Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and low-fat yogurt. Mix in almond extract. Add a layer of mango. Top off with a drizzle of honey and chia seeds. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.Let steep for at least 8 hours in.

Pour the mango mixture into the jars and mix lightly to combine with the oats. Let the mixture chill overnight. Top with fresh fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, and other toppings such as coconut, chia seeds and serve. 2 cups cubed fresh or frozen mango Pomegranate seeds (optional) How to Make It. Place 1/2 cup oats in each four-pint jar (Mason jars work well here).

Mango overnight oats are definitely a favourite of mine too. Simply by mixing mango and yogurt, you can create a delicious, thick mango yogurt that is perfect in creating mango oatmeal which is more-ish and filling.

  • 2 questions….. 1st is it compulsory to add peanut butter in chocolate oats? Secondly have you used normal yogurt? Because most of them r using Greek yogurt…. By the way… What is the difference between Greek yogurt and plain yogurt…. And another thing… If the yogurt is sour… Then?

  • Hi Nisa. I’m an ayurvedic doctor and I would really want you to emphasize on roasting the oats on a low flame and then using it for overnight oats recipe. Please. Any grain when cooked will become easily digestible and is good for the body than eating it raw. Thanks.

  • Have you ever tried the ‘peeling a mango with a glass’ trick? I never managed to get it work for me but it would be so convenient:)

  • Mangoes here in Malaysia are very little in volume. The seed itself is the size of the fruit. Its amazing that you have seedless mango. Hehe
