I first tasted a salad with strawberries and olive oil at my friend Deborah Krasner’s house in Vermont. My daughter is next to me while I watch, and she keeps commenting how precious your daughter sounds.
Also, I cut queso fresco into cubes and toss it into butter chicken as it comes off the heat. It’s better, the firmer it is.
