  • i do my oats on the stove with water and add a little bit of cocoa powder and frozen rasperries and topped with a piece of chocolate and some sliced banana

  • I mix honey, peanut butter, and raw oats together. It’s fantastic! Or if I’m cooking the oats, I quickly blop some peanut butter on top so it melts. Love in a bowl.

  • Try these overnight oats (my favvvv) it kind of tastes like pb&j! 1 cup of uncooked oats, 1 cup of almond milk, a big spoon of pb, 1 tbsp chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla flav drops and frozen blueberries. Leave in fridge overnight and enjoy with more pb on top (crunchy works the best):)

  • rolled oats, plant milk, cinnamon, blueberries, banana sliced bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, TRUST ME THE BANANAS BAKED ARE UNREAL THEY TASTE LIKE CARAMEL

  • Another Oat-Recipe: Mash an egg with a banana add oats and cook the mixture in a pan like you would do it for pancakes.. top it with yoghurt, peanutbutter, fresh berries, apple slices or whatever comes in your mind.. e voila: oatpancakes

  • my oats: cook oats, baby spinach, poached egg, ground cinnamon and top with hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded almonds, shredded coconuts, and raisins.

  • I think that, if by some weird chances we were to eat together, you’d be very disappointed in my eating habits (like everyone I know) because I eat perhaps a querter of what you eat (especially in the what type of foods department since I’m very pickey).

  • Lets be honest the whole salted oats thing is when people don’t have any rice in their house so their like “ohh I have some oats why not use that?”

  • Since I can remember I know that I’ve always been eating large amounts of food. When i was a kis no one said a thing, but now that I’m 18 and still have a huge stomach capacity and big appetite, people in my family and friends say things like “how can you possibly eat that much?” or “you’re obsessed with food…its like you have an eating disorder”. I am tall, thin and muscular and work out almost every day, but I began to notice that because people around me say things about my eating habits and appetie, I eat less and try to convince myself that I shouldn’t be eating as much food as I used to. But I’m completelyyyyy wrong. You sometimes can’t just listen to others’ opinion even if they genuinely care about You and your health..

  • I understand 100% guuurll I have the same problem? I mean metabolism at the beginning I feel weird like out of this planet:. but then I just enjoy my food and my metabolism! I already found ur channel and I can’t wait to watch all of them!! Kisses from Idaho!

  • Oats with water, almond milk, yoghurt, chocolate protein, banana and apple and PEANUT BUTTER obviously! and for crunch some nuts or granola

  • I made it once, it is delicious

For those who don’t like too sweet, need to reduce the amount of dates and brown sugar.

Because it gonna be sweet, very

You can store it in the fridge, and take 1 bar for your breakfast. Store it well, so you can eat it whenever you want.

  • Strawberry or raspberry with matcha, white choc, macadamias and pistachios or cinnamon, chai, white choc salted caramel with crunchy pb and banana

  • Cinnamon coconut and apple Stovetop oats: add oats with water, milk and a pinch of salt. Then add cinnamon and lots of dessicated coconut, then liquid sweetener. Then add chopped dates. Then at the end too with chopped apple and more milk.:)

  • prep your carrot cake oats the day before and put it in the oven or airfryer the next day! with apple slices on top and a coating of coconut sugar (and/or shredded coconut). after baking top it with peanutbutter! you can also mix in some baking soda before baking

  • OMG I’m the same with the bowl of oats in the morning. I see and hear people saying that a bowl of oatmeal keeps them full for hours and I’m there after one hour being hungry again

  • Cut up an apple into 1/2 inch-ish pieces, throw them in a pan with a little bit of water (about enough that all of the apples are sitting in it, but not submerged.) Add TONS of cinnamon, a dash of vanilla extract. You can also add maple syrup to sweeten, if you need. Cover, and let simmer on medium heat until the apples are softer, but not tooo soft lol. Make oats and add desired protein powder (I like MyProtein’s Pumpkin Pie!) Pour the apple concoction (apples and juice) into your pre-made oats. Top with walnuts and microwaved almond butter. It definitely has a Fall, cozy vibe:)

  • Hi Stephanie!! Love your videos and the joy you get from eating and sharing your foodie journey. I don’t know how you feel about sharing more on the fitness side of things. • Does drinking monsters good or bad on daily basis. Since, I observed you holding a 4-pack . Generally i will have a 16oz everday. Just want to know.

