  • I couldn’t stop thinking how the “girl with the golden hair” must have wronged him so terribly. Well, the silver living is that he’s belting out some emotionally charged hits. ‍♀️

Also, the Tuna Cakes look bomb! Can’t wait to try this recipe out. Thanks!

  • So good. Am not a good cook but made these really well and my son liked them too! I wonder what the macros are? I could work it out but wondered if you knew.

  • I want to ask, about the protein. How much protein is needed to go body building and when to eat before doing it? Oh one ore thing, does Carbohydrate need more than Protein or lesser?

  • Looks good. The relish alongside could become a dipping sauce by adding greek yogurt, smaller dice on the veggies, maybe a little mint and/or parsley, mix and dip.

  • This was so easy! I tweaked a little, no red pepper flakes since I have toddlers. Added cilantro because I didn’t have parsley and sautéed lightly onions garlic and cilantro together and mixed it all in. Added mayonnaise and ketchup for a sos. Was happy to be able to cook this. Thanks for sharing!

  • I love sesame seed oil so much. I sometimes have been known to make white rice, and just put sesame seed oil on it with soy sauce. Great upload about Korean Kimchi oatmeal porridge with tuna. Never even heard of this combination in the USA………………………..Angie

  • I didn’t like the texture the oats give this recipe. I substituted finely diced wheat bolillo rolls and the results was much crisper and not gummy.

  • I’ve been eating healthy for about a year now.

Eating is this way, frankly, is bland so I appreciate the bit of color this recipe provides.

  • I am going to eat like this guy. I just subscribed to his channel. I hope by eating the stuff he makes, and working out, I can have an ass like his! What!? There’s nothing wrong with that! He’s hot. Yes, I’m gay. Big deal. Yay! I’m going to go make this right now…..

  • I was surprised to see “drain OIL from tuna”. Idk it was still packed in oil. I found out a few months ago (from maritimers), that the tuna they pack in cans have been sitting on the docks for a long time? Mmm yum yum Also don’t crack your eggs on the side of the bowl. You’re more likely to get egg shells in your food. Crack them on a flat surface. The title said high protein so I thought more than just tuna would be in the recipe, maybe like chickpeas were going to be added. I do like tuna cakes, despite what I found out about it, so I’ll still be giving this recipe a go. Oh ya, great song

  • wow thanks, i love tuna! suprises me why i never tried this yet.
i usually mix eggs, tuna, mayonaise and sallad.
and this is way less fat!:D, are you still making videos? seen long time since last update

  • I cook my steel cut oatmeal in rice cooker and once done, I will add tuna or salmon in a can and just and maybe some celtic salt. Nothing else and it actually tastes delicious

  • I just mix dry oatmeal and tuna and eat it with doritos like dip, put some siracha on top. Non perishable stuff and damn delicious! Or you can mix oatmeal and a 60 cents can of mixed vegetables with some tobasco for some Pico de gayo. I’m a truck driver.

  • Oh my God I just gave you a thumbs down because of that stupid fucking music that you put on there. We can’t do this with this music man. You got to take the music off and you got to talk to the audience. That was horrible. Thumbs down. I got to look for another video of somebody talkin while they’re preparing the meal. I don’t want to hear music. Idiot
