1 cup ( 100 g) rolled oats (see note) 1⁄4 cup ( 25 g) sliced almonds. 1 cup ( 145 g) mixed berries: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries. 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 teaspoon s ( 14 g) honey.
Instructions. The night before, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, add low-fat yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds. Add in combined mixture of sliced blackberries, sliced banana, and raspberries. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder.
