  • So she gained 2 kg in 2 weeks and then ate healthier the next 2 weeks and lost the 2 kg back? wow, that’s a lot of water retention… cuz I doubt those 2 kg are purely fat.

  • I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I’m done with diet. I realised that meal plan from Next Level Diet is the only diet I could follow forever. It’s really sustainable and easy to follow.

  • I just purchased a copy of Leslie’s “You Can Do” Pilates DVD from ebay. Really good price compared to amazon. This completes my set of her “You Can Do” series! I can’t wait to start this workout and integrate it into my weekly regimen.:-)

  • I’m doing this for a month and the results are great. It pained my abs for the first 3 days but now I’m enjoying it.❤️❤️❤️

  • i am following your walk videos from last 1 month and this one i started from today..:)loved your videos..i will be updating my feedback after a month on this about my results…thanks

  • I loved this so much. I have such a bad relationship with food and I was beating myself up for not looking like you because I have been cheating for like a week now on all of my favorite foods because of my depression and then I saw this video of you kinda doing the same thing. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for being real. It means more than you know.

  • My parents walk 20,000 steps every day, or at least try to. It’s actually really fun and good for you and your head to go outside for 30 minutes and enjoy the nature and just relax

  • I love what she is doing but she does know that she doesnt need to lose weight cause she said she is 48 kg and that is 105 pounds!

  • Hi leslie im 57 years an Indian I hd developed arthratis, pain in all my joints but after following u since last few months all my pain hs almost gone I hd started with just 10 min walk n now I can do till 1 hr along with u thanks a ton lov u n ur team members

  • ive walked 10k steps throughout the day not all at once but just walking around the house or outside with my dog for about two weeks and nothing happened lol

  • I tried pilates and i fell like I’m doing construction work doing the session and my brain is so burned out after the session of following instructions.

  • Wait what?? I walk 15k steps a day at work…. But I’m thinner now than my old job where I was average 20k steps a day. This is interesting! Thank you

  • i’m 21 and i’ve always loved doing pilates and honestly i feel a difference after a week!! i feel stronger and it gets easier… it’s always good to push yourself but if you need time go slow and i promise you feel better and see a change in your posture

  • Randomly came across this video, and I think it was meant be. I’m currently going through a lot of mental health issues & hardly feel like working out but I don’t want to gain weight. This video has made me feel better about myself & has reminded me that breaks are necessary sometimes. Thank you so much chloe! ♥️♥️

  • Watching Chloe train so easily and struggling on the other side… Oh how turn the tables. Walking is literally the only thing I can do, pros of being a dog owner

  • can u put english caption for viewers from other countries cause i dont understand what u r saying sometimes, please put english caption

  • I did a step challenge ;
    My weight before: 76/77kg
    After: 72/73
In how much time: less than a month ‘cause I was injured at a time ( i suffer until now from my ankle) I had to stop and rest.
I’ll start again when I’ll recover.
    I wasn’t on a diet.
    If you have questions…

  • Walking helps in reducing weight but increases calf muscle…can you like help me out how to lose weight and reduce calf muscle together…I am really confuse should I walk or not then??? Because I don’t want my calf muscle to grow more but want to lose weight….it will be helpful if you reply

  • I have combined IF and 14000 steps a day, with the occasional 20000. My BP is normal and so far, I have lost 30lbs in 2 months. I did worked my way up to 14, because as you said, it’s not easy, but it’s doable and yes, you will get better.

  • I like Chloe because even in her videos throughout challenges you can see she’s realshe shows how tough her exercises are and how tired even she is after them, and even makes videos like these to show that working out and keeping eating habits is NOT easy. respect for you Chloe

  • hi Leslie! You are such a blessing you
know that? i finally can workout without stressing so much. your routines are the only ones i can complete confidently. thanks a lot

  • I found that I was my skinniest and healthiest the year I had an annual Disneyland pass. We went almost every weekend of the year (in the summer we went like 2 or 3 times a week because we lived so close), and let me tell you, walking around an amusement park allll day kept me in such good shape. I started gaining weight about 2 years after high school because I wasn’t in sports anymore and college life didn’t require a lot of movement. I was constantly either sitting in bed with my laptop doing homework or sleeping off the stress. Corona virus has definitely taken away a lot of fun walking opportunities (like Disneyland lol) but there are still ways to get active even just walking around the house. I’m definitely going to get back into it.

    Walking does wonders!

  • I understand u but its ok to fall its ok to be sad bt what i leant is dont give up i was 96kg once and wn i started my weight loss journey i lost kgs n i hit 73kgs in about 6 months and then i lost my loved one in which i left doing everything and for about in 2 years i gained back i wish i would have not stopped but its never too late i started my journey again and now i am almost about to defit my self and i am doing this for me i wanna be strong healthy and the journey so far is superb.. growing is whats important and giving ur self time.

