  • I made this for my family tonight, everyone loved it! Even my super picky 7 year old ate the noodles! I told him it was “Linda’s recipe!”

  • Leche y queso?!!!!
Ahí se arruinó todo… estaba bueno pero se jodio… no tienes una receta parecida pero obviando la leche y el queso

  • Nice-looking dish I’m pretty sure you use ground beef maybe one of these days I’ll try it with veal lol and Portobello mushrooms

  • I first found the dog, then found the food.

Thanks so much for all of your awesome cooking ideas/recipes I love your dog and you! ❤️

  • made this tdy & loved it! Changes I made:
Added smoked paprika along with the mentioned spices (life-changing trust me), used 2 cups chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream instead of milk, boiled pasta before hand (al dente) & used a mix of cheddar & mozzarella not gruyere. You can thank me later! & if you guys want a better colour I suggest trying Kashmiri Chili powder instead of the regular kind (it has a more pigmented & bright colour)

  • I made this tonight in my Instant Pot and we really enjoyed it! We will be having this routinely now. Thanks for all the great recipes and cooking tips!

  • I made this just now, with some lil tweeks cuz I didn’t have the same chz but this shit was FiRE YASSS magnificent like you said #ThanksForDoingWhatYouDo

  • Made this tonight! It is fabulous. I thought there could be less sun dried tomatoes and more spinach. My son said more tomatoes and less spinach. Well he should be moving out soon!

  • Hey Courtney! I took your advice and made this and the flavors were terrific. But I found the pasta too soggy going the whole ten minutes. Seeing as the chimken is almost cooked anyway, don’t you think the time could be shortened to keep the pasta more firm? Thanks for all the delicious recipes!

  • Loved this recipe! It was so good, but I didn’t add the Asiago cheese only because I don’t really care for it, but it was still amazing!

  • I love your meals & your wacky personality, you should have your own cooking show on T.V.
you have a way better sense of humor style than anyone I have watched on the Food Network.

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “how do you cook thin spaghetti in instant pot?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Penaniel Foremost Primacy (search on google )?

It is a good one off product for discovering how to use great pot recipes to make a delicious meal without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

  • Thank you thank you thank you! I’ll be making this for my daughter and I today! And I must agree…Italian seasoning is the best! I use it on literally everyrhing

  • Dint I mean in the recipe to natural release for 15 after it’s done. I wouldn’t qr meat.I’d nr at least. At least ten but I’m gonna have to try this looks like it would be so yumm.

  • Linda, I follow Tucker’s channel from Italy, I love it. But please, let me tell you this: show this recipe to a Tuscan guy or an Italian guy and he will jump down from a skyscraper to kill himself…

  • Oh it was super delicious i made it today but rather than adding milk i added 1 packet of fresh cream and then it became so sauciest smoothiest and stretchiest

  • Chiken extracts some liquid when frying and seems you used more than 5 tablespoons of oil than written, besides the oil is reddish, did you add tomato paste?
    My dish turned out pale.

  • Great to have you back Courtney! Glad to see Tucker is well!
Why do you think the COSORI is better than the Instant Pot Courtney?
I’ve never tried pasta in the pressure cooker because I keep hearing the starch in the pasta will gunk it up.

  • I love your recipes. I’m waiting on my instant pot to come in the mail. I can hardly wait. I’ve been trying to watch what you do with the buttons on your Instant Pot, but your logo is in the way. Would you consider moving either the pot or the logo, by any chance?

  • I have made this twice. The first time I made it I used dried sundried tomatoes, and I wasn’t a fan of the texture of the tomatoes. I made it the second time tonight, but first I reconstituted the tomatoes before adding them to the recipe. I really like how quick and easy this recipe is, and the end result is delicious!

  • No extra liquid. I’m assuming that the chicken on the bottom releases enough to bring the pressure up and seal. I would like to make this in my 8qt but I think I may have to do pot in pot. After cooking my chicken for 10 min.

  • Well done, love cooking stuff like this. Make a double batch and transfer the other half into foil or stoneware and then to freezer. Super easy supper for a weeknight in the future.

  • This new subscriber is happy your back and your feeling better!:) What if I don’t have a pressure cooker? Can you go into detail why you like Cosori instant pot vs. insta pot.  Endometriosis is no joke I had it and was told I would only have 20% chance of having kids well I did acupuncture and Chinese herbs and now I have 2 beautiful boys.  If you not already try acupuncture and Chinese herbs.  Be Well!

