  • Quick tip for those who like thick smoothies: Freeze the fruit. That way you don’t need the ice, leaving room for more fruit. This will mean more calories but it will also mean more flavor and more nutrients.

  • All I could think the whole time is hurry the fuck up. It’s like looking up a recipe and reading a mommy blog before you can get to the thing you actually want to see. Will avoid in the future.

  • 1.take out frozen fruit from freezer
    2. Put it in blender
    3.pour some lemon or lime juice inside blender
    4.cut up a piece of ginger and put it in blender
    5. Then add some passion fruit in blender (optional)
    6. Add some water
    7. Add some cranberry
    And u got ur frozen fruit smoothie��

  • Nice video. I’m not big on milk products, so the yogurt would have to go. I’m going to try Almond Milk. Hopefully it comes out as good as yours looked. But I guess that’s the best part about cooking. Finding substitutes for things you don’t like or have.

  • Using oat milk or soya milk would be MUCH better. Dairy milk is extremely bad for us and actually can be dangerous to our health, not many people realise this. Also, watch this video to see why we shouldn’t have dairy:

  • So I just read some of the comments and I see how rude everybody is. They are so judgemental and want a shorter video.. they can go find a shorter video then because I like this style.   • I just made this but I added some pourable strawberry banana yogurt and a splash of half and half and some orange mango juice. It is delicious!

    In case you’re interested, here’s another one I’ve been drinking daily (Most notable flavor is definitely the cinnamon)

    4 Large Strawberries
    1/2 Cup 35% Whipping Cream OR 1/2 Cup Almond Milk (I use SILK Almond/Coconut blend, unsweetened)
    2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Want it cheap? Look for a Jamaican grocery store)
    1 Tbsp Flax Seed
    1 Tbsp Chia Seed (optional)
    1 Tbsp Hemp Seed (optional)
    1/4 Spinach (Fresh or Frozen)
    3-4 Ice Cubes
    1/2 Cup Cold Water
    1-2 Scoops Whey Protein Isolate
    1-2 Tsp. Cinnamon

    Fits perfectly into a Ninja single serve blender cup.

  • For all the people complaining about the time it’s what he does and how he makes money but here’s a simplified version of what it is get frozen fruit put some water and cranberry juice a slice of lime ginger and passion fruit. That’s it enjoy!

  • In the beginning you include the disclaimer that you are ” not a nutritionist ” which is correct. You then go on to disregard this by spouting a whole load of nonsense relating to nutrition and weight loss.
    ” Coconut oil are healthy fats which are used by your body instead of being stored as fat ” ANY calorie (energy source ) can end up being stored in the body as fat. If you are eating coconut oil while in a calorie surplus it will be stored as fat. That is basic thermodynamics, and discredits your statement that coconut oil will not be stored as fat it can be. You can have a bar of chocolate or a cheeseburger and it can be used for energy OR stored as fat, same goes for any food. It is your overall calorie intake that will dictate whether food is used or stored.
    “Cinnamon targets abdominal fat” wrong on every level. Spot reduction or targeting particular ares of the body when trying to reduce fat is not possible. “Stubborn ” fat is the areas that your body will cling onto fat for the longest, and they are normally the lower back and abdominal area these areas are normally the last places that excess fat will remain once you have lost alot of weight. To lose weight in these areas you will need to have lost fat from everywhere else first. You can lose weight eating any foods as long as you are in a calorie defecit for a prolonged period.

    Calories in vs calories out it’s the one rule of weight loss/gain. Eat less that you expend and your body will burn fat. Eat more than you expend and your body will store fat. Nothing complicated about it. Simple thermodynamics. Anyone wanting to lose weight should just remember this and eat the foods they desire as long as they are creating an overall calorie deficit. Look up the “Twinkie diet” if you want a good example of why a calorie is a calorie it doesn’t matter what food it comes from in relation to body composition.

    Stop misinforming people, it is dangerous.

Yeah it’s a bit drawn out but that’s in good contrast to the heavily edited fast paced cooking videos that are so popular right now. I thought it was weird to have the commercial right in the middle of the video, but it wasn’t out of place compared to the ads on any other channel. I haven’t watched any of your other videos yet but I quite liked this one.

  • I make my smoothie like this every day and it’s sooooo good I didn’t no anybody else made it the same way I did I just don’t add honey but I’ve made it like this since I was 7 and that sounds like a crazy age to start making your own smoothies but I was interested in making my own food fast and I still make it like this to this day:3
