  • Yummy looking! If you don’t want to cook all three pancakes at one time will the batter be okay in the fridge for a day or two?? Thanks for sharing!!

  • That is a definite try and I believe we have some bananas in the freezer and fresh strawberries in the fridge…the only thing missing is the Strawberry Cheesecake MRP but we have vanilla.

  • You should do a video were you make your own quest bars and other ingredients use and show us were you get all your supplies
Your videos are always so professional I really admire the time you take in each and everyone no matter how many times you have to do it

  • hi Kara! I was watching one of your super old recipe videos the other day and noticed you used stevia and in a comment said splenda is bad, just curious what changed your mind about it? any new research out? thanks!

  • Yummy! I meant to ask, do you have a link for a UK stockist of MTS? I would want to help you out when I buy but being in UK, the US link doesn’t work for me.
Ps I’m voting like crazy for you. Hope it’s registering more than 1 vote. Good luck! Lou x

  • Let me preface this by saying I like a lot of his recipes and this is by no means an indicator to the quality of hus other recipes he has up. That being said i feel an obligation to report back my experience. I tried this recipe and wasn’t all that impressed with the results. I measured out all the ingredients to the gram and the mix was way too thick so the first pancake was pretty much a complete flop and I had to add water to thin it out a bit for the rest. Even so, the consistency of the pancake was not very pancakey and certainly not something I would consider fluffy. The taste of the strawberries came through but it was a bit artificial which is a bit of a turn off to me but some may enjoy it. The weirdest thing is that they were moist but still felt dry/grainy. I think a high protein content is just not conducive to a great pancake. Good attempt and better than other protein pancakes I’ve had but a far far cry from any pancake I’ve ever had and not one i would try again. I’ll definitely keep checking out your other recipes though and I can personally vouch for the pumpkin cheesecake recipe you have. I make one every week

  • oh my God you mention my name I am very very happy you are amazing yes I love them did them already you are a star:) Thank you so much dear:) so happy right now you made my day:)

  • Gosh this made me hungry for pancakes I really need to up my protein game, I only have 2 flavors right now. Can’t wait to give this a try!

  • What are your thoughts on heat reducing the protein value of whey protein? Or is that just broscience? From what I’ve gathered it just changes its structure as it would with any heated protein but keeps its nutritional value essentially the same??

  • You used 1 scoop of protein. Is that the serving size of the protein as listed on the protein canister? Or did you just 1 scoop since you’re using 2 eggs? Thanks.

  • LOVE your videos, this is actually really similar to a lot of paleo pancake recipes you’ll come across lol
but yours look WAY better, much thicker and fluffier
If I had strawberries I would be giving these a try right now lol

  • I tried this, the mix ended up being really dry I had to add like half cup of water to the mix to be able to make the pancakes. Maybe I used too much coconut flour.

  • Hi I have been meaning to ask you something… its not food related and I hope its okay… but when I do crunches I always have cramps in my neck… am fitness beginer maybe am doing it wrong… If you have a video where u show postures for mouvements that would be great!
thanks for this video… I tried that recipe, delicious mmm…

  • I love all your videos because i have bad hypoglycemia and i have to eat high protein to keep from getting the shakes. Your recipes always have stuff i can eat!! I’ve only found a couple here and there that have a tad too much sugar but i just tweak it with my stevia to make less sugar. Thanks for sharing all these recipes makes me realize i dont have to eat bland all the time. There’s some good stuff i can make now that i found your recipes!! yumm!!
