This healthy breakfast eats like a dessert but is perfect pre-workout fuel. Ingredients 2 apples (small-sized) 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup plain yogurt 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (honey, maple or agave syrup etc.).   • Do you really think that we can use sour berries with milk which have properties opposite to each other… Can you think of lemon juice in milk????? No na then why berries (Vit C) with milk??? Please do think about it and if you have the answer then reply.

  • Hi Shilpa mam. Great recipe. I do exactly make this smoothie at home but I don’t put any honey or maple syrup because banana is enough sweet for me. It depends how people like anyway. But all the recipes I do follow from yours. I’m really a smoothie person so I discovered my self to make smoothies different ways so this was the one of them healthy and quick go smoothie for my daily breakfast. But honestly without you Shilpa mam I wouldn’t be able to make any healthy recipes so Thankyou very much. Please make some more dishes which can be the spicy and yummy ��.   • What about gooseberry? All the berries that you have used have excellent nutritional benefits no doubt but it would be a great step if we start using those ingredients which is easily available and commonly grown on our soil.
