  • Very good work out, should do at least an hour or two before getting ready for the day and before getting ready for the bedtime. I am a lil tiredt! I was before this workout but now I need a nap. Also, for someone who has not exercised consistently and is under 250 pounds, I sweated like hell. In addition to that, the workout could get better if you take your time to do the moves accordingly. At first I was barely moving in accordance until I slowed down.

After Chloe ting work out I only ended up doing 5 mins of this work out and now my body feels dead

My one critique is about exercising while watching your videos. Sometimes I watch your videos on my computer on a table or watch on the floor with my phone to follow your quick exercises.