  • Looks like a scam that creates artificial need to find fancy equipment and trainer, because of course you won’t have a clue how to use this crap. I’m just saying, there are simpler ways to get fit. This looks like fancy bottled water sort of thing.

  • I think I need to try pilates. I have carpal tunnel syndrome so I find yoga and exercise that puts a lot of pressure on my hands really hard, but some of this looks doable.

  • I’m so happy that I’m finally doing this. I’m currently taking 3 classes a week I feel amazing! 3 weeks into it now. I used to have a personal trainer and I used to always feel burnt out afterwards, with Pilates I feel great always! Looking forward to seeing the amazing results!

  • I have faith in ur workout techniques. I have too much fat around my belly button, and i really want to flatten my belly. so how many sets of each move i need to do plz ma’am reply me.

  • i’m doing 10k steps for 14 days and stretching, because i have no time to workout, but i can walk instead of taking the metro for example. i hope all at least maintain my weight.

  • I have gained 4 weight in quarantine and i walked Around 10 steps and did abs workout of chloe on July. I lost 2 kilos and my belly got smaller 4 cm and my other parts also got smaller but my English isn’t enough for telling it:D

  • I did a once a week pilates class at Club Pilates on the reformer machine for a while earlier this year. I could never get past level 1, and now I realize that once a week was just not enough! I have a mat, a large ball, and some other random workout equipment here at home. I need to get started again. Sitting at my desk all day for work, and again in the evening editing juicing and cooking videos is making me stiff!

  • I love Pilates!! I do it almost every day. After I had my first baby, I continued doing Pilates and I was leaner after having a baby than before! It works:)

  • Don’t get me wrong. Love your workouts and I workout with you every day. But… black mat, black clothes and a black backdrop… could you make it any harder to see the moves?

  • It’s always these slow exercises using your own body weight or light weights that hurt the most. Yoga is another one people think is girly bs when it’s self inflicted torture.

  • this looks like something I could do, beside the whole part where they were standing and had to lift on their leg (I have a torn ACL so my knee often gives out without the support of my other leg) but the rest looked fun. I’m sure I’d puke tho.

  • I’m the person that can walk 4 hours a day without an issue but when it comes to running and cardio that’s a whole different story
edit: This is my first ever comment to surpass 5 likes so thank you xD

  • i’ve always wandered if pilates was a good start because i love blogilates but i dont know is the workouts are good so this was a nice start!

  • Thank you for your workouts I started doing the 5k walk work outs I did your Pilates session today it was really good problem I had was I couldn’t hold up my neck for too long other than that it’s a wonderful workout any suggestions for my weak neck thank you

  • amy jordan, the instructor, seems supportive, the class she teaches looks effective, and to top it off, she’s gorgeous.

But, when she says, ” it’s amazinggggg” it makes me cringe and forget all that.

  • Hi Liz I’ve been drink walking with you for awhile especially when there was a lockdown could you please tell me any more videos for the lower stomach exercises I have lost some weight since I’ve been doing this and lost about 3 inches of my stomach waist I need to lose my lower stomach thank you so much you’re a blessing

  • Hi, I would suggest going to an instructor who has experience teaching on reformers… Teachers will often mimic reformer moves in Pilates mat classes. Else subscribe to my channel and I’ll post a few moves up there you can try.

  • So I guess that means if I work at my job for 4-8 hours I’ll burn some good calories? I’m walking for basically my entire shift. And I’m doing this in addition to your summer shred challenge. Hell yeah

  • I also do this but for me I only reach mostly 10k and the maximum is 12k. After 3 months of quarantine I really need to jog I gain so much. So I wake up 4am and start walking + jogging around our city. 7 kilometers walk and jog its really helpful. And in the afternoon I try to work out. From 57.8 kilo to 51 kilo hahaha just enjoy what your doing and balance diet really help.

  • Dear Leslie, I began doing walk at home at 2015 and before I began I had a stroke in 2010 and after the stroke I lost the functionality of my left hand and I’ll remind you that i was a left handed which has to changed to right hands anyway i was so happy with your 47 minutes 3 mile walk at home video, but unfortunately I had a stroke again in 2016 after I moved to the Nederland according to the doctors I’m perfectly healthy I know it sounds ironic, but yes I’m healthy and 100%:) my question is is there any trainings that you gave to persons with a stroke story or for people who can’t open their fingers? I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks in advance ❤️

  • im 12 im from an asian family BUT WHY DOES EVERY ASIAN WANT TO BE THIN AND SKINNY my mums making me go on an extreme diet and over exercising

  • I’ve loved Leslie for years. Her workouts are obtainable and i can do them from the convenience amd privacy of my own home. I’ve never tried Pilates but now its on my list.
    Tfs & take care xx

  • I practice this after 40 minutes workout with Leslie Sansone. Perfect combination. I am 73. I have been practicing it since nov. 2019. Today is April 22, 2020, in quarantine. I feel great. Thanks Leslie. Greeting from Almería Spain

  • Now I realise 15000 steps are a lot,I am 13 and me and my friends actually walk 20000 steps (we are athletes)
But my not so athletic friends actually walk 10000-13000
    Steps
Soo my point is people think my whole generation is lazy
    which is not the case
Sure there are people like my brother how walks like 1000 steps on school days

  • I have to say that I wish I had more time to do pilates. But I listen to my body and I lie down and do a few exercises almost every day, even if it’s only for a few minutes.

