  • I’m making this now. Already did the slaw and it tastes incredible! I put the Greek yogurt through a muslin cloth so it is thicker and luxurious

  • I tried this recipe. It’s easy and fast. However there’s a lot of water from the cucumbers and it does not have a lot of energy. I was still very hungry after eating 2 of it.

  • Amy! Please join me and Beth Ruggiero Le Manach in DELICIOUS DISH on Facebook! Love to have you there! Thanks for the great videos!

  • I can’t wait to try this <3 I just randomly picked up zucchini today without any plan on what to do with it. I'm going to take this timely video as a sign that I should try this recipe! <3 <3 <3

  • i listened 5 times but still don’t get what spice he uses together with ˋsumakˆ?, the spice he used just before the ‘sumak’, which i don’t know either and not sure how you write it. thanks for helping…..and yes he is hot…. my wife confirmed

  • Yum! I LOVE hummus but I’m trying to stop eating the store bought kind because it always has a few ingredients I don’t want to be eating. I’ll definitely have to try this.

  • I look forward to making this. I love chickpea hummus, but I also love trying new recipes. I adore zucchini, so this is perfect for me. Lots of love <3 xoxo

  • Since the first time I did this chicken recipe, I’ve always cooked chicken the same. Juiciest chicken I’ve ever had(even restaurants fail at this), no question! Searing it beforehand and throwing it along with seasoning in the oven for a few minutes makes all the difference! Thanks Akis!

  • Made this today and it was delicious!! I added a little curry powder and substituted half an avacado for the olive oil (i didnt realize i was out of it) and it was an instant hit here… thanks so much for the recipe!!

  • I was looking to make something like this because I made roasted eggplant dips last month and thought why not try it with zucchini. All I could find is greek zucchini dips called tzatziki that some ppl made with non dairy yogurt. I might try that, but I want to try your dip 1st. Did you ever try it with roasting the zucchini?

  • I subbed when I was 12 omg Im 14 nao and I still watch ur videos!! even though I don’t cook much anymore. but I remember when your 4/5th video was your newest!

  • We’ve always cooked this at home with mom, I was checking on the internet if people know about this and found your video!! We call it: Mutabbal Koussa (Zucchini Caviar or Mutabbal Zucchini), it’s actually replacing Aubergine with Zucchini in the baba ghannouj.

!tip: in case you’re not vegan we sometimes add yogurt to it.

  • All these comments about how good looking or how hot he is… Women are outrageous they are shocking and men have the bad reputation… The longer I’m marriage to my wife the more and more I’m realising women are sexual preditors hornier than bulls man and slate men anychance they get.. Pfft..

  • I always use whole wheat tortilla since it’s a lot healthier than white tortilla. However, it is a little harder to eat since it tastes like you’re eating cardboard.:( Lol. Does whole grain taste any better?:)

  • Hi Olga! I have been following you for so much time and I love your channel! I just wanted to ask you, why don’t you improve the audio of your vids? I think it really doesn’t do justice to your editing and content, which are of really high quality! Thanks for sharing your ideas with us:*

  • Chick peas are totally fine. They cause gas initially due to the good fiber content, your body get used to this fiber and you will end up producing less gas.
