  • The other videos have those goddamn unreal satisfying textures. Obviously it’s not clickbait but idk if it’s their weird suck in blender or the fact that there’s never any liquid and just banana but just gotta say — I don’t have any bananas or mango right now Thanks for this video

  • Sooooo looking frwd to making this. I suggest to cut the portion in half and pair it with a beautiful fillet of butter broiled salmon. Nothing beats a meal of Hot seafood and Cold fruit. A tropical vacation on your palate.

  • Aah! I’m sure you got plenty of comments about it but thank you for the ideas for a banana free smoothie! I miss eating smoothies with my raw banana allergy. I’ll defo have to try frozen sweet potatoes

  • Will this be useful while trying to lose weight? If yes, how many times in a week should you eat this and when? (In the morning, afternoon or as dessert?)

Sorry for my questions I’m trying to live more healthy:)

  • This is seriously the best channel for healthy cooking! And I am not lying! Your videos are short, easy to understand, filmed beautifully and all your recipes are AMAZING

  • My way of 0:15

    2. 1 frozen banana
    3. 10 frozen blueberries
    4. 10 frozen black berries
    5. 1 table spoon Blue sprulina powder
    6. 1 table spoon Charcoal
    7. blueberry protein powder
    Toppings
    1. Freeze dried blueberries
    2. Fresh blueberries

  • Beautiful video my friend! And I think you know how much I love sweet potatoes in my frozen dessert, haha! I’ve been eating so much of my Chocolate Sweet Potato Ice cream…but I LOVE sweet potatoes and this just got me all excited because NO BANANAS! Omg, did I shout that?! yes, I did, lol!

  • Your smoothie bowl is too runny to make thick put cauliflower,I know it sounds weird, but it has no taste, and also dont put to much milk

  • The best smoothie bowl is just straight up frozen bananas and strawberries with coconut milk. It’s so good and then with coconut sugar on top and if you want soy or coconut based ice cream it’s what I live on.

  • This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I hate the taste of bananas in any smoothies, desserts, any kinds of cake… Everything always seems to require at least one banana and I’m like ‘ugh’. And these smoothie bowls are amazing!

  • You saved my life! I hate bananas but i love smoothies, but I hate the fact that every smoothie has bananas lol now I can prepare some at home

  • I really love smoothie but its difficult for me to find recipes without banana, p.s. I’m mildly allergic to bananas. This video is a life saver!

  • jeeeeeesus, what great ideas!!!!!!!!!!
You literally are the best with your clean and yet NOT BORING and innovative food ideas:)
Shefs and leading youtubers should learn from you

  • I’m very, Very, Late, but still,

Don’t you think a tablespoon of honey with the banana, strawberries, and milk would add more taste?

  • Great ideas! The smoothiebowls all look great!:) Especially the blueberry one I will definitely try your recipe! Thanks for the inspiration <3

  • it was very runny and i like my smoothie bowls to be thick, so i would suggest using less milk or adding an extra banana. Other than that it was very delicious and easy to make!:)

  • Why even bother put almond milk in if you’re going to put that greek yogurt with a “somatic cell count” commonly known as pus, with the national average hovering around 350 million pus cells per liter, cholesterol, animal hormones, saturated fat?

  • Compliments on both the creativity and the video. Well done. I’m starting to really like this channel. I’m going to stay for awhile.

  • hey how cool! you commented back to me about banana alternatives for the ice cream pops (because bananas make my stomach very unhappy) and now you made this video!! this probably has nothing to do with me, but I’m going to pretend it is to feel special 😉

  • I would recommend adding half a cup of milk or even a fourth of a cup it just makes it thicker which tastes a little better. Just a tip

  • I hate bananas so much, to me the smell, the taste, the texture of a banana is an abomination to me xD
So thanks for making this video!

  • Such a great video idea, every smoothie bowl always seems to contain frozen banana haha! That raspberry sweet potato is a great idea, making me hungry!

  • Thanks!! I have an allergic reaction to bananas (not deadly just not healthy for me) I know it sounds fake but it’s true, don’t come at me!! Anyway thanks a bunch!!

  • OMG, that video, Natalie! <3 Each one of these nana-free smoothie bowls looks soooo good. I want to have all 3 of them right now! Pretty please:)

  • I make breakfast for my dad every morning, and pancakes where getting boring so I made this only I replaced the milk with with yogurt turned out great

  • This is one of the best ones out there!! Thx for making this vid! Since I have an “allergy” for bananas why I say it lik that is because I’m not actually allergic but when I eat them I throw up so I was surprised to see no banana smoothie recipes

  • I would recommend using a little bit less milk than she does cause it looks a bit runny and also if you want it’s very healthy to add a handful of spinach and it will taste the same ☺☺

  • hey tasty!:)
I always see someone bitching around in the comments section, so
I just wanted to tell you that i really really enjoy your videos and that
they’re very addictive… Keep up the good work 😉

  • NATALIEEEEEEEEEE STOP THIS… your videos me permanently hungry ;-; <3. I ran out of bananas so this is wonderful! You're a wizard. I'm still wondering why you don't have more subscribers though... people are insane.

  • Unlike most ppl in the comments im just here because i ran out of bananas and fresh fruit in general so i have to use frozen till i go shopping

  • The thing is, this is literally the only things I use in a smoothie and every other video has these weird things, but yours is exactly what I do except you have exact measures

  • Amma try it RN
Edit: if yall wondering did it work? It didnt:(((( it tried the food colouring one btw but i dont blame them what so ever so i aint hating so ya

  • Why do people always go “mhmm” when eating on camera? I used to think it was a fat people thing. Clearly not. It’s weird af though:

  • usually they use a masher that is like only with vitamix and it’s the same price as the ninja but like better and i wish my parents got that instead of the ninja
