Latest research on cardio says, 90% of ur cardio shouldn be in zone 2 which is aerobic phase, based on heart rate varies to individual. However talk test is the criteria for zone, u should walk or run so u can talk without much of gasping.

  • This is true what she says that you can burn 1000 calories but you have to take into consideration that everyone is different. If you have a few extra lbs or not use to exercising then just walking alone or doing anything is going to get your heart rate up over 70%. Someone with average body fat or lean like myself can’t even burn 300 calories with 30 mins of sprinting lol. The reason for this is the body’s metabolism. The fitter you are the harder you have to work to burn calories.

  • I walk more miles then that and don’t even burn that many calories… I walked a lil over 8 miles in a lil under 3 hours and only burned 840 calories… And the average is 100 calories a mile… I even walked 11 miles and didn’t burn what you did in your video… So I don’t get how you are burning that in less then what I do….   • I LOVE this workout!!! With gyms being closed, this has been my go to. I’ve tried so many other workouts but nothing gets me as sweaty as this one, I burn about 320-350 calories in 45 minutes! (I am 5’5, 155 pounds). I gained weight from not working out for a good 3 months, and have been doing this pretty consistently for the past month and a half, down 5 pounds!! WOOOO!     I made this workout schedule for me to complete in 2 weeks (14 days) so here it is:

    In the morning your going to want to start off right away (as soon as you wake up) with Gabriella Whited’s ab cardio workout which is 6 minuets.

    Then you go eat your breakfast, drink some water, rest and then you are going to do this video. 30 minuets of hip-hop tabata right before lunch.

    Then you have a few hours of free time do whatever you want.

    Around 1 hour before or after your dinner (I’d recommend before dinner) you are going to do one of Pamela Rief’s ab workouts.

    Then before you go to sleep you end your day with 200 crunches and you’re done ✅ ☺️

    I made this workout schedule because I can’t complete chloe tings 2 week shred because for some reason I give up after the 3rd day but since I made this one for me, there is no excuse for me not to complete it… plussssses it fits right into my schedule so yh��✨

    P.S don’t forget that eating unhealthy will tamper with your results✨����

    Oh and P.S P.S the most difficult workout to do is the hip hop tabata one so yh. Just don’t give yourself any excuses to not do it. After the 3rd day it’s easy so JUST DO IT��

    I had a paunch which was unseemly. Got on to intermittent fasting by having my dinner at 1845 hrs( 0645 PM).Started on 01 Jun 19.

    I used to have breakfast at 0740 before leaving for office. Roughly fasted for 13 hrs.

    Used to exercise by walking for 01 hr everyday either in the morning or evening.

    Today on 23 Jun 20, my weight is 63 kg. I have lost 09 kg over a year.
