I worked hard all day and was getting sleepy and uncomfortable in The Lazy Boy. The time went soooo fast, my energy is definitely up. Think I’ll have to sneak you back into my life. My cardiologist will see a new me in a year.

My 5 and 3 year old loves doing this every morning during this quarantine period. My 3 year old tells me in the morning he wants to exercise. It’s great for everyone and easy for kids as well. Thanks Leslie.
Basically been walking with Leslie for a couple of years now. Stopped last couple of months to do a new training regime with more body toning. Chlosterol now went up from 5.8 to 6.9! Now on chlosterol lowering pills and dumped the new training and back to Leslie to get up a good sweat! Missed you Leslie! xo

Yes, walking is great especially if you are out in the sun and not on a tread mill. Better if you have leather soled shoes! To be grounded to to pick up more electrons (negative charge). Best place on a sunlit beach with bare feet!
