Ingredients 8 large eggs splash of milk 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 medium red pepper, finely minced 1/2 medium red onion, finely minced 4 piece of thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy salt and pepper, to taste 4 Flatout Flatbreads (Multi-Grain with Flax). Everything is already set out, so just fill those flour tortillas with freezer-friendly ingredients, then wrap individually in parchment paper. Place burritos into a freezer bag and label with the date.

Now your family has a protein-packed breakfast option ready for them to. Ingredients. 1.25 lbs. ground turkey. 1 packet taco seasoning.

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes. 2 cups spinach. 5 eggs, beaten.

5 egg whites. 1/4 cup milk. 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped. ½ small yellow onion, peeled and diced.

4 large eggs. 2 Tbsp. water. 2 flour tortillas (8″) 1 cup refried beans. ¼ cup salsa. ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Shop Ingredients. Protein-Packed Breakfast Burritos.

I grew up eating breakfast burritos when I was camping with my family and wow did I forgot how good they are! These Protein Packed Breakfast Burritos are so good. Protein-Packed Make-Ahead Breakfast Burritos. These protein-packed, make-ahead breakfast burritos are gluten and dairy-free too!

They’re the perfect healthy breakfast for busy mornings. After burning ourselves out on baked oatmeal (so good, but we had so much!), we’re on to a new breakfast thing. Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil divided 1 medium onion sliced 1 bell pepper sliced 16 ounces ground chicken 16 ounces ground hot breakfast sausage 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 6 large eggs 12 slices of cheddar cheese 12 8″ tortillas.

Though the inspiration was a breakfast burrito, you can eat these anytime for a filling meal packed with protein. What? A vegan meal packed with protein? Of course! These have tofu, beans, and whole grain rice, not to mention avocados for healthy fats!

This vegan burrito is stuffed with a mixture of mashed sweet potato, black beans, and salsa, all wrapped together with fresh spinach and an actual spinach wrap! This wrap comes out to a total of 15 grams of protein.

  • I cannot explain why it’s taken me 3+ years on this plant based plan to try a tofu scrambled. I just never thought it would compare to scrambled eggs, which I really enjoyed I was so wrong. It was all in the seasoning and soft texture tofu that you suggested. I added previous oven roasted, diced potatoes to my scramble and a side salad. Thanks again Derek for your inspiration and so much more.

  • Just stumbled upon your vid. Been eating the egg burrito for a while now but I prefer mine with Kim-chi rather that salsa. Gives it a nice nice spicy kick while getting some good gut flora. Definitely not for everyone though as the Kim-chi can take a bit of getting used to. ��

    Mixed taco beans (if you’re in the Uk you can get these in tesco for like 40p or so)

    Rice (of choice)

    Tofu (season with spices or a nice sauce)

    Do pretty much the same here. And add greens if you choose.
    As a side probably edamame’s and some other veg and you’re set. This is more for lunch or dinner but still

    If you’re busy. Make maybe 7 or so, store them in the freezer. When you want to eat one. Just microwave for 4 mins. Or cook in the oven for 15-20 mins on 200 degrees celsius

    These turned out waaay better than I was ready for. All I did different was subbed red onion for sweet, left out cumin and mushrooms, and used 1tbsp olive oil with some water to sautee.

  • In order to make yummy not chewy eggs in frozen breakfast sandwiches or burritos, you shouldn’t even cook eggs as long as you did.
    I cook mine to the consistency that yours are at 1:31 in your video.
    If I’m putting meats like sausage, bacon etc I also leave it slightly undercooked.
    Don’t worry all fillings finish cooking when you microwave it.
    To save time saute BEFORE you freeze them. Allow to cool, wrap then freeze.
    When you nuke them do so on medium high in 30 second incriminates til desired temp is reached.

  • I’m personally not a vegan but I have put in more vegan meals in my diet during the week than before so I’ve cut out at least one to two meals of meat meals in place of tofu beans lentils and hemp seeds and I’ve tried this recipe and it is so good I also add some black beans in the wrap to boost some protein and fibre to fill you up more

  • The thing I like is he emphasizes the importance of eating good food so you just don’t not eat. There is a serious unconscious psychological choice you make to not eat for building good weight if you’re not wanting bland food. It really does have a negative effect and honestly just adding a little bit of goodness to each meal to make it less bland like he does made all the difference in my training.
