  • Do you HAVE to workout? I am kinda lazy and on the younger side so my mother is a bit more controlling I know you might not see this. But if anyone else knows please reply:}

  • Hey There! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried using Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Another good thing about keeping your place clean is it can reduce stress, for some people like myself I get stressed out when everything around me is a mess but when I clean it up I feel better, plus you get some excercise. It’s a really good activity for active rest days, hope this helps someone.

  • If this guy can cut on 4000 calories then there’s no point in watching his videos, because the normal laws of bodybuilding just don’t apply and basing goals on what he does is completely unrealistic.

  • This video has great information, but I’m confused about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve noticed many people refer to great things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • What are some ways to lost a lot of fat? I read lots of good reviews on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost lots of fat. Has any one tried this popular lose weight methods?

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritionary intake. While they may induce quick weight loss, these kinds of diets will never be a long-term solution for your waistline. You should look up Custokebon Secrets on google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Quit processed sugar back in November. I do eat a little fruit almost daily. Lost 45lbs since November 2019. Also, I do have 2 cans of Vernors ginger ale a month.
After having saying this it’s almost impossible to avoid SOME processed sugar because it comes in nearly everything we buy at the store.

  • No one’s really talking about it “except us” lol

The Lean Belly Breakthrough is a simple, step by step plan that allows users to reverse the symptoms of conditions like heart disease and diabetes. Keeping things simple, the Lean Belly Breakthrough is able to help users lose up to a pound of stomach fat day, all without using any medications, stimulants, or drugs. • I want to share sth with you. I’m studying in a high school now. My height is about one hundred sixty centimeters and weight is about 54-55 kilos. When I was in 8th grade, I didn’t care about food and ate lots of fast food. I just eat whatever I want and gain lost of kilos ( was 58 kilos ). When summer comes, I decided to go on a diet and lost 4 kilos. In whole summer, I nearly didn’t eat any chocolate or sth. But when the high school started, my desire to eat started again and ate more than in the summer. But there is a contradictoriness in my mind. I want to lose weight and look fit but at the same time, I wanna eat more and more…. I argue in my mind; one side in my mind says don’t extra food or chocolate and the other side says eat whatever you want as long as you are happy. For some days in a week, I can limit myself but the rest of the week I fail to myself. Sometimes I really need to someone to motivate me. I’m not having anorexia but I always have contradictoriness in my mind and can’t escape from it. If you take few minutes to read it and write some suggestions, you I would really appreciate. Thank you

  • Fat loss is never just about stomach fill. There are unmet mental/heart needs driving it. Ask any heavy person how often they eat past fullness to stuffed-ness, even pain.

  • I’m 32 years old 6 foot tall weigh 222 lb I’m a welder and built like a brick house. My job’s really labor-intensive and I really don’t think I’m eating that much but I keep gaining weight. Of course I have a woman cook for me. If I just knew how much I need to be eating to lose weight that would set me straight I think. I’m a busy man always got s*** to do he when I get off work hey there guy to mow the yard do something on the tractor or, Jeep I ain’t got time to be going to the gym and I live out in the sticks so it’s a long drive from my work to my house.

  • Hey Matt about your 5000 cal maintainance: is it just your BMR that’s insanely high just in and of itself or are you super active day to day?

  • One of the most universal factors to most successful weight loss diets is eating foods with a high nutrient density. It’s the cornerstone to what makes a diet work. What are nutrient dense foods? Foods that have a high nutritional content per calorie are nutritionally dense. Most nutrient dense foods include: vegetables, lean meat, fish and poultry, eggs, avocado and fresh vegetable juice

  • A good diet is for me Is a salad, romaine lettuce with carrots and grilled or roasted chicken, lots of blueberries, strawberries, apples and pears! I only drink water. Combined with good cardio of 30 minutes am

  • I have underactive thyroid and it makes weight loss hard especially when like me you forget to take your levothyroxine 90% of the time

  • Hello, I love your videos! They are thoroughly informative. I’m trying to cut off added sugar from my diet, but it’s been extremely hard to find foods without any added sugarfor example, pasta, spaghetti, or chocolate powders have added sugar. Are they healthy to eat? If I had to substitute sugar in baking, can I use honey? If even honey is bad, what should I use?:( Thanks!

  • 7. Remove Temptations
im only a child and i can’t just go into my kitchen and throw away all our sugary foods or my mom would kill me. when i ask her to stop buying things like them, she blames it on me or gets angry. i have almost no self-control when it comes to sugary foods, esp when they’re right in front of me. i notice that sugar makes me feel absolutely horrible tho, so i would like to cut it out of my diet, but it’s really difficult when i can’t make the buying decisions in my home.