  • How I eat my oats:
I put oats in yoghurt the night before and separately of the oats in a glass I put chia seeds in water (you need to stir them and after 15 minutes you stir them again). I put the oats and chia seeds in the fridge and in the morning I pour the chia seeds in the oats. I put all kind of dried fruits, like dates, raisins, cranberries, figs, apricots and plums and then I enjoy. This is my oats recipe, I love it, hope you try it and tell me your thoughts.

  • I mash a banana, add in a spoon of peanut butter, and black chocolate chips. I sprinkle some chia seeds too. Then I add this mixture to my oats and sprinkle it with some cinnamon, banana and chocolate chips.

  • if oatmeal doesn’t fill you up then eat i don’t know 3 eggs with some bacon.for some reason you do eat a lot of sugar there a lot of sugar in the fruit you are eating and in the snacks you eat no wonder your hungry all the time, fruit doesn’t make you healthy sorry doesn’t make your body look better or move better. its all empty calories um i could be wrong about this did you a keto video while back i could be wrong about that and you did for a week. i think you need to eat just little bit more fat that’s all to feel full longer. you don’t want to gain weight who gives a crap if you do gain 10 pounds. and you say this or that doesn’t mean you will actually do it your afraid of getting fatter or eating more fat.

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP SHOWING YOUR TRUTH. PEOPLE WHO COMMENT THAT HATE ARE INSECURE AND I absolutely cannot comprehend what the fuck they are doing judging. • YOU NEED TO TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!
my all time fav oats are overnight oats 40gr oats, 150g curd, 100ml water/milk, 100g grated apple, 10g chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are best for this oat), 10g honey/sirup, raisins
then I put almond butter on it in the morning

  • Pls make a part 2‍♀️✅ and try MY RECIPE! It’s SO good and tastes like Christmas (at least in Denmark)

  • i wish i could eat food and train hard and not gain so much weight As much as I envy your freedom to eat all that food you enjoy, I’m sure it’s tough to have to eat as much as you do to be satisfied I’m sure I’d be broke

  • SO. Peanut butter….do we count it?!…

Much love always and I wish you all the bestestest weekend! xoxoxo

  • When I heard of egg white in oats I felt it was so weird that I had to try and now it is a go to. Whip up the egg whites (2-3) while the oats are cooking, preferably on the stove but microwave works. I always add salt and sometimes chia seeds. Whisk the whites in to the hot oats until combined. Top with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and unsweetened yoghurt or greek yoghurt. I live in Sweden and love love love sour milk on top but the yoghurt will do as well. If I want some sweet oats I go for almond butter and cardamom with a hint of bitter almond (like a smidge and I always add salt as well). Top it off with vanilla yoghurt and chopped almonds for crunch. It is the oats version of a pastry called “semla” with almond paste and whipped cream in a sweet cardamom bun.
Loved the video, will definitely try the carrot cake!

  • She can eat that stuff because her metabolism hadn’t slowed down due to age and giving birth you can’t eat junk when your a mother and over the age of 35. If she was she would be packing on the pounds.

  • I love savory oats:) it is just using oatmeal as another grain like quinoa, rice, couscous etc! My base for savory oats is usually butter or ghee, salt and pepper, garlic, chia and flax seeds, red pepper flakes. Then i had something like goat cheese or parm. Meat and or veggies and usually spinach or arugula; pistachios, almonds, cashews are nice too for crunch!

  • Wanna see your normal full day of eating and trainingAnd, I truly love your honesty and openness to us!!!!! You are damn right! Everybody is different and we should not link our lives with anybody else!!!!! Oh god, love you and your videoes so much!!! Like your ear pins as well!!!

    100ml of milk
    1 ripe banana
Combine the milk and water in a pot; add the banana and mash it. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl aand put them in the pot. Stir and cook the oatmeal over medium heat until thick. Pour in a bowl and serve hot with toppings (I like shredded coconut). Enjoy!

