    I have a herniated dics in my back, degenerative arthritis in 4 major joints in my back, in my right hip and knees from a major auto accident.

    Its to late for me.

  • I never commented but I did this workout in my house like 2 years ago and it was great. My only difference is that I didn’t use any weight but it was in the summer, I would also turn the heat on, and wear a hoodie and sweat pants.

    Instead of walking I would do all sprints. So every morning I would do this running the hallway from my bedroom to the kitchen and got in great shape/condition. I don’t think that I ever commented but I wanted to tell you thanks, know that you are appreciated, and you are truly helping people.
