All I could find is greek zucchini dips called tzatziki that some ppl made with non dairy yogurt. I might try that, but I want to try your dip 1st. Did you ever try it with roasting the zucchini?

  • I always use whole wheat tortilla since it’s a lot healthier than white tortilla. However, it is a little harder to eat since it tastes like you’re eating cardboard.:( Lol. Does whole grain taste any better?:)

  • Chick peas are totally fine. They cause gas initially due to the good fiber content, your body get used to this fiber and you will end up producing less gas.
