Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup finely chopped baby carrots 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound lean ground beef 1 ½ cups whole milk, divided 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dried. Ingredients 4ozpancetta, chopped (or center cut bacon) 1tbspbutter, or olive oil 1large white onion, minced 2celery stalks, about 3/4 cup, minced 2carrots, about 3/4 cup, minced 2lb95% lean ground beef 1/4cupwhite. Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves, crushed 2 onions, diced 2 lb ground beef 1 cup red wine such as a cabernet sauvignon or merlot (or chicken or beef broth) 2 x 28oz canned crushed tomato 4 tbsp tomato paste 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 3. 4 ounces pancetta, chopped (or center cut bacon) 1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil) 1 large white onion, minced 2 celery stalks (about 3/4 cup), minced 2 medium carrots (about 3/4 cup), minced 2 pounds 95% lean ground beef 1/4 cup white wine 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes 3. In a large dutch oven type pot, over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cook beef and pork, seasoned with salt and pepper until pink is no longer visible, about 12 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl. Add pancetta to the pot and cook until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Directions Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

You can also make this in a slow cooker: Brown the beef in a skillet, as below, then transfer it to the slow cooker; deglaze the skillet with the broth; pour the broth into the cooker and add the remaining braising ingredients.

  • I would fry the meat first tho and the vegetables. And if u add 3 tbls full fat milk it will help to break down the meat.Good recepie tho.
