  • A great dish, delicious, but I don’t know if it is best eaten with chop-sticks because the chop-sticks didn’t pick up the pine kernels and the pine kernels also didn’t stick to the meat either and the pine kernels are a really important part of this dish. Top marks and really easy to make.

  • Happy Valentine’s Day, Cassandre! This meal looks absolutely delicious, simple to make, and so elegant! I love kale and with the pairing of that chicken makes it look so yummy! What a wonderful dish to make for any special occasion! ^_^

  • Hi Tom,good to see you alive once again. We went to budapest to see friends and family of course,we were invited to a Burns charity ball with a long standing Scottish friend of my who’s married to a girl who is both Hungarian and Jewish, yes a great night was had by all the great and good of budapest business community, slot of old faces who we knew and a few missing faces who had left budapest and move their business to Israel, I had heard that slot of Israelis who had invested in budapest were thinking of getting out of Hungary, but that was talk amongst a lot of the Jewish community at synagogue . Now one often heard talk but one often treats it as talk or gossip most of the time, but I did talk to some influential Jewish investors at synagogue in budapest last time I was attending and it was serious business talk about leaving Hungary due to The Oban Reno fascist government and it’s treatment of the Jews in Hungarian along with his ever closer relationship with Mr Putin,an gentle man that your president appears to be fond of…. so the upshot is yes the Jewish investors are moving to less anti Semitic places on Europe, which is very sad especially for me as I had been promoting budapest since 1987 after my first visit to see family in Hungary. But that life, if it doesn’t feel a good place to invest to Jewish investors then,so be it!
Well Tom it’s good to see you looking well and appearing to enjoying yourself.. I have to say I thought you were going to Oz? Obviously you didn’t,do what happened? We that the girlfriend and I are only here for the weekend and time is short as we’re back in Dublin on Monday to do business as the Uk is exiting the EU in the next few days, but let’s say that there’s a lot of negotiations to be yet done under normal circumstances and trustworthy uk politics I would anticipate that taking some time but,as I personally don’t trust Mr Johnson, because he’ is a proven liar,a philanderer who doesn’t know how many children he has,and is a Neo racist or yes he speak Latin, which is not a big deal as my public taught us Latin and Greek, but not really much use to anyone unless the people you are addressing actually understand Latin otherwise,it’s about as useful a a spare dick at a whose party. The man who likes say Winston Churchill is a hero of his..fails to understand that Churchill wasn’t economic with the truth with his public and took responsibility for his mistakes, concepts utterly alien to. Boris Johnson! So you no doubt see that my contempt for Neo Fascist is not directed just towards Mr Trump
Right old boy,you keep smiling and maybe you can drop us a line to let us know when your next back in budapest and maybe what your next destination is likely to be. So please take care,as it’s a dangerous world out there! take it one day at a time and love each day as through it was your last. Szia David and Gabrielle

  • You can tell that recipe turned out fabulous. Great job! Soon you can make it again for Michelle! The leftovers might also be great as a cold salad for lunch.

  • I like your Tom TV shirt your friend gave you. That was a kind thing to do. It looks good with your hat. Makes me smile, Tom. Food looks good to me.