Do exactly the same although make peppercorn sauce separately in another pot then add plus 2 Heaped table spoons of mild salsa
Then add cooked pasta at the end. DELICIOUS

  • it was hard for the pasta to cook in that milk. i did put less cuz 5 cups is way too much… it effects the taste too.. i used 3 ish cups of milk and that as more than enough. not the best recipe overall.

  • I did a 1.5 size batch since I have an 8 quart and it worked perfectly! The chicken was tender but the pasta wasn’t overcooked. I added the sun dried tomatoes to the pressure cooking ingredients to help soften them. So pleased with how easy and delicious it was and my family was too.

  • Add jalapeños……man this would be just like that pasta Unos used to have on their menu…it was soooo goooood…..making this tonight

  • I made this tonight for dinner. I decided to add crimini mushrooms too. It was absolutely delicious. I would not have a problem bringing this to a pot luck

  • So great to see you back girl! Praying for healing & a smooth transition. I just bought an instant pot and have been searching for a good recipe to try for the first time. Can’t wait!

  • Def precook pasta to 50% cooked, only use 3 cups of milk instead of 5 season chicken before cooking and season each layer of dish, allow it to simmer for a few minutes after adding the milk so it can reduce, then add some sour cream at the end.

  • Was delicious, used half the suggested milk but kept everything else the same.

    Went down deliciously.

Came out the next morning ferociously.

  • Hello there! I have been following you (and Tucker, hehe) for some time on the interwebs. I really enjoy all of your content. I know what it is like to have painful diseases that make life difficult. I pray for your comfort and look forward to see all you have to offer ❤

  • This delicious. I have made it several times. I partially cook the pasta for 90 seconds. The trick is you have to keep stirring for a creamy finish. Gentle stirring. I also add smoked paprika to mine. I don’t use meat and it is just as delicious. Bon appetit.

  • I made this last night, my hubby said this is the only way I now have to make it, whole family loved it. So east peasy too make aswell. Thankyou ❤

  • Just cooked with my husband, so amazing! We cooked the pasta for 5 min first and only used 750mls of milk (3 cups). We used cheddar cheese instead, and fried up some extra garlic cloves before the capsicum and onion.

  • Made this today. As everyone suggested I marinated the chicken with the same spices, cooked the pasta first, added some oregano, cheddar and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Was delicious. Loved it, The whole house smells of this and I had to resist eating it in one go.

  • As always you have great content, nothing short of it. I always look forward to the next video. Sometimes people are tested with different things. This time you’re tested with the pain, next time it could be something else. You just gotta smash those problems the same way we smash that like button.

  • this looks like a great recipe. While I don’t have a pressure cooker and was thinking of getting one. I would also be curious how this one would go just cooked low and slow in a slow cooker. Keep up the great work. Take care of your self. Also tucker is so cute

  • You honest to God used a scale to measure out 8 oz. of pasta? LOL I bet……it was about…..oh, let’s say……. 1/2 of that 16 oz. package that you had there. HAHAHAHA!!!!!! Meanwhile…….. no saute on the chicken or onion? The scale is still killin’ me!!!!!! LOL!!!!! These recipe channels are off the chain man!!!!! Good luck! Keep cookin’!!!!!

  • Hang in there girl!!! Fantastic!!! I make it without the tomatoes, but spot on!!!! God Bless you Beautiful Lady. Just prayed for you. Look forward to seeing more!!!!!

  • Made this recipe exactly as it’s posted in the description. Super creamy and cheesy, but the seasoning quantities are not enough for my taste.

  • Sorry, it didn’t turn out well…i think I should have skipped the cumin powder…had to top up with cheese and mayo…
Will stick to my recipe next time

  • nice! been ages since your last vid. EDIT: just finished the vid. hope the pain doesn’t keep the vids from coming. cheers to more subscribers!

    Your dog looks like you’ve been neglecting him for 15-20 minutes.:-}

What breed is he, spoiled what?

  • Great recipe but if you are not aware of it you are looking at yourself on the viewfinder instead of looking into the camera at your subscribers that you are teaching this recipe to. It’s very distracting just wanted you to be aware of it so maybe in the future you can look straightforward at the viewers instead of looking at yourself talk.:)

  • Oooh wow over 20000 followers. That makes me so happy:D I remember when I got to know you and there were not even 100 followers congrats! You are great!

  • Tasted great but the pasta got pretty mushy not sure how other people’s pasta withstood 10 minutes at high pressure (plus the time before that while the pot was heating up).

  • Making this tonight for the first time. Looks delicious. It came out great. The flavors are amazing and yes the sun-dried tomatoes added so much flavor. Thank you so much for sharing.

  • Do i cook the noddles in this thing or do i cook them befor and them put them in bc it wasnt really clear for me to see if the noodles where done or not
