1 cup Silk UNSWEET CASHEWMILK. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. 1 tsp almond butter. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

1-5 tsp honey, agave or sugar, if desired. Silky Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients. 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) fresh strawberries; 1/2 medium banana, sliced; 1/2 cup (about 4 ounces) soft tofu; 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt; 1 teaspoon honey; 1 cup ice; 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (optional) Directions. Add all ingredients to a blender, and process until smooth.

Tofu adds creaminess and protein while fresh fruit and honey add the perfect amount of sweetness. Blend up a cup to serve to your sweetheart!Blend until a thick smoothie consistency forms.

If you use fresh berries rather than frozen, the smoothie will not be very cold unless you add ice, which will water it down. Use frozen berries if possible, or toss fresh berries into the freezer for even an hour before making this for better results. This smoothie is 100% vegan and the tofu adds an amazing silky texture. Original recipe makes 2 servings. Ingredients.

1 cup fresh strawberries 1 banana, sliced 1 cup ice 1/2 cup silken tofu. INGREDIENTS. 4. tablespoons flax seed oil. 1. cup fresh strawberries (or frozen when out of season) 1. cup pineapple-orange-banana juice. 1. cup plain yogurt or 1 cup vanilla yogurt.

Combine cooled strawberries, frozen cashew milk ice cubes, lemon juice, and ½ cup of coconut water from the can in the blender, and puree until smooth. Add more coconut water to thin the smoothie until desired consistency is reached. Pour smoothie into a glass and top with a spoonful of coconut whipped cream.
