My version here eliminates the cheese, sneaks in more vegetables, cuts down on the meat, adds tempeh, and uses a gluten-free cornbread topping that doesn’t have butter.

  • Just found you recently on Youtube! I love watching your videos! I have made the ham and asparagus bake and the magic cookies so far. They both taste great. I follow along with the videos as I cook. You and CJ are so fun to watch!

  • I’m left-handed as well. Fortunately, the only things I do with my left hand are write and eat…and prepare food, now that I think about it, but I’m much better off than some lefties. That dip looks great. I think the only changes that I personally would make would be to rule out the olives and the peppers, maybe use a bit of raw white or red onion instead. I can pretty much eat onions like I can eat apples, haha.

  • You enjoy all these healthy yummy recipes and you keep your weight off and maybe you’ve even lost more weight whatever, you do, you two look great. Thanks for inspiring me to make this, such a nice combo of ingredients.

  • What a great idea for parties! Parm crisps or low carb veggies would also be a great dipper. I kept wondering how you planned to sub the beans…well if cauliflower can become pizza and mashed faux-tatoes, why not beans?! Definite keeper in my party recipes. ❤️

  • I personality would not add the corn mixture, but each to their own. I am only
Watching this this video, because I am giving a Southwestern Goodbye Party for a co worker. I was placed in this position. And I vow never again, never again. I love these tutorials The tutorials make me want me to take one for the team. I will get back to you after the Going Away Party 8/15/ 2019. I hate office politics. Love Big Valley B.

  • Hello Sarah and CJ..looks great!! I think I might go ahead and make this dip tonight for my family. If I could suggest you could also use the low carb tortillas to dip with also. You can bake them, or fry them until they are crispy. Thanks so much for the great recipes..

  • Thank you for sharing your recipe videos! I have been truly amazed at the number of ways you can transform cauliflower and be so tasteful at the same time!!

  • You two are awesome! This recipe is going down in my house soon! I will have to “mini size it” for just me…but that will be easy enough! Thanks for another winning recipe!

  • Love your videos!! Was wondering if you could review imperfect foods?? I’ve been ordering from them during quarantine and would love to know your thoughts!

  • This weeks recipe is prepping for the upcoming BIG GAME! (the Super Bowl). There’s no reason that you can’t enjoy some super snacks to celebrate the big game. This will surely be a hit for your next party. Everyone, Keto or not will enjoy this dip!

Feel free to share it on Pinterest, and post pictures in the Facebook Group.

  • Oh wow, every layer is delicious! I love the condensed coconut milk, thats such a cool idea. I dont think i can get my hands on macadamia nuts but I assume i can easily replace it with peanuts, hazelnuts or extra almonds?

  • Hey Tex 😉 Unique and looks delish. I doubt I can find corn relish here in Sweden but I will check into making my own. It sounds like an important ingreident for the overall flavor. Thanks for the vid!

  • Also you saying half of teaspoon of all the seasoning but you got it on your website teaspoon of certain seasoning can you repost the whole recipe like you was talking about it making the recipe

  • That looks delicious Jennifer. Can’t wait to make it! I’m having a BBQ Saturday night so maybe I’ll try it sooner rather than later.
    Stay well!

  • Thanks for another great recipe! I passed this on to my sister who always has a game party. She’s going to love the keto version!

  • Big shoutout from Galveston Tx, OTW to Kroger to get the ingredients thanks bud! Looks great loving the cream cheese in the beef idea

  • Omg now this is heaven,I love the cream cheese in the meat idea, mouth watering my friend thanks again for sharing your greatness

  • You put in 1)refried beans,2)beef mix,3)corn mix,4)guacamole, 5)sour cream,6)cheese,7)black olives,8)tomatoes,last but not least 9)green onions. So you made a 9 layered dip. Which is even better.

  • I’m planning on making this tomorrow for games and family party at my nephew’s house… about 12 people…looks like it’s going to be a hit! Thanks

  • Hi Troy! I’m a new sub to your channel and I love your videos! I’m a RN in St Louis and took your dip to work. I made it exactly like you did. It was GONE in less than 30 mins. It was that good. I’m glad I wrote down your recipe because I must have handed out 20 copies. Thank you very much.

