Dice the chicken or cut it into strips. Put the chicken pieces in the slow cooker along with the onion, bell pepper, garlic, drained and rinsed beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Slow-Cooker White Chicken Chili What defines a “white chicken chili” is a rabbit hole that I’m not sure we want to go down when dinner is waiting. Personally, my aim is a hearty chicken stew with big white beans, Southwest spices like cumin and coriander, and a few cans of fire-roasted green chilis. Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomato, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker and mix well. Nestle the chicken in to completely cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred.

Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. This Slow Cooker Chicken Chili really is as easy as 1 2 3. All you have to do is place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, set it and forget it! I think I love my slow cooker!

I know I love my slow cooker! I don’t understand why I haven’t used one until recently. Not to worry.

I. Directions Add broth, beans, chicken, green chiles, onion, garlic, jalapeño, oregano, and cumin to the bowl of your slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper and.

Add the chopped green chiles, cumin, onion powder, oregano and cayenne and stir until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a 5to 8-quart slow cooker.
