How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Into a blender, add pumpkin, yogurt, milk, oats, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve. With the perfect ingredients of pumpkin puree, mixed with the sweetness of banana and maple syrup, combined with the creaminess of Greek yogurt, milk and vanilla, and topped with the decadent flavor of pumpkin pie spice, this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is sure to leave you in complete pumpkin bliss. Blend pumpkin puree and ice cubes together until combined (see Step 1 image above).

Add milk and blend together (see Step 2 image above). Add brown sugar, Sweet’N Low, and ground cinnamon. Blend together until smooth (see Step 3 image above). Pumpkin Spice Smoothie.

This smoothie is creamy and light. Not only will it add extra fiber to your day, but having pumpkin in the morning will keep you fulle. 1/4 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree I eyeball it, but I probably used about 1/3 cup.

1/2 cup 3/4 cup milk again, add it slowly just until you have enough liquid to get your smoothie to blend. I try to use as little liquid as possible so that the smoothie is thick enough to eat it with a spoon! 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie. Top 7 ingredients in pumpkin spice smoothie.     half a cup of canned pumpkin (100% pure)
    1/3 cup non dairy yogurt
    1/3 cup non dairy milk
    2 tbsp of oats
    2 teaspoons of maple or agave syrup
    1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
    3 or 4 large ice cubes

  • I made this with raw cacao powder and only did 1/3 cup rather than half and it was wayyyyyy to much. Can’t even taste the pumpin. SO if you do use cacao I recommend using probably 2 tablespoons at most

  • Hello Shane, i know you will never see this comment, but from the bottom of my heart, I am very disappointed and upset about the recent beauty guru drama you are involved in especially after reading your “clarification” (idk what to call it) on twitter by saying things that I can’t believe it was from you!!! This pumpkin video I commented on is still to this day: my favorite video/era of your channel since you were more genuine, honest to yourself, and you seemed to enjoy making it rather than your recent docuseries, especially when Drew or Garret was in. I felt like I was there with you and the spooky boys, doing funny-stupid-friendship things together. Every couple of months, when i have to deal with sadness, fear or failure, i always go back to these videos of you just to laugh over and over again. and never get bored! 

    But I do understand how you feel now that people put a really high expectation and pressure on you. I do understand how you want to create the best content ever, but i believe the best video you can offer to us, is when you are surrounded by people you love and not all these diamonds, Gucci, glitter luxury, problematic youtubers you show us.

    I think you DO need to reflect and go back to why you created this channel in the first place. I don’t know the behind the scene of you and Jeffree.   • Yummy! I will give this a try. I just bought one of your books thru Amazon (The Fully Raw Diet: 21 days to better health….) I am going to try to do a fully raw for 1 day to see if I can do it and how I feel. I suffer from chronic back/joint pains, fibromyalgia, fatigue and hypothyroidism.   • If you like milk in coffee then I recommend oat milk (barista oat milk to be exact) it’s the only nondairy milk I’ve found that actually pairs well with coffee and gives it a creamy texture instead of watering it down like almond or coconut milk can do! Being a barista I def found out that barista oat milk and barista soy work the best for coffee while almond and soy work the best for matcha lattes!
