  • Basically been walking with Leslie for a couple of years now. Stopped last couple of months to do a new training regime with more body toning. Chlosterol now went up from 5.8 to 6.9! Now on chlosterol lowering pills and dumped the new training and back to Leslie to get up a good sweat! Missed you Leslie! xo

  • I know this place. looks like the first part was shot in the cath lab, Dr. Glazer has done more biopsies on me than I care to count and Ms. Margaret chased me out of the cath lab one time when i got really spooked.   • Yes, walking is great especially if you are out in the sun and not on a tread mill. Better if you have leather soled shoes! To be grounded to to pick up more electrons (negative charge). Best place on a sunlit beach with bare feet!
