and its wierd any advise

Im just at the point where I’m 160 and I was 215 60 days ago, I rapidly lost weight by doing light workouts, long runs and a massive calorie deficit( I was eating 900-1200 calories a day) and just last week I’ve been super hungry all the time and noticed I had lost a lot of muscle and I didn’t like that so I started lifting heavy now, your video probably saved me just in time from gaining all my weight back

    Didn’t even need to count calories, just lifted 5x a week and ate till I wanted to puke, lost like 60lbs in 4months!

  • Calories IN vs Calories OUT is obviously true, but the next step you make is a logical mistake (regarding macros). Calories in vs out does not say anything about the dependence of both on macros. Calories OUT can be a function of macros as muscle retention varies between diet types resulting in different changes in BMR, also ketone underutilization in early stages of ketogenic diet results in higher calories out they get excreted in urine as kidneys have yet to adapt to reabsorbing them fully.
    Achieving low calories IN may also be macros dependent satiation after isocaloric meals with different macros is not equal, hence it may be easier to undereat depending on macros.

  • I personally go with what I call “The Fat Ass Test”. I think about something I want and ask myself “Would a fat ass have this?” If the answer is yes, I don’t have it.

  • In 10 days you’re likely to lose maybe a pound or two of fat and the rest is water. See? Didn’t need 20 minutes of fluff to throw that out there.

    Recently, I’ve been running 3km or even 5km each day + doing daily HIIT workouts and eating only once a day.

    Yet, guess what? I DIDN’T LOSE WEIGHT tihihi! And that’s because I didn’t measure my calorie intake. Myfitnesspal is a MUST-HAVE!

    By simply calculating my calorie intake, it seems like I usually load myself with 3500 calories in one big meal and burn around 800-1000cal from all the daily workouts combined.

    Therefore, I’ll just cut on the calories and get more protein, less carbs & workout less without straining my body as much as I used to do.

    My advice for everyone: before working hard, work smart TÃBĂĂM!

  • Going to the gym with your mom, that’s commendable. My mom drives me to the gym then keeps bitching about not having anything to do for the next one and a half hours while she waits for me to finish then drives me home and complains about being overweight. I want to take the bus instead so I don’t hear her nagging but she won’t hear anything about me using public transport with a wheelchair.

  • There’s a product called “True Lime” that makes powdered lemon, lime, and other fruit powders you can use in drinks, coning, etc. It’s 0 calories. I mix salt, powdered lime, Append a, and water. That’s my dressing. It is 0 calories. It is absolutely delicious!!! And you can use as much as you want.

  • This is essentially Carbbackloading. And you never really IF since you were doing alot of goofy clickbaity ‘I tried this diet for a week and this what happened ‘ videos

  • Unless you are eating same meal e.g. set amount of rice, same boiled vegetables, same amount of eggs/chicken/meat etc. it’s incredibly difficult to track the calories. Monitoring them to the level of 60-80 calories is almost impossible. One tsp of oil will make that difference. Also, it’s very hard to just guess the calories by the portion size.:-( Scientists can do this in a controlled manner as an experiment but it’s almost unrealistic to do in real world. I am keeping track of my calories in myfitnesspal for a week and it is already a pain in the ass..

  • Should I add back in cardio and lifting calories spent each day to maintain a strict 500 calorie deficit or just dont add them back in? example 2000 normal, 1500 for 500 deficit, burned 300 lifting/cardio, so eat 1800, or stick to 1500 and net 1200 for the day? Thanks.

  • Hey tayo. Can you make a video or something for strengthening the grip? Doing calisthenics exercises especially pull-ups, my grip fails before anything and that makes the workout less effective in my opinion and I don’t feel any tiring out on my lats

  • If you want a good salad dressing just throw some lemon/maple syrup/white vinegar/olive oil into a bowl with salt/pepper dash of garlic powder and mustard. Easy. Also, that sausage is gross dude, super processed junk protein.
