  • Just thought id point this out, you have the nutritional info on at the begginging and end of the video, both say before cheese and tortilla, and they are both different from the other…

  • Dude…Appreciate what your doing, but including one egg yolk in your scramble would be nutritious…cheese…not nutritious…all salt & oil, no?

  • can u be a vegan,, and have a decent  work out..  i’m a vegetarian.. wanting to start to go back, to the gym.. is there anything I need to do, to help me along the way. I love your video’s. and humor.

  • Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day-plus calories depends on how much an individual needs but for an avg. person about 2,000 a day (if you work out more, you’ll need more) which would be only a little over a quarter of the needed amount of calories. And it’s mostly protein.

  • That looks delish. I’m going to try this for my daughter who is allergic to eggs. I may add some cheese to make it more kid friendly.

  • If you’re still looking for a more eco friendly way to do this I’d highly suggest purchasing reusable silicone bags in a small but not too small size. It’s a bit of a cost upfront but will save you money in the long run. The ones that lock tight on their own and don’t require a plastic bar to close them are my favourite because they’re the most versatile. (I currently use Stasher brand ones because of their durability but they are expensive and with some research you can find more affordable ones online.)

Silicone ziplock bags offer better protection from freezer burn than foil. Unlike the foil, many brands of silicone bags can go right from freezer to microwave to boiling pot of water to oven to dishwasher, so your husband can heat them up in the bag if he doesn’t want to use/wash/throw away a plate at work he can just eat it right out of the wrapper. They’re better than plastic Tupperware, disposable plastic baggies, or foil as well because good brands don’t leak even when turned on the side or upside down, and if something goes bad in them by accident it doesn’t seem into the plastic and it can be left open and boiled or put through the dishwasher on high to sterilize. (You could even put it through a dry autoclave is you wanted but that’s just overkill.)

  • I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out so flavorful! I honestly don’t think i’ll mind eating them everyday for the next two weeks lol

  • I have been watching you guys for about a week now! who needs t.v. when i can watch such helpful dudes like you guys! All i want to do is workout and EAT! Also my hair is growing so all i need now is to be buff like you guys 😉

  • I just watched you for the first time! Loved it! You are calm, not wishy washy and you are to the point. Wish you had WW points, though.

  • Another great video just found your channel I’d love some vegan meal prep videos… my stepdaughter just went vegan and I have no idea what recipes to cook

  • Those sound great! My channel was stolen by scammers/hackers back in July, then they started uploading videos of ‘The View’ then YT terminated the channel. Just got it back yesterday. I’ll have to catch up on your videos Jordan.

I did make a new channel ‘Joe’s Firewood Videos II’ the day this channel was terminated and it’s been a huge success
