  • How come you use Avocado Oil in so much cooking. A lot of other chefs use Olive Oil it seems. So is it taste? Smoking or Flash point? Viscosity? I’m just curious.

    5 minced garlic cloves
    4 whole onions
    32 oz. chicken stock

flat-side down in pan, letting bottom side slightly cook.

  • The best thing about being part of the film crew for Gordon Ramsay’s videos is that you get to eat the incredible world-class food that you film him making.

  • My husband makes me delete all of his text messages and email, like a psychopath, lol. I haven’t deleted either in the last decade or so.

  • I love this channel, out of the dozens of channels I watch, this is the only one I hit the bell! Checking out the web for the a t shirt

  • Traditional cooking methods always beat gadgets and gimmicks and you don’t have to find storage/ counter space for them. The sandwich looked amazing and I love cabbage, it is way underused! I loved the ending!!!

  • I came originally from “The South” in the US where BBQ is a religion… not the process of using a grill, but slow cooked, smokey flavors such as this. A good pulled pork sandwich is a thing of beauty.:)

Totally love that you are making it down in Oz! Someone asked what types of meat you can use besides pork…. you can BBQ just about anything! Pulled chicken, turkey (wee bit drier in texture), beef, buffalo, alligator, etc. If it crawls.. you can smoke it and slather sauce on it.:)

  • Sam I’ve been hoooked on your channel for a while! I like your attitude, and your cooking techniques! But I was totally turned off when I saw that you dropped your knife on the floor that you were using for the pork and didn’t bother washing it and went right back to cutting the pork!!! That’s disgusting!! I couldn’t believe you did that!! Only a pig does something like that!! Nice work ethic Sam!!

  • LoL, love this video Tia!
And as a friend used to tell me
    “Buttern’ Dem bisquits”
LoL, IDK if you ever heard that song before.
Also Happy 4th to you and your family.

  • Yum, I could just eat this right now! I’ll be trying this soon. I think they would be delicious topped with some homemade coleslaw too:-)

  • I would add a bit of extra fat to it if you’re using chicken or you’re going to have very dry meat:) vegetable shortening will do nicely.

  • I don’t eat pork but these sliders look delicious thanks for sharing Tia you’re an amazing cook anyone would be happy to sit at your table.

  • Daytona is arguably the most boring motorsport OF ALL TIME.
Fucking yank bullshit, compare the unbelievable skill of a rally driver against that circular twoddle?!!

  • Love the Kahlua Pork..Maybe you could spell it correctly next time you make it. Now how about homemade pretzels….I do them!! I would love to cook with you for a day.

  • He could have, but ideally you’d have to clean the oil out afterwards before you put the cider in, as I’d imagine the mixture wouldn’t be homogeneous and would be a bit yucky. If that was the case, it effectively wouldn’t be one pot(as you’d have to clean it).

  • My wife and her family ALWAYS cut from any cut of meat ALL of the fat. I keep telling them that leaving some of the fat adds to the flavor. They don’t listen.:(

  • This comment is late, but did you check your sealing ring? Mine won’t come up to pressure unless the ring is perfectly in place. I’m guessing this is the issue

  • I like how Sam just reaches in the hot cooker and checks the meat my scared ass would’ve used tongs and never touched it with my hands after seasoning ever again

  • U live in Southern CA Samson? Will u Samson Birria Megataco for me? Would love to see you do consume over your asadero coals and then make the sloppy tacos on your amazing outdoor plancha
