  • I love your recipes! It really inspires me to cook more healthy food. I have a question, what kind of olive oil are you using? EVOO or normal olive oil. I am hesistant to use olive oil in cooking now as i have read that it is not good once it exposed to high heat. I would like to thank you for replying each and every comment in your videos. Really appreciate your time and dedication. God bless you more as you are a blessing to many.

  • This looks great! I want to do this as a dinner dish for my mum and I. I am happy to use lettuce but i know she will want some kind of carb to go with it. I thought about pita bread, but many of the the flavours are south-east asian, so i don’t think it would work. What do you suggest?
    Thanks!!

  • These look so so good! I want to take you grocery shopping with me so I know where to find all the ingredients you use. Not just this recipe but others too. I want to eat healthier but part of the problem is knowing where to buy the ingredients. Are they just at health food stores? Or can I find some at Walmart? • I can imagine how much flavor this sauce adds! I may add some fresh greens and eat it in coconut wraps:) I have a weird question: how do you clean your cutting board? Mine is much smaller and it’s always a pain in the butt to clean, so, even though I’m really tempted to, I’m hesitant to get a large heavy one like yours. Also, can you please link your pepper grinder? I’m on the hunt for a good quality & aesthetically pleasing one!:)

  • I am no professional cook. But here is a tip my mom taught me, don’t add the onion after the chicken. you can sauté it for a minute or two and then add in the chicken. This helps release the flavor of the onion better.

  • I like to add a slight variation. Saute longer cut green onions and chopped water chestnuts with the chicken. Use peanut sauce instead of the hoisin, etc. Serve with separate garnishes of rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and sriracha.
