Combine dry ingredients together except the cranberries.Combine all the wet ingredients together. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until well incorporated. Lastly fold in the frozen or fresh cranberries. You could use other fresh or frozen fruit such as mixed berries or strawberries with no need to thaw. Procedure: Preheat the oven at 375F/190C for 15 minutes.
Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients and keep it aside. In a blender/food processor blend together the flax seed powder and water until its nice and frothy. Measure orange juice.
Cut all the oranges into eighths and remove seeds; puree in a blender or food processor If necessary, add enough water to puree to equal 2 cups. Stir oranges, eggs, oil, cereal and pecans into the dry ingredients. Blend only until mixed.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F. Weigh-off your whole orange cutting off pieces until you get to 200gms. Cut the orange into 4 and put it into the bowl of your food processor with 1 cup of sugar. Blend until smoothish.

Spoon batter into cups, filling almost full. Bake at 375º for 18-20 minutes or until muffins are lightly browned.
