Banana Almond Butter Smoothie. Breakfast, Dessert, Drinks, Healthy Snack, Light, Plant Based. This delicious banana almond butter smoothie is super creamy, packed with protein and healthy fats for a gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast.

Spring is almost here my friends!Creamy Almond Butter and Banana Smoothie. This creamy smoothie tastes like a good-for-you milkshake that is totally acceptable for breakfast or, better yet, after a workout. Ground flaxseeds up your fiber intake without sacrificing taste (making it great for kids or picky eaters). Banana Peach Almond Butter Smoothie – thick and creamy, fruity and nutty, perfectly sweet with no added sugar.

Just 4 ingredients in this delicious, healthy, dairy free sip. Perfect for breakfast or snack. Mornings are busy and smoothies are a lifesaver! When using almond butter, I almost always use a banana to sweeten it up and help remove any gritty texture. The banana binds to it and turns it more into a creamy smoothie, than a gritty chunky one.

Want more protein smoothies? There are so many great combinations of almond butter smoothies. This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie tastes like a creamy milkshake.

An easy high-protein smoothie recipe filled with peanut butter, flax seed and chia seeds that’s also dairy free! It makes the perfect breakfast on the go or post workout snack. Ingredients in a Banana Almond Butter Smoothie. 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk; 1 banana; 1 Tablespoon almond butter; 4-5 ice cubes; Why Almond Milk?

Whether you’re lactose intolerant, vegan or just trying out dairy-free milks, almondmilk is a great alternative to cow’s milk. My go-to is Almond Breeze almondmilks and I typically reach for their Unsweetened Original or. Yep, you’re seeing that right. Just four ingredients for this healthy and delicious strawberry banana smoothie! Strawberries – use frozen strawberries for best results.

Banana – use a super ripe banana for ultimate sweetness. Milk – use your favorite type of milk. I used almond! Vanilla Extract – for a touch of flavor and sweetness. Elvis would love this banana smoothie made with almond butter, skim milk, vanilla extract, and just a pinch of cinnamon.

Creamy, nutritious, 5-ingredient Avocado Banana Green Smoothie loaded with greens, healthy fats, and protein. The perfect plant-based way to start your day. While banana will add a bit of fruity flavor to this smoothie, it’s mainly present to contribute to the texture.

You’ll want to be sure to freeze your banana overnight to give your smoothie a dense, creamy consistency. Bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin B-6, and vitamin C. Peanut Butter.

  • Banana, 2/3 cup blueberry, 1 cup almond/coconut unsweetened milk, cup and a half of plain kefir. 1tbs nutritional yeast-2 tbsp cacao powder. Blend. Taste like chocolate covered blueberries with a tang. Healed my leaky gut

  • Two slices of bacon and two fried eggs with whole wheat toast and salt and pepper is less calories then this made up drink. Jus saying.

  • Hey, man. I don’t really know what your channel is about, but if you want to make recipe videos, you should try to make them a tad more esthetically pleasing to see. This was not appetizing at all. There are thousands of cooking channels and I can garantee that none of them pour their ingredients like that… Again, I don’t know what was your intent with this, but I thought a bit of constructive criticism could not hurt.

  • YOU WILL NEED MORE THEN A quarter cup of almond milk, she even uses more in the video. Also the almond make a powder not a butter. To make a butter you would need to add oil

  • I made this smoothie this morning. I added strawberries to it as well. It came out really good. I used fresh fruit not frozen fruit. Did not add any sweetener as the fruit made it already sweet.