  • Sugar is really in everything and my body loves to consume certain carbs into mass. I tried fasting and it never worked, I cheated wildly. Eating several micromeals works for me.

  • Processed food is a killer. Yes, food in its natural form is healthy for you. If you read the label and can’t pronounce it do not eat it.

  • I don’t eat processed sugar at all and I avoid pasta and high carb foods such as potatoes or beer. Yet I do eat small quantities of dried foods. I know they pack a high sugar content ratio yet they’re apparently great for one’s potassium intake. If anyone knows of alternative sources of potassium, I’m looking forward to hearing from you guys.

  • Hello there! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Reducing your sugar intake overtime reduces your sugar cravings as well. I stopped eating foods and drink with so much added sugar since March. It was hard at first because my daily diet used to be full of processed foods with added sugar and sometimes I would give into cravings which is understandable. Now my taste buds kinda despise sugar lol. I just made some oatmeal carrot cupcakes and I only added a little bit of honey in it for a lil sweetness and when I say little I mean only two tablespoons per batch of the cupcakes. My sister had frosting in the fridge and I put a thin layer on mybcupcake and said lemme try it and I had to scrape it off because it was too sweet! And if I was my old self I would have ended up adding more because my taste buds were so used to sugar. Reducing your added sugar intake overtime will help you to live healthier and help keep off some pounds as well!

  • The tips are very helpful to reduce sugar. Sugar is the most difficult thing to quit and one of the most addictive and unhealthy ingredients. Thank you so much for such a useful video:)

  • Thank you, Ria. Your video is so helpful and you’re so pretty which really helps when watching health videos.
I’ve decided to eliminate as much sugar as possible and it’s really a struggle since almost everything has sugar.

  • I really couldn`t wait to take the weight loss weight. This has given me excitement. My friend lost 10 lbs soon after this weight loss weight. My good friend has got rid of 10 lbs already due to this weight loss program. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover on Google. Guide’s name is Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • I know this is an older video, but I love to comment. In Dr. Mcdougall’s Starch Solution it talks about a study with bread and adding it to your diet and so I don’t fear bread.
You were also mentioning guzzling HUGE amounts of calories with smoothies. My blender can hold maybe 4 bananas, a cup of mango, cup of kale and if I mush it down a bit of pineapple and I will be full for a long time. If you do the math, I don’t see this as drowning in calories. And what a great meal for the hot days of summer. Maybe time to rethink the demonization of smoothies. It’s like something that the old folks don’t think the kids should be doing.

  • The things I found very good with regards to metabolic food recipes collection is it permitted so as that I really could effortlessly plan my meal and therefore work the prep time frame into my personal demanding routine. I was able to put together certain parts of the dishes beforehand to cut back on the preparation every time i was hard pressed for time. The digital copy on my smart phone made seeking out the active ingredients a piece of cake and additionally nearly all those ingredients are easy to locate while usually reasonably priced. I researched and couldn’t come across this kind of a high quality range of tested recipes such as this anywhere. Read my detailed review at my blog site here https://truehealthreport.com/metabolic-cookbook-review/

  • Table sugar’s chemical name is sucrose, which is a combination of glucose (blood sugar) and fructose (fruit sugar) molecules bound together. Starches are chains of sugar molecules bound together. Fruit is okay to eat in moderation, but starchy fruit (bananas) are more likely to drive up your blood sugar. Avoid juices as they are mostly the sugars without the fiber benefits. Berries are low in sugars and are better for diabetics to eat than most other fruit. Lactose (milk sugar not listed) is not very sweet and many adults no longer have the enzymes to digest it, although your gut bacteria can… and create gas. Many various sugars and sugar alcohols are on the list in the comments. High fructose corn syrup (and fruit juices mostly fructose) are bad because fructose does not activate the satisfaction hormone, so you eat more. Also fructose is enzymatically handled by your body the same way that alcohol is, and is harder on your liver than sucrose or glucose. I could list a whole bunch more sugars, being a chemist, but 2/3rds of the list are various names for sucrose (table sugar) at various levels of refinement. I have used (in order of utility) mannitol, maltose, trehalose, sucrose, dextrose(glucose), fructose and a few other sugars in lyophilization (freeze drying) of pharmaceutical drug dosage forms during my career….. Mannitol being the most useful for freeze drying of drug containing liquids as it forms long thin needle crystals with lots of surface area within the dried cake that makes reconstitution of a drug vial in your doctor’s office much faster… generally under a minute.

  • Who would have believe that I will finally find a diet that works. It’s called NextLevelDiet and you are just a few steps away from getting your diet prepared. Trust me, don’t waste your time on stupid diets and fat loss pills or teas.
