  • I like to make a big sheet pan of Roasted Root Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, parsnips, turnips, etc.) for dinner…with grilled smoked sausage and a creamy type dip/sauce…Roasted veggies taste the best! Thank you for sharing this video.

  • Hi Tess, I haven’t bought parsnips in ages, don’t know why as we love them. This certainly is a different way to cook them and I think they look fantastic and will taste great. Sooooo, I am going to try them, just have to put my memory cap on to do it. I love a lot of your recipes. Thanks so much and have a wonderful week. Many hugs to you…. Claudia

  • So, you’ve been doing all wrong for years:) Well, so did I.No. Your reply does not help. It would have helped if you did some research for us (I’m lazy) on that olive oil cooking/high temperature. I know and I can smell that olive oil “smells toxic” when I use to fry with it (cook at high temp). So get your buns working, sister:)

  • Hi there. You are a hot mamasita:)They say that olive oil becomes toxic once heated. It should be used strictly for salads. I think that coconut oil will be best for this. what do you think? Thanks, hot lady:)
