Ingredients. 275 g / 1 3/4 cups plain or all purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder.

3/4 tsp baking soda. 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed. 75 g / 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted.

75 g / 1/3 cup honey. 50 g / 1/4 cup plain yogurt. 1 medium egg.

2 tsp vanilla extract. 100 g / 1 cup chopped strawberries. Bake the strawberry banana bread for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out the center clean. This banana strawberry bread is eggless, so if it is a tiny bit under-baked, it just means your bread will be super moist.

Step 5Cool and Slice Cool the banana and strawberry bread in the pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until well-combined, and set aside.

Add the eggs, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey and coconut sugar in a medium bowl. Stir until well-combined, then gently folding in the diced strawberries. Fold the strawberries and walnuts into the battery gently and transfer it to a greased loaf pan or one lined with parchment paper. Then bake in the preheated oven for about one hour. You’ll know it’s done baking when the banana bread starts to pull.

If you prefer some banana texture in your bread, you can hand mash bananas or simply pulse a few times, leaving some banana bits. Transform the batter into strawberry banana muffins by pouring it into muffin pans lined with papers. Bake for 20 –.

1 cup (140g) whole fresh strawberries, finely diced. 3 tbsp (21g) finely diced pecans. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5” baking pan with foil, and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together the bananas, butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then add this to the wet mix and use a wooden spoon to mix until just combined. Gently fold.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, roughly chopped walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk together the oil, eggs, vanilla and zest. Fold in the bananas.

You can also use brown sugar in the banana bread recipe – but I find it much too strong and dominating.

  • Two quick things if I may…
1 I fully u/stand dicing up fresh strawberries, but wouldn’t the bread bake up a bit different if you used the cut up pieces VS the cooked berries?
2 What’s the track…song/artist for the music? It may just be background music you’ve applied that is a studio cut used for videos (?).