  • I don’t understand comments that you read in a video. I think it’s obvious that you eat the way you feel comfortable. You don’t eat only to entertain us. I don’t think it’s necessary to explain yourself everytime. Girl you are amazing, you are so true and all I can see looking at you is your true and pure love to food:) Keep it going:):):)

  • Oats cooked on the stove. Mix in vanilla protein powder if you want, or powdered peanut butter. Stir in an epic amount of creamy peanut butter. Drizzle with honey. Top with sea salt, sliced banana, and crumbled up bacon. (You can leave the banana and bacon out, the PB, honey, and salt is key).

Weird, but i ran out of peanut butter one day to make pbj oats so i used the powdered peanut powder concept to mix roasted soybean flour/powder with water to make soybean butter. It was UNREAL. Tasted like injeolmi if you know what it is.

  • Girl I wish I had your confidence, not being fearful of carbs and just living my best life. But your positive attitude is contagious and I’m going to make the best of the life God has blessed us all with

  • Stumbled upon your channel and found the way you eat so relatable. I need a lot of food to feel satisfied as well and do go for junk food for pleasure during the week. But people don’t usually believe that I’m eating that and assume that I’m on a hard core diet to maintain my physique. It gets tiring to explain and try to prove that that’s not my lifestyle.

  • I Love food but i cant eat bc i get dat Really fast i eat 1 peace od choclate and boom im fat LIKE thats so unfair! GOD GAS FAVS

  • The question iss….
Are we team savoury for brunch or sweet???!!.. or both……

PS. A new video is on the way which I reallyyyyyy think you guys are going to enjoy!!! LOTS OF LOVE, STAY NUTTY ALL XOXOXO

  • Never thought about it but using salted oats instead of rice as a side dish to your meal is actually quite smart. I should try that out.

  • you are such a lovely soul and you are truly an inspiration to me. you are simply lucky to be able to eat a good amount, ad not worry about weight! it’s no big deal so i don’t understand why anyone else would be the least bit disgruntled. as you point out, we’re all different! it’s like saying i want to be an orange if i’m an apple lol! i just love your healthy relationship with food and your videos immensely help ME with ANY food guilt i have. sending you lots of love!

  • Just wanted to let you know that I found you this past week, and during this quarentine I have been binge watching your videos every day hahaha! Love your vibe and energy!

  • I just think the hate comes from the fact that people watch what I eat in a day video’s of people with a physique they want to achieve. And they probably get disappointed when watching you because you look better even though you eat heaps and heaps more. I totally understand how it might frustrate people, but throwing hate obviously is never okay. But to be honest I also feel quite jealous you can eat this and look like you do because I wish I wouldn’t have to restrict

  • You’re so real <333 sometimes I eat breakfast too and I just am still hungry, but it makes up for it later on a day, or a week. I’ll be less hungry in the evening etc. You are the healthiest of the health fitspos!!! Love u keep it up<333

  • it’s ridiculous that you always have to defend/explain your eating habits. I hope people will stop coming after you for that. so thanks for sharing your “what I eat in a day” anyways! that being said, I would LOVE to know what your basal metabolic rate is (just curious). any way you can have that get measured?

  • I want you to do a part 2, but I am lazy and buy the preflavored quaker oats packages. They are awesome and fast. I am must tell the truth though. I am Southern and we like our grits much better. Lol great video.

  • My sister in law wears a size 4 and eats like 10 Marines. Her metabolism is crazy high. She has a burger and fries as a snack….so jealous

  • So sad, I wanted to use your myprotein code to purchase some stuff online but it didn’t work… maybe because I‘m from Germany. Do you know that that could be an issue?

  • One of my go to are earl grey white chocolate oats (i boil some earl grey tea in milk with any choice of sweetener, steep the tea bag, then add the milk to dry oats and heat them up, top it off with white chocolate protein spread and some blueberries).

