I have a very busy lifestyle that requires a lot of plan B’s and a lot of flexibility. Coach Alexia opened my eyes to the fact that there are tools that you can have that when life gets crazy you can still make good choices.
The Love Yourself Healthy Plan helped me make changes that were for the better and seemed almost effortless in the long run because they were lifestyle changes rather than a program that I felt I had to be fixed to.
She also taught me not to get down on myself when you do kind of fall off the wagon for a day or two. That it’s okay, it’s normal, and you just pick right back up and a lot of times you don’t lose any groundwork at all and to just speak positive to yourself.
My lifestyle is busy, my job is busy, I have a newborn baby, I have a husband that is in and out with a crazy job, and we were all able to lose weight, feel better, and have more energy.
So if you ever even felt that you didn’t have time to make constant program, decisions, plans, that type of thing. This is not that way. I encourage you to give it a try and Alexia is extremely supportive and the groups that she runs are extremely low-key, they are not intimidating.
