Fully Loaded Turkey Burrito Pocket 4 ounces turkey breast meat, sliced into strips 1/2 teaspoon salt-free Mexican seasoning 1 (8-inch) reduced-fat, whole-wheat tortilla 1 tablespoon light sour cream 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely shredded light cheddar cheese 1/4 cup shredded lettuce 3. Spread the sour cream in a 3-inch strip down the center, leaving the bottom 3 inches of tortilla bare. Top with the cheese, lettuce, salsa and turkey. Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, and then fold up the bottom.

Ingredients. 1 pound ground turkey; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans with green chilies. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for 3 minutes or until onion and garlic are tender, stirring frequently. Add ground turkey breast, and cook mixture for 10 minutes or until the turkey is. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the same frying pan over medium heat. Add turkey, onion, and ham. Cook and stir until turkey is crumbly and onion softens, about 5 minutes.

Add eggs; stir until scrambled and set, 5 to 7 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. You will need two 9 x 13 pans: put enough enchilada sauce to cover bottom of pans (12 filled shells go in each pan).   • Uncle Bens rice tastes like a babys diaper. It’s fucking disgusting just cook your own rice you’re not wasting that much time and it’s better than having your whole mean ruined.

  • i do like the veggie alternative’s that i have tried, i have thought about giving up meat.. but then with how things have been the last month or so i’ve cut right back on meat and the last week the only meat i have had has been in the burrito.. i’m going to try it with some veggie meat on sunday and see how it is..:) i’m not quite a master with counting calories but i’m getting there:D i never knew on the pre-packed fruit and veg all the cals are on the front:D

  • Just did basically a knock-off of this. I flavored some chicken with hoisin, sweet n sour, lemon juice, and honey in a pan until it was nice and brown and sticky, left out the rice, and used carrots instead of celery just because we didn’t have any. Also, used mint instead of coriander. It was damn good. The only reason I left out the rice is because my mom’s diabetic (this was her lunch), so she tries to hold back on the grains, but she had pasta yesterday. I try to make her meals that will fill her up without destroying her health. So, Food Tube, from my family to yours, thank you guys.
    Now that I’ve said that, I can’t wait for the comments telling me all the stuff I did wrong to come rolling in.

  • How can you support uncle ben’s? This company is owned by Monsanto. Monsanto the company which tries to control the whole agribusiness and kill off every natural plants! I was a big fan of you but advertising this only for the money against your principles is very poor