  • Don’t ever let those comments get to you. You are amazing and (I don’t know how to explain it but…) it’s like you are surrounded by a super shiny aura. You are pure joy!
Btw, I wish I could eat the same amount of food and not gain a single kilo, so I’m happy for you

  • If she starved herself she would just be skinny….. she isn’t isn’t she.
It’s obvious she eats that much but has insanely fast metabolism. As though not skinny she’s not very bulky either, which should be the case with her workout and meal plan.

  • Over the last year and half I have gone from 380lbs to 260lbs. And everytime I have a sweet tooth I feel absolutely shit that I have ruined my progress. So today, iv had 3 mini cookies, a chocolate Icecream lolly a bag of crisps and a tunnocks tea cake. I’m still under my calories, but I feel like iv still ruined everything because of the type of food

  • Just be honest and let people know that you take dinitrofenol, a deadly medicine that burns your fat no matter what you eat, and slowly kills your body.

    Scottish oats needed
Normal portion of oats then add half oat milk then half boiling water to pan. With pint of salt cook till gloopy consistency and put in bowl
TOPPINGS add banana , strawberries blueberries and a sweetener of your choice. Top all off with innocence hazelnut vegan milk. And enjoy.

  • I loove to make mango/coconut oats in the summer! Base of oats, cinnamon and agave. Topped with fresh mango, coconut flakes, chopped hazelnuts and lot of coconut yoghurt. Cook the oats super thick, I like to use rolled oats for this one, but not a must. Love this video concept! Feel like we can always use some oat inspiration!<3

  • Thankyou for showing what you realistically eat! I eat similarly to you, a huge bowl of oats WILL NOT keep me full for more than like 30 minutes… so frustrating watching people on youtube eat like a quarter cup of oats and nothing else until 2pm… absolutely cannot relate. Thankyou for showing that girls can eat as much as they need and still be healthy and fit!

  • Mmmmmmm… your date oatmeal squares taste so good. That taste sweet and crunchy date oatmeal squares. Great recipe. See u next time.

  • I love how realistic you are with you eat, you don’t restrict in any way and I always feel like I eat slot of snacks when I see what I eat in a days where they eat breakfast lunch and dinner and that’s it,like I am hungry like an hour after breakfast and always eat dessert then more snacks before bed, I just have a big appetite lol

  • My favorite oatmeal recipe: 38g rolled oats (1dl) 1 tsp cinnamon, 1-1.5 tbsp cocoa powder (10-15g), 150ml milk of choice, 1 dL water (sweetener if you want) cook until creamy and then top with peanut butter, strawberries, a dollop skyr (160g, low fat Greek youghurt works as well) and roughly chopped nuts… (maybe even chocolate chips???) tastes like a warm creamy brownie batter with PB!!!. Edit: also if you want it to be fluffier, just whisk and egg white into the oats while cooking…. so fluuuuufffyyy

  • Everyone’s metabolisms are different. As you say, we are all unique and what works for one person may not work for another. So comparison is rendered once again, as a daft idea. Mattdoesfitness has an insane metabolism too. And I don’t see why it’s questioned. Your channel started as a celebration of food and it really is mixed in with vlogs, humour style, fitness, challenges. Love it. thanks for all the content… happy Sunday xx

  • I am feeling bad because today my hunger seems to be insatiable. And I keep telling myself I shouldn’t keep eating because I can only eat a certain amount of calories a day. Still learning to listen to my body…

  • Hi! I’ve been watching you for a while now and I agree that you should definitely do what works best for your body. I’m just very curious: if you eat like this everyday, how do you stay healthy? I get that bc of genetics you don’t gain weight but what about your blood pressure and other problems that could come up because of your consumption of sugar, fats etc? Love your videos!!

  • YOU GUYS ARE QUICKKKKKKKKKKK!! Hope you guys enjoy this!!! IF YOU WANT A PART 2… comment your recipes!!!!
AND… what other recipes of yours shall I try out for one week!?!?!

  • Just wanted to say..I felt sad and angry to find out that people still comment about how you eat food and your diet..it has nothing to do with THEM! Their bodies are different I could eat the same amount as you and feel completely different, it’s how our genetics are made up and it’s how our bodies are meant to be. Eat however much you want, don’t compare yourself and stop worrying about what other people are doing. Hearing that for the umpteenth time and people still NOT GETTING IT is getting on my nerves..stay nutty always Steph!

