8 cups baby spinach leaves (about 5 ounces) 1½ cups cooked quinoa* 2 cups finely chopped red cabbage 1 cup blueberries or pomegranate seeds (whichever is in season) ¼ cup chopped Brazil nuts 1 cup broccoli sprouts or sprouts.   • i increasingly get the feeling that you either not really know everything about the recipes you prepare or you just add those names for clickbait. first the “low calorie” mac and cheese packed with carbs and now a “vegan” salad which has honey in it (which as far as i know is not considered vegan. correct me if i’m wrong i am not vegan)

    i feel like you should maybe research the recipes a little bit more

  • this is a really nice salad recipe, it’s really balanced but also really easy to unbalance it and make it less carby, just don’t add the corn or the quinoa or could just use less of it.

  • Yum! I’ll be making this. Before I came to America I went on a green fast, broke it constantly but I did lose alot of weight while loving the healthy fresh taste.