  • Thanks Leslie for the lovely exercises. Your walking videos are so nice and easy to follow. God Bless You. This has become so accommodating during the lockdown.❤️

  • see this is is working out in every aspect is best. guys that just do weight lifting will get tired out quicker in doing things for a longer time. you may be able to bench press 200lbs, but if you cant even run one mile, in my opinion, your not strong.

  • OH MYYY GOWD CHLOE TING IN THIS KIND OF SITUATION IS ME EVERYDAYY.

And can we talk that her starting weight is just 48? While me is struggling to reach 50 kg? Btw I’m just 4’11 hohoho.

  • We love you so much, Chloe! You’ve helped so many of us so much, take as much time as you need whenever you need it, we’ll always be behind you love ❤️❤️❤️

  • Love this. I had a pretty difficult time these last few months and couldn’t stay motivated to stay active (I also work from home, at a desk) so I started walking every evening. my min goal was a 10k, but I aimed 20k if I could. Long story short; it was great to get out and listen to books and podcasts, AND I got to stay “active ” without too much effort. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to stay motivated

  • I wish they elaborated on what kind of fitness professionals these people are. I love how the girl seems to be taking it like a champ while the boys are bitching lol. I’m a little surprised by how race focused these comments are. What is up with that?

  • My wife had hernia and she got operated 2 years back still is unable to perform exercises in flow. We tried yoga but it pained her, got all remedies but is not working
Now she is trying No Carb Diet to get in shape but misses exercise so as to get better body shape. Can you personally help. I know it will be hard for you as you have lot of followers but if possible help us on these and we will be grateful to you

  • How beautifully you make us relax during those hard core exercises and still make us continue doing it
You are are remarkable teacher and excellent trainer

  • Not very positive. My clients have had felt results after one practice session. My beginners once a week, within 10-13 weeks mentally and physically showed massive results. People just don’t answer the actual question. If this was a sales pitch it wasn’t good. Sorry

  • Easy hack: If you want to walk more than 15 000 steps, don’t go to walk at the park because you might feel tired and want it to end faster. Just go to shopping.

  • I’ve been doing Pilates along with Insanity…. at the same time on my xbox fitness oh my goodness… sometimes I have too stop! I did my pilates going on day 4 I work out 30 to 40 minutes a day… I really hope I will lose all the weight I want too:(

  • Jumping with legs instead of core!?!? How does one extend their abdominal muscles? I’ll do your silly plank and then I’ll have you do a plank using TRX bands.

  • I’m laying here on my yoga matt watching this istead of doing your challange…. but this kind of kicked my butt. I W.I.L.L do yoga for my active day of NOW!

  • It’s so great to see someone who is about the same height and weight as me being a fitness influencer haha. Makes me feel o great about myself

  • Where I live everyone walks everywhere, doesn’t matter if it takes you 35/40 minutes walking. So for me on a daily basis I walk around 12/13000 steps a day and still can’t run for more than 100 meters

Actually my max distance walking is 22km in 5 hours haha

  • I love her workouts. You get a serious workout but you dont have to jump all over the place like your on a million cups of caffeine or something.

  • who would not want to do this. its so smooth and relaxing. why go to the gym til your body aches from over exercising. This is more natural for me. Thanx.

  • We all struggle with weight in this way or another… however we are just human and sometimes we lost our control for some reasons. It’s totally be acceptable guys

  • This was AMAZING!!!! The instructions are extremely clear and I knew that if I carefully follow her I won’t end up with a bad back ache or something regretting my choice to workout. Thank you so much! Feels really great and is not overly taxing!!!! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!

  • Great video! I love pilates and have been doing it on-and-off since high school. I really need to get back into it on a regular basis. I know that I need to do it more often and be consistent to get better at it!

  • The difference between pilates and other workouts for me is that you feel the benefits of pilates are more prominent in your daily life. It really targets your inner core rather than just your visual abs, and with that you have much better posture and correct form as you walk/run throughout the day and can make your other workouts more effective.

  • I think the only drawback for pilates or at least the version they showed here is that it is very equipment-dependent. I would much rather do something like cardio, strength, resistance training and HIIT, which require little paraphernalia apart from may be some dumbbells.

  • I used to do Pilates before I tried yoga and now I love yoga! I’ve heard good things about the reformer so perhaps I’ll try that next! Thanks for explaining this so well Gretchen! ♥️