  • What I eat almost everyday:
cook oats with half water, half soy milk, tablespoon of cinnamon, chia seeds, pinch of salt and tiny cup of rum, top it off with banana, walnuts or almonds and a bit of cinnamon
It is basic but super delicious

  • What camera do you use? And I always make my oats on the stove:
    1/2 cup oats
    handful of raisins
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tbsp chiaseeds
    3/4 banana cut in pieces
    1 cup soymilk
    1 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla essence
➡️ Stir and cook on low heat untill desired consistency. When it’s done, I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder (stir wel). And then top it with more cinnamon, a big blob of peanut butter, the rest of the banana and some dark coconut syrup. Absolutely amazing Please try!

  • You are promoting to eat as much as people want and can still be shredded
Which we all know it’s not true, you have to stop! You have some sort of secret diet you do when you’re behind the camera but people sometimes don’t realize and start eating like what you’re promoting

  • i feel you girl. all my money goes to food with the amount i eat haha
I’ve found eating a few bigger meals that are nutrient rich (lots of greens and fruits) helps satiate my hunger because I’m getting all of the vitamins and minerals from whole foods rather than snacking all day

  • She cuts at the swallow points and speeds up the eating parts. Obviously, she does not eat all that food, and if she does, she purges. She probably chews it up and spits it. This is not real, guys!

  • seeing you snack makes me feel so much less guilty. I always find myself watching videos of girls who have a bowl of oatmeal, some avocado toast, and a salad and it makes me feel bad. You have such a healthy relationship with food that makes me see that being fit doesn’t mean only eating healthy, and never having snacks or doughnuts or ice cream. Thank you, you are my role. model

  • Its weird how i enjoy watching you eat ahaha. the sad part is that you have to explain yourself a billion times when it comes to haters and their comments! love your videos tho<33

  • Not sure if its considred an oat recipy but add some oats an egg, half a banana and a bit of cinnamon mush it up an bake it like a pancake, its so wonderful <3

  • I never cook my oats. I hate the smell of warm milk, I can go for plant milk or water instead, but nah… the consistency is nasty for me XD I always top it with random fruits, nuts, seeds, some spices like cinnamon sometimes. And I have joghurt or other fermented milk products on the side, I add it to my oats as I eat so they won’t soak and get too soggy and they’re not too dry as well. I like them crunchy
Just rolled oats of course, quick/instant oats are a no-no.

  • Favorite breakfast oatmeal: oats with peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, slivered almonds, & shredded coconut, topped with a little bit of syrup!!! It’s a must try you’ll be in love

  • I now alternate between:
Oats with cinnamon and carrot. Half a mashed banana mixed into the oats to make them a bit sweeter. I use the other half of the banana as a topping, together with (pea)nut butter or nuts/trail mix and a square of dark chocolate.
Oats with lemon aroma and ginger. Again the same banana situation and I like to top it with nuts/trial mix.

In both I always used 2/3 of a scoop of flavourless protein powder. Sometimes add flax/chia seeds. I some days feel more like soy milk, most days I just use water. I do like my oats to be a bit soop-y. Hate those really thick oats.

  • 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup favorite flavored yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, peanut butter and sliced banana -overnight oats add maple syrup, honey or agave to sweeten

  • Instant oat 1 scoop, 1 cup of rolled oats, peanut butter 1 table spoon, add late if needed, chocolate chips, pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon bicarb of soda, 2 table spoons of maple syrup or agave. Mix with a fork, with a spoon put the mixture on a baking tray to form biscuits I t has to be soft but not liquid. Bake for 15 minutes to 20 according to your oven and enjoy still warm with some extra peanut butter

  • I have oats with vanilla protein powder, topped with vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries and peanut butter and it tastes like strawberry shortcake yumm

  • On the stove: oats, mashed banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk.

Top with: fresh mango, sprinkle of chia seeds, pecans and drizzle of almond butter.

