  • just made the 1st salad minus the pair, and just just italian dressing to replace the home made dressing and lord it was delicious.

  • The first salad tastes like shit so don’t really try it. The second one is fried chicken and buffalo sauce and if you know anything about being healthy, it’s not that. The third one tastes good without strawberries like why did you have to put strawberries buzzfeed tf? And for the late one… it’s good.

  • Looks good! You have some great recipes. Also happy to see your hair braided while prepping the food so that your hair doesn’t fall into the food. My hair is long and I struggle to keep it out of the food also. Professional chefs wear some kind of head covering on TV but braiding works too. Keep up the good work!

  • I love stuff like this because at work I can’t always heat food up or its hot and muggy out. I love chicken salad but couldn’t find a macro friendly recipes.

  • With chicken, you didn’t wash your hands before you held the flavors, you also didn’t use the spray. What about a thermometer? I had ecoli once so I am concerned. Thank you.

  • Where do you get all your “workout” shirts? The super cute gym related shirts???! Like this one and your deadlift and doughnuts etc etc

  • the complaints about it not being healthy are annoying. You obviously don’t have to strictly follow each step. And the first salad was a quick sear.  It looks delicious. It was not fried. Bake it, poach it, and shut up. OR… do your own recipes.

  • If I wanted to be healthy I would do it the way that makes me happy witches not eat food that looks like it doesn’t taste delicious Fuck you and your healthiness

  • I love salad and these were all spinach based salads and my family have a thing about eating raw spinach so maybe lettuce? Or no leafy thingy?

  • Thank you for all the yummy stuff you show us to make. Me encanta la ensalada de pollo, con un chingo de tapatío . Where do you get the bread to make the chips out of please?

  • Please, please address this sprout-based question: my mom is very ill but willing to do a high raw vegan diet with me. But, whenever she has tried, she has gotten hyperkalemia (dangerously high potassium) not from kidney disease but from diet. We are really struggling trying to find foods she can eat in abundance to be mostly raw vegan and are low enough in potassium to not trigger hyperkalemia. I think maybe sprouts might be part of the answer!!! Are they low in potassium?

  • Calorie counts are pretty disingenuous you prepare one serving of chicken but two or three servings of dressing, and don’t specify how much to use. If you used all of the dressing in any of those recipes you’d have to tack on an extra 200+ calories.

  • Girl, are you psychic?!? I’ve wanted a chicken recipe! I’ve been buying a ready made one from Sprouts and was wanting to make my own. Really so happy to know your wonderful channel!!

  • i hate it when people leave their rings on. Disgusting. I love Diners Drive ins Dives and Guy Fieri does it all time drives me nuts.

  • OMG I make this all the time but I’ve never tried it with sour cream. Can’t wait to try it your mom’s way!! I fry a low carb tortilla and Eat it on a tostada

  • White people cooking….she didn’t even clean the chicken.. hello! She has on rings and she only seasoned one side…i will not take nothing away from this video…

  • disgusting to remove the fat? come on. are you a wuzz or what? if people find it disgusting tell them to dont be soft. i prefer to use hands to marinate the meat. massage and make it nice. not be like “ewww it will get my hands dirty”. no offence, still a good recipe. i will try it out. thank you.

  • For weight loss, diet is important as well as physical activity as it helps in burning tons of calories. For more such diet tips you can ask your queries on our page @missbellydietexpert FB Page or Download the app https://land.ly/medicalwale

  • This woman is beautiful, her hair, makeup & her confidence…not so sure about her handling skills with chicken, but I would love to see her make-up tips, how she does her hair…and she just looks classy…please share your skin routine and how you get your arms to look so toned…I am still going to try the chicken recipe though! Thanks

  • Man I never learn, I always end up reading the comments and it always kills the mood, even more on salads/health/diet videos. If you don’t like it just don’t click on the damn videos, watch it, then comment on it. I was happily looking at ideas for salads that aren’t depressing tasteless wastes, and then you get all the vegans and misinformed health “experts” pushing their ideas and views on you. Ugh.

  • It’s so funny because I hadn’t thought about sprouting for years and then when Covid hit, I started sprouting back in February because I realized that if our fresh food supply somehow disappeared, I could just grow my own fresh food! I’ve been sprouting for 6 months now and I love it! I have always maintained a year’s supply of dry starches (rice, beans, lentils, oats, etc) just as a normal level of food storage, but I have struggled with how to incorporate fresh veggies in the mix until I discovered sprouting. Now, with sprouting seeds, I think I’ve got it solved. So great to hear this interview!

  • i got your video in my recommended and i was like “what does this fit girl know about keto” but i then read you lost 135 pounds, i’m sorry for judging you. i should know better than to judge a book by its cover

  • Do you have issues with using jars and having them rot? I’ve tried sprouting broccoli seeds in jars and they smelled horrible even with consistent rinsing and draining. I was told it could be from the breakage of the sprouts due to the nature of using jars.

  • Great video Love seeing all benefits it brings to your family and how you guys are always excited to learn new things, inspiring to us!
21:05 of course. This is so important and should be taught in schools and dr. Offices

  • Your channel has helped us grow our first garden, and I became a vegan . I healed my chronic migraines, my skin is slowly clearing, my arthritis pain has lessened, my hair!!! It stopped falling out! My anxiety level has gone down so much, That I stopped my anxiety meds. I can’t thank you both enough for your channel. Going WFPB has changed my life on so many levels

  • Thank you for making this sprouting video! I’ve also gone in cycles with sprouting in my kitchen, and this inspires me to get my sprout garden going again!

  • for a dressing: peanut butter, hoisin, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar
For toppings: spinach, endives, cherry tomatoes, avocado, toasted nuts, pepper, chicken, cucumbers, poppy seeds, or chia seeds, shredded onion.
for chicken Marinade: soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion

  • Omg a 3 min Thursday that’s actually 3 minutes LOL love this simple recipe, definitely making it this weekend to prepare for the 3ft of snow we’re supposed to get

  • The most important thing I like on Buzzfeed tasty videos is their background music’s….The background music’s those are used in their videos are so catchy and good to listen… I wish they would make a playlist of their BGM’s And the most irritating thing of their cooking is using spinach in every single recipe….I guess if they can they would add spinach in desert dishes too

  • How do you maintain your extensions with strenuous workouts!? What kind of extensions are they? (tape in, clip in, etc?) I’ve been thinking about getting some, but didn’t know if it would be worth it because I sweat a lot and have to shower after every workout. Thanks!

  • Delicious, I just made chicken salad with Publix Rotisserie chicken, cilantro, low fat mayo, chopped almonds very good. I have never tasted that can chicken will have to try it out. Good luck this weekend, love you.