  • Wow what a great recipie, I love your videos, you are so great at talking/explaining and also at showing each step:) Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  • I trust this guy for the sole of a couple reasons

    1. He looks like my dad
    2. He’s from Texas (where all the best food comes from)
And 3. I made this dip last night and let me tell you, everyone went crazy for it. I’m also making this for the Super Bowl and gonna pray that Denver wins this Super Bowl.

Next, thanks Troy for this great recipe!

  • Looks so good. If i was to make this i would try it with taco shells instead of the chips. This looks like a great taco mix! Haha plus, it would make it a little bit easier to enjoy all layers too. One day whether with a taco shell or tortilla chips i will try this! Favorited! <3

  • New subscriber after stumbling across your ‘Sarah’sKetoKitchenCJ’sKetoTaste’ channel, lol. Love the recipes you demonstrate, easy to make, easy to love. I’m now waiting for your KetoCook ebook m’lady. Tasty food that non-ketos love to eat too. My keto journey began a month ago, luvving it!! A true life saver…

  • Great video, as usual, T-Roy!!! Never tried the corn relish but i make my own Guac. I just cream-up the avacado and dump home made salsa in it, maybe a little lime juice. i tried the stuff you used but just didn’t like it. For some reason, it tastes like wallpaper paste, to me. Fresh avacados are the only way i like guac. Any hoo, that looked great and I will have to try the meat with cream cheese. Great idea. Austin huh? Waco, here…. You don’t shop at HEB much, do ya? heh-heh-heh too funny….

  • u just kinda gave me a way to tweek this recipe this 4th of july man to spice it up my bro is gonna love this when i make it thanks!:)

  • Hahahah!!!! You got that right Moonshine! In fact, I’m finishing it off as I type this. I did reheat the beans & beef, then added the cold stuff back on top of it. It’s all good man!!

  • this has got to be the the ULtIMATE after gettin’ hammered food!! LOL!! skip the chips….just give me a big ass spoon or a shovel, whichever is closer LOL!!! good job bro!! 7 layers plus tax! I love it!! LOL! I’ll have to make that this weekend. ALL the food groups are there!!! beverage of my choice,of course!! LOL!

  • Hope you liked it. I know my family sure did enjoy it while waiting for the Super Bowl to start. And my wife’s crab dip was baked in the oven and had cheese melted on top. Wish I would have gotten shots of that dip too! Thanks for watching Idle!!!

  • But your wine, is it really dry? I hate dry wines
    They’re so blllaaa
I really like middle sweet! so how does this wine taste? Please

  • Bobby,
I can remember having a grease fire or two in my day. I always deferred cleaning the bottom of the grill until the next week because it was a pain to clean. Then one day, while I was trying to scrape the burnt droppings, my wife asked why I don’t just line the bottom with aluminum foil. So I did. Then, on a regularly scheduled basis, I was willing to clean the grill because it was super easy.

  • That dip looks REALLY good and I’m very excited to try those “refried beans” on my next taco night! Thanks for the recipe! Also, my fiancee loves your shirt!

  • Thanks Bobby. Love your posts and Costco tips. Very helpful. Rose, your lovely are so adorable. Lovely family. I have a question, What is that appliance called on your counter looks like a large blender? You’ve mentioned it but can’t remember what it’s called. I’ll keep watching. Thanks again.

  • I guess I will just have to wait for the cookbook. I don’t use Instagram. Hey, I picked up those cookies at Target. They do taste like Chip’s Ahoy. Loved them.

  • Just a reminder, folks. Keto was developed to assist people who have seizures. This was/is an extreme measure and had to be highly regulated by professionals in order to insure the people got adequate nutrition. This meant limiting carbs to less than 20g a day and daily testing to ensure ketones were being produced and used as fuel. Take away: If you are not in ketosis and thus NOT burning fat for fuel, but eating low carb, you are starving your body/brain. Our brains are evolved to run on glucose not ketones. Our brains CAN run on ketones in a survival situation, which is why when people fast for several days they say they have super focused clarity of thought. Yes, because when you’re starving and need food, you need HYPER sharp senses to LIVE. It’s not meant to be our normal status as human beings. Keto can have short-term results but is not a long-term lifestyle.

  • Bobby, if you don’t mind my asking, where do you get your information from as to what is healthy and what is not. Is it fact based medical information of internet research based. I am new to watching your videos and planning to start a keto lifestyle change due to some medical issues. However, I have not found where you started to acquire the information you are providing. Thank you in advance for a reply