    Heaven

  • I think people hate because this is not relatable or achievable for like 90% of females. Because they can’t eat what they want and maintain this physic, there has to be a catch! A lot of Youtubers have boycotted ‘what I eat in a day’ videos because they can’t be bothered with the backlash and don’t want to influence their followers food choices. I don’t understand why people can’t just watch the video and appreciate it for what it is… just a video.

  • My favorite oatmeal is overnight oats in an almost empty peanut butter jar with almond milk, frozen banana, stevia, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and cinnamon

  • You’re the absolute best Stephanie!! All the food looks INSANE And it’s so hard to pick a sweet or savory brunch I need both LOL!

  • i have the opposit issue, i can eat small things and be to full fast, but then through out the day i was instantly get hungry to the point of feeling faint. my breakfast on average is 2 boiled eggs, couple slices ham and a banana and im bloated after that for hours. then my lunch is rather small salad with fish which makes me full and usually chicken or fish with broccoli and a little rice and dessert is an apple and 2 cubes of 85% dark chocolate. and i always think ive over ate because im full from my food, yet my husband says im under eating. your right, its different for everyone.

  • 1 cup oats, pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract cook in micro then on top add white choco chips rainbow sprinkles,1 banana, blueberries, apple

  • wait, i live in Vermont (usa) and we always have oats with maple syrup so i assumed that was what everyone did…is that just a Vermont thing?

  • I will Not add sugar to the oat mix and use 2 cups rolled and 1 cup oat ( blended in mixer to fine powder ) instead. Also only used 3/4 of stick of butter instead of 1.5 stick of butter in the recipe

  • Just made these for my family in time for iftar (breaking of the fast during Ramadan), everyone loved it! Thank you for the recipe!

  • One of my absolute favourite savoury recipe, could not possibly go wrong
Oats season with garlic powder, salt and black pepper
    2 soft boiled/poached eggs
sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes and some chopped avocado

Pls try this out and let me know what you think it’s freaking dope

  • I hope everyone understands that these carbs and sugars she’s eating are loaded with fat. When one eats a low fat diet, sugars and carbs are not a problem for insulin response etc.

  • It’s gonna sound insane BUT, I absolutely love oats with just cold water. Add water to the outs till the texture becomes kinda like purée, and then eat it. No sweets, no fruits, not cooked. Just outs and water… I stopped eating any kind of oats combos when I started doing this

  • I’m so happy that i’ve seen this video. Because I felt so akward eating that much for a girl and you are exactly like me and just eat! That makes me so happy to see, seeing you spooning Pb while spooning pb by myself!!! Thank you so much, keep on going with that! lots of love for you!!!

  • These cookies look so easy and so delish! I love oatmeal cookies and I love dates, so this would be a great recipe to try! Thanks for sharing!

  • Can you tell me the secret how you get such good abs?! I live your lean physic and I’m so happy that I’m not the only one who has to eat that mush to maintain a healthy weight

  • I loooove how you enjoy eating. Just eating everything you want everyday. Just not like other sportis….this is why you are my fav. Sry for broken english. I‘m from Germany hehe.☀️☀️

  • stovetop oats: steel cut oats, chia seed, flax seed, hemp seed, protein powder, salt, soy milk, cinnamon, top with frozen berries and peanut butter

  • My “what I eat in a day video” would literally be 2 minutes long because I eat hardly anything. And it’s so bad. I punish myself every damn day. Seeing this reminded me that food is not a scary thing. I need to get my shit together but f!?-:ck yes! You keep doing you ♥️

  • PART 2 please!!! i love oats with nutella strawberries and maple syrup! i also used to love baked oats which was 40g oats, half a mashed banana, a bit of almond milk, some baking powder with choc chips in a ramiken into the oven until crispy and top with cadbury freddie

  • I love Nick D. and Magic Mikey. You should do a collaboration with them. Your channel is great also I love your positive attitude.

  • If you came to this video healthy, you are leaving with a “virtual” diagnosis of diabetes # 2.:D (Glad she gave a disclaimer, but still, there is a concern many viewers will get the wrong idea and thing because she is fit, they too can eat sweets etc… )
